I could not be happier with that decision. I wanted a very natural result, just a little more fullness up top, and went with 160 cc in both breasts. Dr. Epstein's expertise with Preserve is what sold me. Honestly, the part I was most nervous about was going under anesthesia. Because Preserve is so minimally invasive, I was able to have sedation instead. Dr. Spaliaris, the anesthesiologist, was an angel. She called me the night before to walk me through everything, and by the time I was in the OR I felt completely relaxed and genuinely excited for the procedure to start. That says a lot coming from someone who was terrified. The whole thing was quick. I was in and out in about three hours.
