If I could give Dr. Herskovits 10 stars, I would. This man is so kind, professional and accommodating I can only wish all dr's were like him. I have had a toothache for a week now (on and off), with no dental insurance I was afraid. I went to see him, he took x-rays and could not see any cavity or any reason why I would be in pain. He charged me a minimal amount for the x-rays and even went over dental insurance options with me. He told me that if my tooth continued to hurt to come see him the following week. Well, that Saturday at 7pm my tooth HURT! I called his after hours service and they gave me his cell number. HE PICKED UP! told me to come in on Monday, before work, 7:30am and we would see what was going on. By that time my tooth did not hurt anymore. He was willing to start a root canal but told me that I should wait to see what happens. He could've easily told me a root canal was necessary and charge me up the wazoo ( again, no dental) but he didn't. I am going to wait until my tooth actually hurts for more than an hour and go back. PLEASE READ THIS DENTIST'S REVIEWS!!!! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! I made the mistake by not reading Dr Herskovits reviews. When you enter this practice its run down and filthy. Nobody will be waiting (for a reason). The dentist himself seemed very friendly and has all these photos of him on TV shows so i was duped. I had to see the dentist because I broke a back molar. He told me I needed a crown and I went ahead. He also told me I had to pay cash separately because my insurance didn't cover it. After he injected my face with so much anesthesia I could barely walk home. Once i got home and the Novocain wore off I realized the dentist ground down the WRONG TOOTH! When i told the doctor what he did, he said he decided to work on a different tooth instead (that one already had a crown before too). Fast forward I get better insurance but I know better by now so I checked with my insurance he is listed as a dentist in the group and that crowns are covered by insurance 100% So when I called first the receptionist tried to say my insurance doesn't cover it I stopped her and said don't do what I think your about too. Then I informed her about how so many people say the office is a rip off trying to bill insurance companies but ALSO get cash from patients when the services are covered 100% When she heard what I found out and how I wont accept that as an answer she turned her story around and said he isn't accepting new patients....lol I wasn't a new one. Told me I had to get 3 caps with no root canal needed... never heard of that. UNPROFESSIONAL, DECEITFUL AND MAY RIP YOU OFF! Dr. Gary Herskovits, Dr. Amy Herskovits and Dr. Lloyd Soman of Brooklyn Smile (Gentle Dental) FACT: Gary Herskovits was fined by New York State $5,000 and placed on 1 year probation, admitting to erroneous charges he billed to both a patient and filed with an insurance company. (http://www.op.nysed.gov/opd/feb97.htm). It seems his corruption continues. It's currently happening to me. I made an appointment with an 'In Network' periodontist (Soman) who recommended a root scaling/planing, a cleaning procedure. They say my insurance didn't cover this procedure (which I later found they cover 50%) and charged me $600. Moments later, Soman entered with someone, introduces her as Amy Herskovits, and said she'd perform the cleaning. Weeks later, both Soman and Amy Herskovits filed separate insurance claims, one for 'In Network' and one for an 'Out of Network'. After explaining the situation to insurance (UHC), they said claim filed were incorrect. Also this goes against the 'Surprise Bill' law. UHC told me either the provider could send a 'corrected' claim'or I can appeal the existing erroneous claim. I called Brooklyn Smile. When I explained, the receptionist interrupted stating she remembered me and my insurance initially gave her the wrong information. I said that's possible but whomever made the mistake, an error occurred, and a corrected claim needs to be filed. Gary Herskovits abruptly joined the call and said the claim form was filed correctly and since Amy did the procedure, she filed the claim. After many attempts to speak and being interrupted, I had to ask Gary to stop interrupting me and please allow me to explain. 1. I didn't make the appointment with Amy and wasn't made aware that she was an 'Out of Network' dentist (which I found out later is illegal 'The Surprise Bill' law) 2. I'm covered 50% for the procedure 3. Until resolved, as it's no fault of mine, to reverse $600 overpayment He refused, accused UHC of wrongdoing, and the claim filed is correct. This is between the the provider and insurance, not me, Gary H. said since it's my insurance, I should have UHC call him. Months following, UHC reached out but Brooklyn Smile and Herskovits would ignore calls, place on hold, drop the call, etc. one UHC rep said they told her to stop calling. Gary H. and his team never cooperated. Since then, after appealing their claim, it was overturned given the erroneous claim. UHC relayed their findings to both Gary H. and myself, which we are both awarded money; however, since only one check can be sent, it must go to the provider. I questioned why send this provider, who displayed deceitful acts, money I'm owed. UHC apologized, saying the provider agreed to pay me my portion. After explaining my reservations on getting my money, they said there's nothing they could do, and they provided me with proof in correspondence. I reached out to Brooklyn Smile for the status on receipt of the check and included a copy of UHC's correspondence to remind him of the conversation. I received a response stating non receipt, didn't agree with the amount and to have UHC call them (because I'm apparently Gary H. 