I brought Drusband for my birthday and the next week I brought my 2 best friends. Each time it lives up to the hype due to the friendliness of the staff and the tastiness of the beer. I was extra delighted last Sunday when I met up with my besties on their way back from PA to their home in Long Island. There's nothing my friends love more than books and beer so to finally be at the place where I enjoy both was very nice. They brought their 11yo daughter who also had a good time. It seemed like half of book club was there too lol which to me says a lot about this place - people CHOOSE to come here even when they don't "have" to. Special shout to owner Billy and bartender Nicole. I am typically quite introverted and due in part to them and others they work with I feel quite at home and talkative. I love it here! After my friends left, Drusband and mom and me ordered pizza from the pizza cart. Different vendor than last time - equally delicious but a wee bit smaller. Get two.

My husband got the flight which included four beers and my cousin got the saison beer. Both enjoyed theirs. A long calendar of events of all types from pub trivia to local music to sponsoring fellow food, eateries and holidays are all helpful to promote the family warranted nature of this business as it's clear with a large number of newborns and families as might be unusual and yet should be normalized. All staff are knowledgeable in the brewing and hospitality skills to succeed now and for the long run. Point of sale systems are able to keep open a tab and clearly distinguish ongoing bills. The marketing keeps rights with the sign ups of emails and keeping customer histories. Branding is consistent and relevant leading to a nice, smooth, comfortable customer experience. There is an upstairs area that can be used for private parties, and an outdoor area, though we didn't experience this area since it was January and 30° outside. Their menu is impressive - beers are divided into categories of light, Belgian, dark/malty, tart/sour, etc, and each beer has a detailed description next to it. This can be extremely helpful for people who may not know much about beer to find something they like. The beer we had was very good. They also have many of their beers canned and available for purchase to bring home. Overall a nice place, one we would probably visit more often if we didn't live an hour away!

Bright, flavorful, and refreshing, it was a great pour that kept us coming back for more. But the real showstopper of the night? Drifting Back.
