I had my windshield replaced ether twice or three times with them. I had a 2020 Honda civic with a front sensor. I believe my total was 400 for the windshield. They only take cash or debit. They don't keep receipts either! It took them about 1-1.5 hours to do my windshield. They don't have any seating there but you could go across the street in the shopping plaza to either shop or sit while you wait lol. They also install side mirrors are well I believe that was 40. Now you could haggle the price a little if you're paying with cash. Again it only works if you're paying cash. They do nice work I had to get my windshield replaced a lot due to kids in my neighborhood playing street ball lol. I'll recommend them and their prices aren't bad either. read more

I understood that the weather strip was going to mess up because he was pointing it out and saying that the previous owner apply a "aftermarket strip" and saying he can't do anything about and I send it okay but I would never would said yes if he was specific about breaking the fiberglass, so I went back to complain for putting CRAZY GLUE to fix it !! and same guy told me "just paint it red with a marker :| tf is that going to do? I have been here at HillTopCars in Long Beach waiting for the company to come install the windshield. I available at 9:30am and am still here at 4pm right now. I have been here 6 and a half hours. Brothers Auto Glass told the dealer they would be here in between 9:30am and 12:00pm. The dealer called them like every 2 hours and Brothers Auto Glass told them "its on the way". I started running into electrical problems after visiting this business and getting work done here and ended up paying triple the price at another location to repair the damages done at this establishment. Horrible customer service, do not recommend. My appointment was at 12 and at 12:45 we called to see where they were. There was no call to inform us that they were running behind or when they would arrive. We were told they were running behind and that someone would be here in 25 minutes. Fine, things happen, and LA traffic is unpredictable. Another HOUR passes and we call AGAIN to see where the repairman was and were rudely told that they "can't control" these things and they have no way of contacting their repairman as the person is driving. So no update about where the repairman is, or when we should expect him. They are now 2 hours late and I get nothing but a "tough shit" attitude. We called for a third or fourth time, and STILL couldn't get a straight answer on when they would show up. I finally had to leave 2.5 HOURS later because I had other appointments to get to. I needed the back glass for my 1991 Honda hatchback and they had a used one. Everything including installation and glass cost $140, not bad considering that the glass for this car is that easy to come by. I would call ahead BEFORE coming to make sure they have the glass for your specific car and get a price quote, I did. The prices they give you over the phone or in person does not include tax unless they say so when they give you the price so make sure you are aware of that. If your the first one to arrive when they open, then they should have you out in about an hour, that's pretty good. read more