's secretary instead of customer). So I decided to wait/see if the check from UHC ever got cashed, which it was, in late October (no surprise). I called UHC and told them provider didn't pay me what they paid/I was owed. UHC attempted to intervene, and again their calls were ignored. I sent Brooklyn Smile an email stating to pay me monies from the cashed check. They decline yet offered me hundreds less, basically stealing money from me. I demanded they pay me the monies owed to me or I will have no choice to sue in small claims court. Their reply was, "ok see u there". I'm now filing a lawsuit against this practice and all involved. It's not for the money, but for it to be made aware by others of the corruption that is being done. These unethica facilities should not be in practice, nomatter what level the work is! They scammed me and my insurance company and it's not the first and last! Herskovits and his facility should/will be investigated further with the AMA, the city and state, NYC/NYS. This is also being posted on many other websites to warn you all about this deception. I have never written a review on anything, positive or negative, in my life. However, after $25,000 and nothing to show for it, I have to expose Dr. Herskovits. This man is the epitome of a wolf in sheep's clothing. He must have seen me coming a mile away because he took my money, gave me nothing, and forgot I existed. I want to take you back to the beginning. He does appearances on the news so one would assume he's legit but then you get to his office and wonder why a man doing segments on dental health on major network television works out of an office that makes a free clinic look state of the art. The place is falling down, literally. During my time as a patient a scaffolding collapsed in front of his office in the middle of the day. It even made the news. The man has been a dentist for 40 years. One would think, he could keep his office clean. Anyway, I went in there and admittedly, my teeth needed a lot of work. There was never any consultation or suggestions, maybe a way to save a couple of bucks, some options, nothing. He just said what he'd do and got to work. The process was strange. He would make me go to different offices really far from Bay Ridge and never asked if it was convenient or if I was okay with it. I ended up with 6 crowns and a partial bottom denture for $25,000 dollars. I had them put in a week before a wedding I was attending and on my flight there, my front crown fell right out. Thanks Dr. Herskovits. That same crown has fallen out about 100 times now. I went in about 5-7 times to have it put back in and he charged me $100 EVERY TIME! FOR HIS HORRIBLE WORK! I just leave the crown out now and use fixodent if I have to go out for a couple of hours. Everybody knows that what a single guy needs is a front tooth missing. And whenever I went to pay my $100 for him to fix his errors he NEVER made a suggestion or gave me any options, never offered a payment plan to fix things up. Instead he would tell me I needed 6 implants at some outrageous price per tooth. This has been like a 6 year saga and I'm still trying to repair the damage he did. Crowns have chipped, two front crowns are missing, and I'm no closer to being able to be confident in my smile. I'm not a rich guy by any means. Dr. Herskovits took everything I had and left me with nothing. Today I just have missing and damaged teeth thanks to him. He changed my life for the worse. He put me in debt. He did a truly awful job. I'm still recovering financially and still have to find a way to get my teeth fixed. Dr. Herskovits really did wrong by me, never tried to remedy the issue, he just kept taking my money. I know this may seem like I'm exaggerating but having to walk around with missing teeth affects your life. I've been denied jobs, have low self confidence, and feel awful in general. I recently visited this dentist for a fill-in. Before I could sit down in the chair he starts rattling off prices (none less than a $1000) for a "necessary root canal." I tell him I have insurance and he says that will bring it down to about $400 for today's fill-in. I tell him when I called my insurance earlier that day, they told me the fill in was 100% covered. His response "oh ok." He proceeds to do the work, though he was rather impatient and ill-mannered. My husband comes to pick me up and while he's waiting he makes an appointment for the next day. This is where the foolery begins. After quoting my husband an absurd price for the dental work, my husband decided to leave but he had already made a follow up appointment prior to the consultation with a supposed "specialist" at the behest of the dentist. My husband feeling less than confident in the good dentist did not arrive for his appointment. Here is the email he received in response from the dentist (one of the most unprofessional, shameful displays of communication I've ever seen): "Are u okay? You missed one hour reserved appointment I gave you with our specialist. This may be why your mouth is in such a mess. I spent a lot of time with you explaining your problem now and what will happen if you do not fix your teeth. If you did not want the appointment then why did you make it and accept it? Do you think it was nice to waste one hour of a