Every time I take my residents out - I am always humbled at the amount of support and love they get - and today was no exception! Our Shopping Committee went to our local HEB (Creekside) to pick up more pumpkins for our pumpkin patch this morning and everyone was beyond wonderful - from the babies and little kids that we stopped to say hello to (and their parents), to workers and shoppers singing along with us as we sang and shopped, to our residents three new friends, employees Kaitlyn, Liz, and our cashier (who's name escapes me). Our Montessori Inspired Lifestyle truly brings out the best in our residents and shows off what they are still capable of doing, which I believe is infectious. Why do a boring fitness class, or hit balloons with a pool noodle, when you could be out in the world, doing normal tasks - like picking up heavy pumpkins to use for our upcoming fall parties/events? Especially when you have a community that supports and encourages you to do so, like everyone at HEB! HEB - thank you for the years of support and joy you have brought to our residents at The Landing at Augusta Woods. To Liz, Kaitlyn, and our Cashier - thank you for your kindness, light, humor, authenticity, patience and for making our residents' trip this morning so much more special. The curbside dept is slow and does not honor first come, first serve process. Very slow and pokey associates, frustrating to wait 16 minutes to get my order when there were only 2 or 3 cars in curbside area, coming after me and going before me while I continued to wait. I called store to finally get someone to come out with my order. Also quality of food poor and more expensive than other HEBs, i.e. a head of iceberg lettuce the size of a softball and was $2.58 each. Corporate greed at this location. I have been going to this store since it opened years ago. Lately the store is more like visiting a Fiesta store. The store is dirty, boxes and restocking during daily hours. The online store shoppers blocking aisles with large carts. Most of the shelves are picked over and lack proper stocking. HEB management should visit this store and replace the manager. It needs major help! read more

Good, spacious, clean, and very bright location. Always parking available. Produce is good with both organic and non-organic options. The green beans here are quite fresh, more so than those at WholeFoods. The fish and meat sections are quite small. You can deal with a butcher or grab prepackaged items. We don't typically buy these items from here though. There's a good variety of pickled items. The H-E-B gas station and drive through pharmacy are convenient. There's also a Wells Fargo back branch inside the store itself, which is helpful as it's open Saturdays. There's a H-E-B cafe on site, as well as prepared foods available, like roasted chickens or guacamole, the latter of which we have tried and it was very good. Lots of coupons hanging by items in the store, but read the fine print before you grab because many times you're required to buy more than one item to get the discount- which is advertised in the fine print! Good location and products, and I've found the service to be wonderful. So it's a nice overall store- BUT DON'T USE THEIR RESTROOMS!! The stall doors are all see through. They tried to be fancy by making it all "cloudy glass", but unless you're literally standing behind the toilet against the wall, everyone who's washing their hands can fully see you. And even if you're standing against the wall people can see your outline. It's so bad it's to the point that you can tell the color and pattern of someone's underwear, or even see if they're on their phone or picking their nose or whatever!! If you need to use their restrooms, bring a long jacket to hang on the door so you can at least have some privacy. Very poor design choice in a marketed family-friendly environment read more

HEB Bakery I ordered a cookie cake from the bakery for my 12 year old step sons birthday. I asked for light/easy icing around the edges, and explained to the woman taking the order that our family doesnt love icing, we just want a little bit around the edges, which she confirmed over the phone. You can obviously see that this is NOT light/easy icing. As well, whoever wrote the birthday message is obviously not really familiar with icing as a writing medium. When I picked up the cake, I asked the woman behind the counter if this is what they call "light icing" and she checked what was ordered compared to what was given to me and agreed "we could've definitely done less" I chose HEB instead of the cookie company at the mall because I heard the most amazing reviews but unfortunately that wasn't my experience. If I had more time, and wasn't rushing around to prepare for a party, I would have let them fix it, but I just couldn't today. Im sure it will taste wonderful, we are just disappointed with how our first order turned out. read more

H-E-B - Cookie cake from heb bakery - Pharmacy Near Me - Tomball, Texas

This locations sushi is subpar compared to the other HEBs in the area, specifically the spring rolls. They are smaller with very little lettuce and a sliver of crab stick. All the other locations are more fruitful, with nice lettuce and a full crab stick. Also, the Creekside locations spring rolls fall apart as you eat them, hence the reason to have more lettuce. This falls on management not following up with quality checks. read more

