Fast forward to Spring 2026 they killed the weeds and the grass. I called them and they came out and I asked why would you continue to spray when the weeds and the grass were obviously dead? Even though they could not explain they suggested they put me on another type of plan and when I said no more they generously refunded me for one month. I don't know how they applied weed control for 10 months killed the grass and weeds, but the weeds keeps coming back. I feel like they used the incorrect application on my lawn, but they will never admit to that, but the dead/missing grass speaks for itself.

In early 2023 we started noticing a proliferation of broadleaf and brought it to the attention of Artscape by speaking with Michelle on May 3, 2023. She informed us that the upcoming treatments would take care of the broadleaf issue and unfortunately they never did. Along with my complaint, I did email them copies of pictures from April 2023 up until June 27, 2023 showing the problem with the broadleaf still existed. I don't know if they changed their formula or if we were being cheated but our yard has never looked this bad. On June 27, 2023, I made note of the complaint in the last bill I paid online for the June 20 service, and I also sent a detailed email with the pictures mentioned above requesting to speak with the owner or a manager. We terminated our business relationship with them on August 9, 2023 due to lack of response to the complaint made on the June 20 bill paid online and lack of response to the June 27, 2023 email. This is evidence of a business not caring about it's customers as far as I'm concerned.

If you pay to have your property graded, seeded and strayed and instead they have a hill draining over your retaining wall and into the same slate chips you paid them to install, call A Abby. If you want a pond in your slate chips because they did not properly grade the area, call A Abby. If you want a drain installed to drain the aforementioned pond, and the install is going uphill, call A Abby. If you want seed and straw put over rocks that were supposed to be removed, call A Abby. Me, I am going to have to call any landscaper but A Abby to fix their mess.