doctor's time who wants to help you ? You hurt other patients on purpose. They could not be helped because you had the time reserved. You harm yourself, you harm others and you harmed the doctor. Why did you do that? There is a $300 charge for wasting the specialists time. The insurance will not cover this fee. This is your responsibility. You can have your insurance call me if you like." Updated Review: Since I have posted this review the doctor has become very concerned and has contacted me through Yelp about 5 times over the course of several months. In every email Dr Herskovits insists that this review isn't for him, because he practices in New York and I live in Los Angeles. I have written him back 2 different times assuring him that I have the right doctor and I used to be a New York resident. Somehow he continues to be in disbelief. I guess the doctor has never heard of someone moving?!?!?! The last time he contacted me he still insisted I have the wrong doctor, but he would like to make me happy. He said I could come in for another halimeter reading free of charge and he wants to make it "right". Sadly, I live across the country and cannot take advantage of his damage control. First and foremost, Dr. Herskovits seems to be a fairly good dentist. My experience with him and his staff have made me feel very comfortable during all the times I've come to his office for treatment, which was a wisdom/molar removal as well as a bone graft/teeth cleaning. After my the procedure was complete for the above diagnosis, I received a phone call/letter from the doctor with concerns about my insurance not being able to cover a portion of my bill as I had already maxed out (for the year) with all the procedures that recently took place. The doctor tried to help me out and asked me to discuss this with my insurance company/workplace to figure out a way to have insurance cover the procedures. After some investigation through my company and insurance, I found out that the "specialist" that was brought in to remove my teeth was not covered under my insurance. Now whether the doctors office told me or not, it was not "clearly defined to me" that the specialist was not under my insurance. I believe that all doctors should give patients the opportunity to have all pertinent information to make a sound decision unless its a "life-threatening" situation, which this was not. In addition, I felt his diagnosis was quick to judge prior to having my teeth removed. **I do agree with some of the negative commenters. He poked and prodded for literally a "few seconds" an said, "We have to remove the molar". I was surprised at how fast he was able to determine that....even the specialist had questioned his diagnosis, but he seemed insistent. I was able to have worked out a payment plan with the dentists office after they reduced my total payment, slightly due to the out-of-network snafu. Tools to help you the next time you're at any dentist office: 1. Teeth cleaning are broken up in 4 quadrants: Upper right, Upper left, Lower right, Lower left. You may be charged 4X unless you specify a specific quadrant. 2. Before you get any work done, have the office submit a "Predetermination of Benefits" through your insurance company. Basically this is an estimate for whatever procedure you may have done. It'll tell you or the doctor if you're covered. 3. I would keep the doctor/staff aware about your specific coverage preference. 4. Call your insurance company and ask questions. They were helpful with my situation. read more

Dr H is first rate! He was able to successfully evaluate my conditions and his hygienist gave me the most thorough cleaning of my life. She hit every nook and cranny and of course put the cherry on the pudding with the fluoride treatment. I was treated very polite, warm and friendly by everyone there. Dr Herskovits is a gift to NYC! Rewind the clock almost ten years...I wake up with a swollen jaw and less than desirable breath (my roommate even asked me if I ate a dragon)! A quick Google search led me to Dr Herskovits. I'm so glad it did. Understanding my emergency, he saw me almost immediately and quickly diagnosed my problem. 4 impacted wisdom teeth which led to a minor infection! We scheduled an extraction date, and in the interim I was thankfully given treatment for breath that could melt butter. The extraction went easier than expected! Dr F, the surgeon, was an efficient expert and handled this boxer's jaw with no problem. The best part, I did not feel Dr H's needles!! No BS people, this man has skill. I have been a customer ever since that initial visit and have had fillings, cleanings, and even Invisilign done there. Also, Dr H has treated most of my family and even some ex girlfriends. Yelp removed my review, which I can only assume is because Mr. Herskovits (I refuse to call him doctor) complained. Well, I am going to re-write it as many times as I need to, because I want to warn people that this so-called dentist is indeed a crook and he deserves to lose business. Please note, for anyone else reading this--there used to be about five one-star ratings here. Now there are only two. I wonder if the others got erased by Yelp after "mysterious" complaints as well. Hmm. A note to the wise dentist: If you are so averse to negative reviews, perhaps you should do your job well. I went here to fix a very minor problem with one tooth. Herskovits roped me in by offering free X-rays, which later showed up on my bill, of course--and because it was only a verbal promise, I had no proof and so