They are lying about sales prices in advertisements, their prices are after a down payment of $2,900 but they do not write that anywhere.

I won't make assumptions but ill explain my experience…read more Purchased a vehicle from them in 2023 (2019 Nissan Maxima at about 60k miles used. Had me sign all of the paperwork before I even got to test drive. (My first experience car shopping so you know how that goes.) The online pictures made the car look clean. When I stepped in the vehicle there was a deep cut in the front windshield literally from top to bottom shallow enough where it wasn't noticeable. (They also had a Sun screen on it so maybe that helped conceal it. When I mentioned this needs to be fixed the salesman said its cosmetic and its my responsibility. I told him when an officer pulls me over cosmetic won't be on the ticket. He didnt budge and I had already signed the paperwork so I took the car to a mechanic non affiliated with their business to get it checked out. Not soon after I rolled the vehicle out the lot the check engine light comes on. (I understand lemon law but I wanted to see what the mechanic had to say.) When i got a report a page long of the issues the salesman immediately stated "You used your own money? You could've used our mechanic." Obviously I could not trust this business afterwards so I told him no I preferred my own. The tempo changed and he fixed the glass and the "mechanical issues" (im not a car guy but its something about the northwind downwind thing related to the catalytic). While leaving other issues out as "cosmetic". Fast forward to today 2026 My review overall has been involving constant repairs (most of which i imagine comes from regular use.) But the latest blunder has been my transmission being blown a little while back. I took on the expense at the cost of maxing out 3 credit cards and lovely to know my Mechanic tells me most likely someone swapped out my transmission with a different one most likely to sell it. Im not going to slander them and say they did it but they were the ones who sold me a car which needed a. Windshield replacement, mechanical repairs needed right off the bat, sold it to me before I even got to test drive it, sold it to me used with new car pricing (~26k at ~60k miles), only rendered repairs when they saw im willing to spend my own money. Now im left with about 70% of my debt coming from a car they sold me. If you need my background I have multiple jobs in healthcare, im a real frustrated person with a real story.

by far the biggest scam! Was pre-approved for a GLC…read moreMercedes-Benz on Capital One Auto Navigator ($20k). Capital One gives you the confirmed overall price for the vehicle so you don't need to negotiate the price once you get down there. After 2 hours of test driving and completing the applications they jumped up the price by $9,000 and claim that the sites listed price is how they get business in the door - false advertising! A $9,000 commission must be nice! A bunch of scammers! 0/10 I addition, no where on the site did it say there were any disclaimers. The sales manager also mentioned that he couldn't find your hidden information listed on Capital One Auto Navigator nor did the site bring me to your main website. He clearly said which I'll quote "this is how we get people in the door". https://www.capitalone.com/cars/vehicle-details/2019/Mercedes-Benz/GLC/300/WDC0G4JB8KV146083 You should be the one doing your own research and not wasting the customers time. I called prior, showed my quote upon arriving and once I completed the whole process which was well over 2 hours is when I was told that not only would my quote not be honored but jacked up by $9,000 minus any taxes or dmv fees which I was more than willing to pay. Again, it's bad business! 0/10 and would not recommend even to my worst enemy. Do better!
