Alli Lynch was my leasing agent and believe me when i say that- i have never had a more easy or comfortable move my entire life as i had here. She was very empathetic to my needs- she built a working relationship i could trust.  Alli and Lauren were very helpful to my needs and made the whole process seem like a cake walk. 2) The neighborhood has a lot of life within walking distance- you exit the community and you are amidst the best restaurants, bars, boutiques, theatre, grocery stores and what not!! Name a thing and they have it here. Yes Costco too ;) Oh did i mention Old Blinde Dog and Hob Nob ;) Additionally, its only a 4- 5 minute drive to Buckhead- Isn't it crazy! #Blessed 3) Ok now time to give you a tour of the community inside. Ok this might sound unreal but hey, this apartment complex has as INDOOR GOLF SIMULATOR!! crazy right? wait till i tell you about the other amenities the community has to offer. Ok so this place has 2 pools with those fancy CABANAS- yeah we have a little bit of Miami going on here ;) Free wi-fi in common areas to 24 hrs business centre with iMacs, 24 hr package concierge etc. The clubroom is the most amazing place- i can't explain how amazing- you gotta see it to believe it- from Billiards lounge to Poker table to gourmet Demonstration kitchen with dining area. Over and above the stereo type amenities which all other communities have to offer- this place has a Zen area with a fountain and fire place and grills- i am not even counting how many grills-too many and i am not that great in Maths! 4) Now time to take you guys inside the apartment- The apartments are super spacious- believe me when i use the word SUPER.. Most importantly the closets- Yes i am the kinds who like my money hanging in the closet and the closet space is just perfect (by perfect i mean Huge lol). The kitchen is all Stainless everything. Hey, the ceiling fans have built in lights YAAY!!! The balcony is great too with lot of privacy. The bathrooms are so cool (by cool i mean fancy :D) with the framed vanity mirrors and lots of cabinets. 5) OCD'S like me- this place is super clean (it smells like a SPA- i am not kidding) and the maintenance staff is just so so amazing. They cater to your issues at the blink of an eye and what really touched me was that the leasing staff emails you to ensure your maintenance issue was resolved- i am a big sucker for the humanitarian touch and the staff just does it right! 6) Fitness Freaks- this place is heaven for y'all.. the gym is spread over 2 floors- promise i am not lying lol. Oh did i mention we also have a Yoga and Spin Bike room out here ;) with a self instructed Fitness on demand. Hang on- it gets better! Very frequently they organize Morning Yoga with Mimosas- can it get any better? Oh wait- i am not even mentioning all the other events- every single weekend from Wine tastings to celebrity chef preparing Omelets  and mimosas (yeah seems like they love mimosas) to handing over Chick-fil-A sandwiches outside the parking lott on a Monday morning- Monday just became MonYAY!! P.S. Also, your furry and not so furry babies have  great time here. The rent is very very affordable considering the amenities and the neighborhood- this place is a complete WinWin. 5 STARS!! A Painful and Traumatizing Experience as a Black Woman…read more I have never felt so humiliated, dehumanized, and unsafe in a place I've frequented for weeks. As a Black woman, I am no stranger to discomfort in predominantly white spaces, but this experience was beyond anything I could have imagined. My friend recently moved to Atlanta and now lives in this building. I visit often, usually grabbing breakfast at the café nearby before heading over to wait for him after his shift. This time, I needed to use the restroom. Like any other human, I took my time--handling my personal needs and cleaning up after myself. I never could have predicted what would happen next. Out of nowhere, I heard the click of a key unlocking the door, followed by an aggressive bang--a terrifying knock that sent my heart racing. When I opened the door, I was met with a police officer and two other individuals staring me down. The officer immediately demanded my ID and asked if I lived there. His presence alone was jarring. I told him no, explaining that I was waiting for my friend to get off work--in just 10 minutes. But that wasn't enough. Fearful of what would happen next, I called my friend on the phone, my hands shaking. That's when a short white man with a bald head, a tattoo on his arm, and casual shorts stepped forward. He was just a resident--not security, not staff--yet he had the audacity to treat me like an intruder. He interrogated me, aggressively demanding to know who I was, who I knew, and why I was in the restroom for so long. He spoke to me as if I was a criminal, as if my existence in that building was a problem that needed to be handled. Then came a short woman in an all-blue suit with long curly hair--equally aggressive, equally invasive. They both threw accusations and questions at me like I was on trial. It didn't matter that I'd been there countless times before. It didn't matter that I was simply waiting for my friend, minding my own business. My presence--my Blackness--was enough to make them uncomfortable. At this point, the situation had escalated to something deeply disturbing. I was cornered, harassed, and treated like I was nothing. I told them I would just leave, because what else could I do? I have never been in trouble with the law, never caused an issue, never disrespected anyone. Yet I was treated like a trespasser, like a homeless person loitering on the street, like a threat that needed to be removed. I have never been so degraded, so violated, so painfully aware that my presence was unwelcome. I own a three-story townhouse, yet in that moment, they made me feel like I had no right to be anywhere near that building. They saw my Blackness and assumed the worst. This wasn't just an inconvenience. It was racism. It was discrimination. It was an attack. My friend will not be renewing his lease. I will never step foot in that place again. And I will never forget how small, how powerless, how deeply disrespected I felt in that moment.