This HEB Pharmacy is the worst of the WORST. They tell you your insurance does not cover a medicine when in fact it does. If you want to get a vaccine, they will make you wait more than 1 hour while they are looking busy and getting pleasure from making people miserable. HEB is a good store, but they should be ashamed of this pharmacy. read more

Until my daughter moved to The Woodlands in Texas I never heard of H-E-B. I must say once I went with her to pick up some groceries, this place is awesome! It's a super store grocery store with everything you can imagine. They have an urgent care, pharmacy in addition to a bakery, deli and other services. The selection is huge and prices are very reasonable. It's a cross between a Super Wal-Mart and a Pavilions. Their cakes and other things they make in house are very good. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. read more

This review is particularly aimed at the meat department. The worst group of employees at HEB CAN BE FOUND HERE. Sad that a small few spoils it for the rest of the dedicated staff. Customer service is not priority. Feel like I'm bothering them every time I order. And the wait system currently in effect is not working. In fact they are slower then before. It seems HEB Creekside is going downhill in the service department , you are unable to get checked out if you go to that store before 10 AM . They have only one checkout line with several people with large baskets full of grocery items so if you only have a few items you are forced to use their uncaring impersonal self checkout. They have the employees available but they are pushing the large blue racks shopping for their curbside service. They will soon loose their business to other grocery stores within one mile of them. But the management of this store doesn't care as I have complained about this problem months ago and Carlos ( Manager ) "said sorry about that" but no improvement . read more

it's a nice HEB but for some reason the staff here are very...i don't know...you tell me : i'm a new mom. baby is 4 months so she goes everywhere with me. my mom took us grocery shopping with her and we kept her company a couple days before Christmas Eve. we checked out and a lady who i assume was manager told a guy standing and chatting with another staff member to help us to our car. he grabbed our cart and followed us to the door. i'm truly not sure if he wasn't paying attention or if the cart was too heavy for him (he was a strong looking young man) but i guess it slipped and he hit me with the cart right at the base of my heel. i almost went completely down when it happened and at this point we were right at the edge of the foyer where all the cars were passing. if i wasn't so cautious or maybe if it would have taken me down i would have let me baby roll into the street. i yelled and a really nice lady (customer) and my mom caught me so i didn't go to the ground and the guy literally just stood there looking at me. i cried walking to the car because it was so painful and i was also a little embarrassed. when we got to the car my mom told him i was sensitive and it was okay but listen...i just had a baby. i was in active labor for 13 and a half hours. i didn't start crying until hour number 11. that cart really got me man. he said "i can report it if she's not okay" and i guess my mom said no to try and calm him down but he wasn't upset. he didn't seem scared. we ended up leaving the baby's diaper bag in all the fuss and had to go back to get it. the woman we spoke to over the phone was told about the incident but my mom didn't say the guys name so she didn't do anything. well i remember his name (Ty) and i also remember him not apologizing, not showing any kind of remorse, and me going home and being unable to walk for a couple of hours knowing i had over 10 dozen Christmas cookies to bake for our family. don't let anybody hit you with a cart lol. read more

On December 3rd I went to this HEB to get some ballon's inflated with helium for my sons birthday. I had a bouquet of 4 medium ballon's and one large pickachoo (Pokémon) ballon. The employee blowing up the ballon's popped one of the ballon's, so I told her that I would buy the rest of them without that one. Upon walking out of the store a other balloon popped up. I return to ask her what was happening, since this balloons were just blowed up I thought they would be able to help me. They were very rude, including the manager and told me that if I wanted a replacement I would had to pay for it. I can't believe this is the customer service HEB provides for their clients. They charge an outrageous price for blowing up balloons and no support when needed. I was charged $12 for the 3 medium balloons ($4 each) and incredibly they charged me $15.00 for the pickachoo one (just for the helium nor including the ballon). I'm completely disappointed with this businesses. read more

I am so tired of the pharmacy at this location always making mistakes. They tell you the prescription is ready and then .. it's not. The computers are down or they need an extra day. Ridiculous. Carlos the manager that's been working 18+ years showed me his name tag and told me this is "his store" my cousins and I haven't even been in the store for 5 minutes and he walks very aggressively towards us asking us to behave when we haven't even touched or looked at anything? How am I supposed to feel comfortable walking around the store when being followed by an older man? The amount of disrespect that I felt is unbelievable. Just because I look young he doesn't have to suspect me or fooling around because not everybody wants to "mess with your store" never going back. read more