I was stuck paying. He then nearly convinced me to get my wisdom teeth pulled, at a ridiculous cost. I am uninsured and I knew I couldn't afford it on top of the other procedure that I originally went there for, but he made it sound really urgent. There was something about him I didn't quite trust, so I got a second opinion and was told that in no way do I need any teeth removed. He also convinced me to purchase a special electric toothbrush, again making it seem like if I didn't buy it my teeth would fall out right then and there. I bought it for a couple of hundred bucks and guess what--it didn't work. I had to return it directly to the company because of course the dentist's office refused to give me a refund. Now, about my actual dental procedure: I literally spent thousands of dollars here and got nothing in return. The problem that I have with my one tooth is still very much there, and I have evidence to prove it. Herskovits was too darn busy to ever listen to any of my complaints, and I got into an argument with the receptionist here after I made an appointment to see him and he refused to look at my mouth. I went to Dr. Herskovits because of the reviews i read online. He maxed out my insurance the first time i was there. they charged 2 thousand dollars for 2 root canals without either having the post or crown done. I went another dentist and had to get what he did fixed. I had intense pain ever since being at this dentist until i went to another dentist. I went back 3 times with pain to no avail. Each visit discussing the pain he inflicted cost me 150 just for the visit and to hear reasons to charge more and more. They quoted me over 4 thousand dollars to complete the two root canals. Had very bad tooth implants procedures done, after a few weeks, one came off and after a few years, they completely shattered beyond belief, not just one, both implants. After seeing other dentists to repair, they first suggested I return to where they were originally done because perhaps after paying $7000+ out of pocket in addition to my insurance paying certain percentages, Dr Herskovits may do the right thing and correct the implants free of charge because that is what they would do. Dr. Gary treats patients based on insurance plans. If you have Liberty Dental, he performs the minimal to no service treatment. When I did not schedule a follow-up appt after he'd informed me of the services needed which the insurance did not cover, he then mentioned he just stopped accepting Liberty Dental insurance (What a coincidence and a villainous behavior!). I have always taken great care of my teeth. For that reason, I regret using Dr. Herskovits several years ago to replace mercury fillings with composite white material. I was concerned about mercury in my teeth, and he assured me he could replace all my fillings for $500. On my way out after the procedure, his receptionist said, "That will be $2000." And refused to give me a written statement. I had to insist over the phone several times over several weeks that I wouldn't pay the fee without a written bill, and Dr Herskovits kept making excuses like his receptionist was having surgery, then her surgery was botched, etc. I finally paid after I received a typewritten bill in the mail. Fast forward a few years and two root canals and one extraction later. The nerves in some of the teeth that Dr. Herskovits worked on experienced nerve death. Please beware of this doctor. He is by far the most careless and incompetent dentist I have come across. I went to him for porcelain veneers, the job was so sloppily done I was left with a laundry list of problems. The margins between the tooth and gum were so off It left me with bacteria build up that caused severe gingivitis. The gingivitis became such a problem in the following months and his only advice to me was to laser cut my gums. On top of my gums, the dentist shaved so much of my tooth off that barely anything was left. Besides these unhealthy painful issues the job itself was hideous. The veneers were opaque, bulky and oversized. The job was so awful the dentist offered me a refund in exchange I sign a waiver that I do not sue. After years of suffering post Dr Herskovits veneer job, regretful to say the least that I did not take legal action. BEWARE!!! read more

I went into because i had a bad experience with a in network dentist who damaged my back teeth where they needed to be pulled. I went to this dentist because has to better than the last one. Big mistake. I first went in , he stated i needed to remove those teeth and get 3 bridge implants which okay since my ins pays for 2 lifetime. I get quote and given a bill for like 5,000 i said ok the ins will pay half and i will pay half not bad okay start the work. i pay little here and there 200,500, 100, etc i was down to 800 owed and i go back and i knew it was 800 but i lost the paper , I was thinking they were honest, my bad, next minute you know the bill was back up there like 4,000, i said how the hell did that happened it can't be that is when i realized i lost the paper so now i am like WTF. okay my bad so i figure okay let's get this done okay now he starts putting in the screws , finally get it down to 2000 and than he claims the ins company isn't paying him and if i want my caps off my implants i have to give 6,000 to 8,000 i was like WTF are you doing here that is when i realized i had been had. And in the very beginning i was trying to get credit, and i give him 500 off the record to fix my credit so please people don't use him he will