Come back he will be here I came back a hour later no technician was there .so they said give him about a couple of hours. Each time I came back there.there was no technician to fix the laptop on site .years ago they did have some one there .but dont waste your time going there.there also is no return policy. Buy at your own risk .even if you have a receipt they wont take it back. I had purchased a cheap tablet there brought it back because it didn't work . They said you could trade it for some thing that equals the price of the cheap tablet. What kind of sh.#t is that. It is not worth it I would definitely never go back to this place again

The world is simple if one can't explain properly that either means the customer is a bad listener or the associate is not professional. Cash still wasn't clear as opposed to credit card. No one still including the Manager was not clear. Customer always showed come first. There was young lady who seem to be either condescending or assuming customer should do what they dictate. Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again,and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.

I found the prices to be pretty decent. The store was in an okay area, but you're still in Jamaica, Queens. Be careful of your surroundings. There were plenty of people just outside hustling, trying to get you to switch your internet provider and such.
