After Saturday, i feel even stronger about that. Friday night, my husband was getting ready to do our laundry and the washer broke. He was all ready to go to the laundromat on Saturday after I bagged everything up. But then i came up with contacting Len Harris. We had only two small windows of time to work with: this past Saturday in the afternoon and next Saturday, same time frame. I connected my husband with them, he went over, bought a floor model and it was delivered and installed the same day! We were VERY pleased!

It's usually only manned by one or two people at a time, but the service is friendly and good about answering questions about brands, functions for particular appliances. The staff is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. This was also my place to find obscure electronics from Asia. Normally I'd fly over and get my fill for family / friends, but I was able to score certain chargers, some small car accessories, and even the elusive TVPad. (#1) Parking is limited to street parking along Main. Lady said they haven't had a blue ones for months. Just so happened I was running another errand close by and happened to walk by and figured doesn't hurt to ask PC Richard if they do canister exchanges and to my surprise they said yes! Angel who I asked helped me. I made sure I got the $15 exchange taken off the price for new canister. Thankfully my husband was in their system bc they asked for contact information. Maybe bc I charged vs paying cash? Anyways glad I found an alternative place to do exchanges that wasn't listed when I searched up Sodastream canister exchanges.

So when the tech showed up (Jay) and he was on time, pleasant, courteous,respectful, and knowledgeable, I was pleasantly surprised. He diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the part and said it would take about a week to get the part. About a week later, an appointment was set up and Jay arrived on time and installed the part without an issue, with the same pleasant attitude as with the first visit. Thank you Jay!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the repair service provided by G&G regarding my washing machine. The original issue began with a loud noise coming from the washer, which led to the motor being replaced under my warranty coverage. After G&G installed the brand-new motor, the machine completed only TWO loads of laundry before it completely stopped spinning again. I then had to contact my warranty company for another service call due to the immediate failure following G&G's repair. Another company, Atria, was dispatched and performed extensive testing. Their technician initially reported that the motor and control board appeared functional but claimed there was a communication issue related to faulty wiring. However, after further investigation, the real issue became obvious. The motor installed by G&G had been improperly aligned, causing the belt to slip off the pulley system and preventing the machine from spinning correctly. Once the motor was removed, it was discovered that the mounting component attaching the motor to the washer had completely broken off. To be clear -- this was a BRAND-NEW motor installed only TWO DAYS earlier, with only two laundry cycles completed before catastrophic failure. A new motor should never fail this quickly unless the installation was performed improperly or components were mishandled during the repair process. What made this situation even worse was Atria's technician's report stated the motor broke due to misuse. My warranty claim was denied based on allegations of "misuse" of the appliance. I was forced to defend myself and prove that the washer had been properly maintained and not abused in any way. The machine has been well cared for, kept clean, and operated appropriately. The evidence ultimately pointed to improper installation -- not customer misuse. Because of G&G's workmanship, I am now left without a functioning washing machine, dealing with warranty complications, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and significant frustration. I have completely lost confidence in the quality of service provided and would not recommend this company based on my experience. I would not recommend either of these services (G&G or Atria).