I ended up right back where I started and moved up to the top floor and I LOVE IT!! Dwayne is amazing and came into the new apartment to adjust a couple of things and make sure everything was perfect for my move in. He is just absolutely the best. They all are great here. The office employees are super sweet and very helpful. The amenities are amazing, the location is unbeatable for walking to everything and in beautiful neighborhoods. The apartment is super secure. They just replaced all of the heat/cooling on 100% of the apartments and put a brand new roof on too. I am looking forward to seeing the hallways get repainted. The hallway carpet is just beautiful and the elevators are very classy. The vinyl wood flooring in my apartment is gorgeous. I just love it here and glad I am staying!!!!

There are no cameras anywhere but the lobby, and the parking garage and hallways wreak of weed. When I and several other residents complained to BRETT about these issues, he replied that the "same can be said for several apartments in Atlanta." Who hired this guy?! He routinely displays a total lack of empathy for literally any and ALL issues concerning residents. This past Sunday (7/15), A MAN FORCED HIMSELF INTO MY SISTER'S APARTMENT, demanded to use her phone, forced himself into her bedroom, and finally left only after her dog scared him off. After notifying the police, we contacted the leasing office. Brett displayed zero concern for our situation, refused to notify other residents of the CRIME that took place, or even acknowledge that the incident in question was considered a crime. Soon after, I found out through the few people I know in the building that THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO 2 OTHER FEMALE RESIDENTS IN THE BUILDING ON THE SAME DAY. All 3 victims gave identical descriptions of the suspect. Still, BRETT AND ELLE'S MANAGEMENT REFUSE TO NOTIFY RESIDENTS OR IMPROVE SECURITY, because "only 2" residents filed police reports. Long story short, any benefits one might enjoy from living at Elle come with a steep price, and that price is your safety. Management, especially Brett, are incompetent and come across patronizing to residents. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Side note: Elle has lost hundreds of dollars worth of my packages. This has happened to me enough times to where I no longer have packages delivered here. Instead of helping, Brett immediately told me "we're not liable." The issues here are endless. EDIT: Elle notified residents of "a man knocking on residents doors" only after several residents complained about management's inaction online. In the email they fail to mention that this MAN FORCED HIMSELF INTO MY SISTER'S APARTMENT AND BEDROOM. (And other resident's apartments on multiple floors) This is NOT an accurate report of what transpired and further demonstrates the management's incompetence.

This is never was an issue the first year I moved in, so this is based on recent feedback. Furthermore, it's noted that you can't have alcohol at the pool. The rules don't seem reflective of the community and seem unenforceable given everyone drinks can beers, or other spirits at the pool. Just acknowledge it was overreaching and pivot. You're doubling down on something that could easily be addressed because it's not an ongoing concern.

It had mold and leaked, and despite multiple maintenance requests it was not replaced for months. When it finally was replaced, the machine they installed also leaked. The air conditioning also did not work properly during my entire year living here. Parking is extremely limited. If I returned around 6pm, there were often no available spots on my floor or even the floors above or below. The freight elevator was broken for months, including when I moved out. Because of this, my movers had to park on the street and the move took significantly longer. There was no timeline provided for when it would be repaired. Overall, my experience involved ongoing maintenance issues and building inconveniences that were never fully resolved.

The front desk staff are always eager to assistant you with serious or even barely consequential matters. The neighborhood is warm and friendly and there are supermarkets in walking distance. One of the biggest draws of this apartment complex is the location. You're directly across the street from the Lenox MARTA station, which is very convenient if you want to either travel to Midtown or go to the airport. The apartments are within walking distance of Lenox Mall, Phipps Plaza, Publix, Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, and a LA Fitness. The amenities consistently improved during the time I lived there. The community has a covered, gated parking garage with access on every floor. The center of the community has a recently revamped pool area. Interiors (floors, wall paintings, the leasing office) have been renovated in recent years. Maintenance is both effective and efficient. The staff in the leasing office are friendly and professional. They all do their best to ensure a positive residential experience and have planned great resident events. I would highly recommend this community for anyone who is looking for a high quality apartment in an extremely convenient location.
