I did end up buying a rare Japanese blended whiskey for a great price; and was housed in their "unicorn items" glass case, which made me feel extra special buying it. While there I got to meet the owner and her staff which where both very accommodating and kind. They even let me try a sample of the expensive whiskey I was checking out to begin with. I was very impressed by that. Most mom and pop liquor stores won't do that, and because they did that, they've earned themselves a new loyal customer. I'm big into supporting local businesses and while I won't be able to always afford shopping there, when I can, I'll go! Then they called back and said that Medicare is not my 87 year old mother's primary insurance and that her Scott and White Medicare supplement was her primary insurance and she got Medicare through Scott and White. Since they do not have a contract with Scott and White, they would not be able to help me. She was rude about it, too. I called Medi Care Equipment Specialist who processed the order without any difficulties and with Medicare paying for it. Don't waste your time with Physicians Home Medical Equipment.