rip you and your ins off . today he has the nerve to send me a text threatening me . THERE IS NO STAR BUT THATS WHAT I WOULD GIVE!!!!!!!! I chose this doctor because he offered sedation and I need a root canal (due to childhood trauma, I like sedation to be available if I need it). I called for information and when i asked for a an estimate I was told she could not give one. Which I understand since every person is different but I insisted on a rough estimate from the minimum cost to the maximum. Upon seeing this is something I can struggle to afford I scheduled the appt. The women I spoke to did not speak english very well but told me just come in the initial consultation is complimentary for 15 minutes. So I scheduled the appointment. Two days before the appt I called to confirm (since I was leaving work early, i wanted to make sure) I spoke to again the same women who didn't speak english very well and again I asked her and she said the initial consultation is complimentary however if I need xrays they are additional charge. I said I have the xrays and she said they cannot be old and I said no they are 1 week old and she said okay thats fine. On the day of my visit I filled out all paperwork and saw the doctor and his assistant. I spend 10 minutes if that in the office and he looked at my tooth with a MIRROR. He asked me if my regular dentist spoke english correctly. He then proceed to say is your dentist Russian or Indian. He then even asked how old is he? I said I dont know. he said is he in his 30, 40 0r 50? This is so unprofessional. And racist. When i was done I headed to the receptionist who tells me that is a $75 fee. I told her exactly what happened and she said Oh the $75 is for the xray. And I said he didin't take an xray I bought my own. And she argued with me and said that this is the fee for the consultation and the doctor doesn't perform free consultations. Never mind the fact that he quoted me $2600 for a root canal and an additional $1000for sedation if I need it. If I want to do a tooth extraction, and then an implant it will cost me $5000 plus $1000 for sedation. Why would I want a tooth extraction and implant when I just need a root canal. JUST BECAUSE HE WAS ON THE MORNING SHOW WITH KATHY LEE AND HODA A CENTURY AGO FOR 2 MINUTES HE THINKS THIS IS THE WAY TO TREAT PATIENTS. I went to Dr. Gary Herskovitz in November 2013 because of tooth pain in the upper left side of my teeth and a broken tooth on the upper right, with a growing abscess. Upon seeing me, he stated that I needed a root canal in the upper left tooth and my right eyetooth. He also stated that my broken tooth was not broken, but merely chipped. If you see the state it is in now after treatment from a GOOD dentist, you would see that the tooth was not merely chipped and I lost half the tooth! And that I what I had was not an abscess but the result of smashing my face into something!!! How would I not know I had received trauma to my face that would bruise my gums?! I came in the next day to have the root canals done. Dr Herskovitz had his endodontist Dr. Eric Greenhut, perform the root canals and ignored my broken tooth. The man kept saying, "I give good shot." which might have been funny the first time he said, but he said it repeatedly, constantly, the whole time. Dr. Herskovitz then proceeded to keep pressing me to get a credit card to pay for other procedures, like the post and crown, which he said would be 1200 each with insurance! How could I pay when he'd already eaten up my insurance for the year on poor procedures? He kept saying, 'How else do you expect to pay for it? Come back in January when you insurance money is back.' This meant that I had two unposted root canals from 5 November until now. End result, one unnecessary root canal, one improperly done root canal, one broken and rapidly decaying tooth. I have chosen to file this grievance with my insurance and on review sites because this is not cool at all! Normally, I would move on to another doctor and forget about it, but this is ridiculous. I don't know what happened in my particular case, but i found the whole experience in Dr. Herskovitz's office to be unfortunate. read more

I never even made it through the door to his office, and Dr. Herskovits is the most unprofessional dentist I have ever encountered. After calling to make an appointment on Monday morning for a dental emergency, and verifying that Herskovits does, in fact take my insurance, I received an e-mail from Herskovits himself at 6:45pm telling me that he does not take my insurance, and I can pay out of pocket if I want to keep the appointment. I responded telling him that I specifically asked, and that I wish someone would have told me before it was too late to get a dental appointment somewhere else, because I would now have to wait longer for another appointment. This evening, I received a series of e-mails from him, which I will paste below: 1- U should call your plan we have not been accepting new patients with your plan for years I would have been happy to help you though if u would have come on or asked to speak to me personally . Complain to your plan for not having correct information If u must see an in network Doctor just call your plan. That doesn't seem so difficult. 