After Saturday, i feel even stronger about that. Friday night, my husband was getting ready to do our laundry and the washer broke. He was all ready to go to the laundromat on Saturday after I bagged everything up. But then i came up with contacting Len Harris. We had only two small windows of time to work with: this past Saturday in the afternoon and next Saturday, same time frame. I connected my husband with them, he went over, bought a floor model and it was delivered and installed the same day! We were VERY pleased!

It's usually only manned by one or two people at a time, but the service is friendly and good about answering questions about brands, functions for particular appliances. The staff is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. This was also my place to find obscure electronics from Asia. Normally I'd fly over and get my fill for family / friends, but I was able to score certain chargers, some small car accessories, and even the elusive TVPad. (#1) Parking is limited to street parking along Main. Lady said they haven't had a blue ones for months. Just so happened I was running another errand close by and happened to walk by and figured doesn't hurt to ask PC Richard if they do canister exchanges and to my surprise they said yes! Angel who I asked helped me. I made sure I got the $15 exchange taken off the price for new canister. Thankfully my husband was in their system bc they asked for contact information. Maybe bc I charged vs paying cash? Anyways glad I found an alternative place to do exchanges that wasn't listed when I searched up Sodastream canister exchanges.

Me being me, know I don't know where things are but don't want to be a "bother", I keep on walking. Low and behold I can't find what I'm looking for lol and a nice sales person sees me all bewildered and comes to ask if I need help. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for/needed in this location so the hunt continues.

So I am not happy with the Syracuse portion of G&G. I have a Whirlpool fridge that is 2 months old…read more(not happy with Whirlpool either) and is not holding temp. G&G was scheduled to come out on 7/9 they text me at 3pm on the 8th and said they need to reschedule...the 28th...20 days. I have my two senior in-laws that live with me and they need the freezer to work...! I rank you low based off Syracuse so far...not the overall business.

1 Star -- Absolutely Horrible Customer Service and Technician…read more My refrigerator stopped holding temperature on August 9th, and this has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I initially received a text confirming that a technician would come on August 12th, only for the appointment to be cancelled. It was then rescheduled for August 14th with a confirmed time window of 8 AM-12 PM. When no one showed up by noon, I called to find out what was going on, only to be told that the appointment was actually scheduled for 1-3 PM, despite the confirmation I had clearly stating 8 AM-12 PM. A technician finally showed up around 3 PM, and to make matters worse, he did not speak a word of English. He was in my home for what felt like two seconds, barely looked at the refrigerator, and left. There was no meaningful explanation of what was wrong or what needed to be done. I had to call back again on Monday morning, only to be told that a part had been ordered and that it would take approximately two weeks to arrive. After all of that waiting, I finally received confirmation that a technician would come on August 28th. And once again, it was the same technician who could not communicate in English. He replaced a part and immediately left. He did not reprogram the refrigerator, did not wait to see whether it actually started working, did not verify that it was holding temperature, and did not properly diagnose or check other critical components such as the fan or compressor. So after waiting weeks, taking time out of my schedule, dealing with multiple appointment issues, and repeatedly calling customer service, my refrigerator still wasn't properly diagnosed or repaired. This is absolutely ridiculous. The level of customer service has been some of the worst I have ever experienced, and the technician service was just as unacceptable. Replacing a part and walking away without verifying that the refrigerator is actually working is not a repair or a proper diagnosis. DO NOT use this company if they are assigned to you through your manufacturer's warranty. If your manufacturer recommends or assigns them, I strongly suggest requesting a different service company. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and endless phone calls. Very disappointed and extremely frustrated with this entire experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER -- I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!…read more I brought my laptop to Micro Center because one hinge had come loose from the back cover, but when I dropped it off, the laptop was still together and the screen was working perfectly. I was told they needed to take it apart a little to determine how it could be repaired. When I went back to pick it up, I was shocked to see that both hinges had been removed and the LCD was literally hanging from a wire. This is NOT the way I brought my laptop in. Then I was told that the only way they could fix it was to replace the entire LCD assembly, which would cost $395 PLUS tax, on top of the $50 diagnostic fee. That would have been a very expensive repair for what I originally brought the laptop in for. I was also extremely disappointed with the customer service. I felt like I wasn't given a clear explanation as to why both hinges had to be removed or why replacing the entire LCD assembly was supposedly the only solution. The staff was not friendly or helpful, and I left feeling extremely frustrated. I decided to take my laptop to a local laptop repair shop for a second opinion. They looked at it and told me that I did NOT need to replace the entire LCD assembly. They said they could replace just the cover and repair it for $190. I'm very glad I didn't agree to Micro Center's repair. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before spending hundreds of dollars here. I dropped off my laptop with it still assembled, and I got it back with both hinges removed and the screen hanging by a wire. Extremely disappointed with how my laptop was handled and with the customer service I received. I would not recommend this place.
