Ordered on Grubhub my wrap is never wrapped right it's 90% lettuce with no dressing. They skimp on their pasta salad. They offer a pound or a half pound. I always choose more and it's $8.99 for a not full shitty pasta salad, and I don't even wanna get started on the bagel that came un toasted with a pathetic little fucking scallop of cream cheese. save your money and time and patience and don't eat here. Brooklyn's Natural Deli (BND) is one of my favorite deli/bodega/convenience stores in Flatbush. Their menu is incredibly dynamic and their chefs get it right every time. BND has an incredible selection of products. They clearly have an aim to serve eco-friendly and healthy options. They have Vegan, Gluten-Free, & Vegetarian options! I love their selection of fresh bread. Check out their baked goods and endless granola bars. The ice cream section favors Vegan, Gluten-Free, & Vegetarian options. I'm giving BND 4 stars because their prices are expensive! A grilled cheese (white bread & American cheese) is $5! That's $2 more than most of the bodegas around the area. read more

This deli is just at the end of block of Caton ave and Flatbush near the airbnb I stayed in. I loved their selection and options it was much more healthier options than a regular bodega. I came in for Essentia, snacks, and breakfast at different times of the night/day. It said on Yelp they are open 24 hours but when I tried to buy water at 3am they weren't open. The staff here is all pretty friendly and nice. Come check these guys out you will find something you haven't tried before! read more

I'm a small business owner in the neighborhood. I've been going to this place since it went bougie. Don't get me wrong I need bougie in my life like gluten-free chocolate chip cookies and vegan ice cream. But it's always been a joke that nobody here knows what they carry. They just knew white people were moving in and decided to pivot the business to accommodate. No shame just don't have any expectations of actually getting the gluten-free Tate's you ordered, they'll just substitute any old regular not gluten-free cookie because they have no concept of what gluten-free means. I was so excited they had fresh juice and cake and egg sammies... I would order juice cake and egg sammies all the time for me and my employees. The cake was always kind of terrible, and then one day it just started tasting like tuna, we realize the cake was being kept in the refrigerator unit with all of the tuna salad fixings... When I mentioned some thing in true misogynist fashion they didn't hear me or care. So we just stopped ordering cake. I asked if they cleaned out their juicer in between juices because I'm on a special diet and my employees have allergies. They assured me they did. But recently it tasted like they didn't and one of my employees had an allergic reaction. Mind you, we drop $100 and juices every time we order. So I asked if they would refund me for the three juices that didn't taste right last time and caused an issue. In usual misogynist fashion the guy on the phone argues with me. Long story long... don't get confused...This place is just a bodega. They don't care about customers and they make a pretty ok bodega egg sammie. read more

BEST deli in the neighborhood! A hidden gem located on Caton Ave - right off Flatbush Ave. Seriously it's the best deli I've been to in Flatbush. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. They prepare and pack everything with care. Sometimes I have to go here for organic options because lord knows the supermarkets around here are SLOW to catch up. I come here at LEAST once a week. Veggie Juice: my fave is the Red & Green Bacon, egg and cheese: the bacon is beef. Do yourself a favor and get the bacon well done. Their menu has sooo many options! Wow. "Brooklyn omelette" Menu description: Served with egg whites, Boar's Head natural roasted turkey, sauteed peppers and onions, topped with sliced avocados. Reality: two tiny scraps of egg whites tossed into a tin next to a few scraps of peppers and onions (counted 4 tiny mined pieces of pepper and 5 tiny minced pieces of onion, seriously) and 3 slices of avocado with a bunch of turkey. Called up to ask what the deal was, couldn't even finish the whole story before guy said "It is what it is" and hung up. Got a salad for lunch for later, looks OK. Such a let down though. read more

Got an iced coffee for my brother, my brother called me and said he didn't want it anymore. So I asked if I can get a refund, the guy looked at me, laughed & continued doing what he was doing. So I asked "yes or no". That's when he stops doing what he was doing walks to the register & before he proceeds to attempt a refund he looks towards his coworker "monica, she wants a refund after I just made the iced coffee" I told him "it was so unnecessary to communicate that w her" Bc what was that helping with the situation. Listen if you don't like your job fine. Go home. But don't come to work giving customers attitude Bc you don't like your job. I work at a fast food place & I definitely don't treat customers like that. You get what u paid for & if they didn't want it anymore I would try to accommodate them w something else or at the end give them a refund. ITS SOOOO SIMPLE. I've found all the guys who work here to be super nice. I ordered a Superman Sandwich on a lazy Sunday and was very pleased with the result (can't go wrong with fried chicken cutlet). They put in a new(ish) counter/freezer case that contains an enviable collection of ice cream pints, Talenti gelatos, and even mochi ice cream. I'm around the corner so they are definitely my go-to for late-night runs for ice cream and snacks. read more

Not sure why the reviews are so poor. I ordered mozzarella sticks, coffee and a kombucha at 3:30am. Delivery got to me in 20 minutes! (and I'm like 10-15 blocks away). The mozzarella sticks tasted like your usual deli mozzarella sticks which all come from the same source (that I don't want to think too hard about, just wanna get the job done at 3:30am). I will order again from them--I'm so pleasantly surprised the delivery was fast, and on a rainy evening as well! Paid $11 for a chicken cheesesteak and a drink. The sub would've been really good if the chicken wasn't cubed. It was seasoned alright, not too salty, and there was a really nice balance of condiments and extras on there. That cubed chicken really just adds a stale, pre-packaged taste to things. read more

I commend them on the upgrade... food is delicious but these guys DO NOT CHANGE THEIR GLOVES!! ‍. They wear the same gloves to clean the counter, empty the trash, pick stuff off the floor and prepare your food... Yes I've witnessed it while watching them prepare my salad (which I still ate)... Terrible service and staff that made everything too hard for you to find out what they even have on the menu (did you see what's on the menu? why, I had already been standing around for two minutes before a cashier pointed me towards one), and then they're liars because I ordered a Monte Cristo and he said he could make me one. I asked him again, are you sure? And he said yes. Well, he was a liar because he then told me that a Monte Cristo was the mozzarella sticks that I had order as well as the sandwich. The place is so uncommon in a common area. They had cbd drinks hailing all the way from the Bay Area. They had the soap we buy from from our organic market, they have a bit of everything in here. Cramped and crammed just like everything else in NYC. They have hot food served 24 hours, boars head meat selection and local chips. I like when I see corner stores carrying other products opposed to lays, Pepsi, Hershey's, it goes to show that the trash the corporate company's offer are no longer wanted and WE KNOW ITS POISON. Kudos to this place for offering better options. The sandwhich I got was delicious might I say but he forgot to add the jalepenos I asked for and the extra onion I also asked for. I didn't know heiro was the name a sub or a hoagie so that threw me for a loop. Well I enjoyed my HEIRO, the customer service was as about as nice as it could be and I would 1OO% recommend this deli.