1- By the way u called on Sunday we r closed weekends the service appointed u they r not aware of insurance plans. If u asked them if we took your plan they told u ask the office Lastly I personally texted u on Sunday telling u we don't take your plan so u had all day Sunday and Monday to find another dds I called Monday at 9:02am, as marked on my cellphone, I never received a text even on MONDAY, though he claims he texted me before I even called (I guess, in addition to being a impeccable speller, he's also a magic psychic dentist) and his lack of accountability for his own staff, and compassion for someone who has a broken and possibly septic molar is astounding. I guess I dodged a bullet by not being able to see him, as I would feel highly concerned for anyone who would see a man who supposedly went to medical school, and is unable to grasp basic sentence structure. In addition to posting this review, I will be contacting my insurance company, to make sure he is removed from their website. Of course my post was deleted as well. I guess YELP isn't as reliable either. I was in a similar situation as Albert. Although, Dr. Herskovits seemed friendly he was indeed a deceiver. I went in for a consultation and he took x-rays of my teeth, did not inform me that their would be a huge fee for four x-rays. He, than proceeded to tell me that my mouth was full of cavities when my regular doctor said I only had about three in total. Once I was ready to leave, I was furious at how I was deceived by this doctor only to be approached by the nasty receptionist who demanded I pay. I proceeded to tell her I did not have the money (which I did but did not want to pay because I was deceived), and than she asked my aunt who was with me, to pay for my x-rays. How rude! I left and did not pay because of the way I was treated. Months later I was still being billed and charged an extra fee. I did speak to the doctor in person and he made no effort to remove the fee he charged me for the x-rays in which I was never informed I had to pay to begin with. Word of advice, go to a place where patients are placed before money because this doctor and his staff do not give a s*** about you or your teeth. read more

HORRIBLE dentist! This is the first bad review I have ever written, but my experience was so disappointing that I am inclined to write about it. First of all, I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Once I did see Dr. Herskovits, he saw me for 2 seconds, blew off all of my concerns, and had his asst. do a super half assed job of cleaning my teeth. When I voiced concern over how fast and non-thorough the cleaning was, he said that my insurance didn't cover more than that, which is a complete lie!! Basically, 2 hours later all he did was brush my teeth.............I could have done this at home. As for my other concerns, he was very rude, and I was completely brushed off. I have never been treated this way, as I felt like I was wasting his time. I also feel like I have to go someplace else to get a proper cleaning and a second opinion of my issues...........as he provided no expert opinion at all. VERY disappointed! The writer below me is correct, this guy is a crook. I went to him for a consultation to ask about a tooth i had a root canal performed on by a different dentist, i went and talked to him for only 2 minutes. After i left his room that looked like he ripped out the back seats of an old 1980's ford car and had the nerve to call it a "dentist room", i was escorted by him to the front desk where his two secretaries were. He told them to charge me $75 for the consultation and an X-ray. Yet, he never took x-rays of my mouth !! all he did was look inside with that little mirror tool thingy at the tooth i was talking to him about (tooth 14) and i guess that was his idea of an X-ray ? FULL BLOWN CROOK who has a bunch of you tube videos of himself that you cant even comment on because he disabled the ability for viewers to comment. Then 2 weeks later he has the nerve to send a card to my house saying "its time to get your cleaning, schedule an appointment with us" yeah right, i dont think so. government should do something about crooks like this. !! ohh and he has a picture on his walls saying "come in for your free invisalign consultation today" free my a$$, i bet he will charge you $150 for that. find someone better. read more

I came here back in August. I had been experiencing some gum pain. I've only had one cavity in my life. Dr. Kerskovits did some Xrays and proceeded to tell me I have 8-10 cavities. One needed to be filled right away or I'd need a root canal. Everytime I'd ask him a question he'd respond very indifferently saying he did not know anything, he was just seeing me for the first time. Very vague and he started rattling off how much fillings are with my insurance. I was shocked. Overall he was not personable or compassionate. I like to trust the person who puts their hand in my mouth. I got a second opinion and was told I have no cavities. I would definitely say to think twice before going here. And to top it off one of the office employees was very rude and when I told the dentist he shrugged it off. read more

This dentist is sure not in the profession to help people as much as his pockets! He charges for things other dentists do not. Example: He charges $2,000 for a small amount of gel you put on your teeth every night for a month. (What's in it gold?!) --Just run for the hills people. read more

The entire team was friendly and welcoming and had a great sense of humor. I'm not a nervous dental patient, but I can see how even the most nervous person would be put at ease here. They even double-checked to make sure that my insurance would fully cover the procedure they recommended before proceeding (and yes, the procedure was fully covered).
