They take their time and make sure you're happy with the results. Their prices are definitely worth it, keep in mind there is a $3 up charge for larger vehicles. Unscrupulous business. Avoid at all costs. If you like being charged for things you didn't ask for, this is the place for you. They added an unauthorized $3.00 "bug charge" to my standard $33.99 wash. When confronted, the cashier claimed it was a mandatory summer fee and refused to take it off. Only after talking with her boss, did she remove the charge. They make up pricing rules as they go. On a previous visit with my other vehicle, they suddenly decided it qualified for a "large car fee," despite never charging it on prior visits. I paid for a pretty basic car wash, one step up from the most basic one. I was charged an extra $3 that wasn't explained to me until I asked and then was told that it was a "bug fee" because there were dead bugs on the car. To me, that seems pretty standard for a dirty car but ok. Then I get my car back with a pretty mediocre job done. I didn't take pics of the inside where there was still visible dust on the center console and things that I quickly wiped off myself. So, I took another car there. I was a little tight on time, so I asked the lady and was told 35-40'. It took them over 70'! After about 1/2 hour, I could see the delay and asked for my car to be brought out. Nope. Not possible. Sad part was, no apologies, no effort to do "customer recovery" and offer a discount for next wash, or something! They need a trained manager. Worst place ever. Do NOT come here for any service because you can find another place that deserves your money with better results. I did a VIP car wash because I also wanted the inside vacuumed. I have seat covers, don't have stains on my seats and arm rest, and don't eat in my car. I removed my seat covers when I parked at the vacuum area for them to start so they can vacuum the inside thoroughly. I checked my car before paying and my passenger seat in the front and arm rest have new stains. I opened the door, touched the new stains and they were still wet. It's almost like they spilled or sprayed an incorrect solution. If they attempted to clean it, they did a terrible job. I came inside and told the associate there are new stains on my seat and arm rest, and her first comment was, "you haven't paid for your car." She ignored what I was saying to her completely. I replied and let her know, I came in to pay but I'm just telling her someone stained the inside of my car. At the end, they don't offer any solution and don't take ownership for mistakes so they don't have to work on fixing it. They just want your money and for you to leave. They are not professionals and do not have integrity in their work. They just hire people to fill bodies to do a job even if they are not skilled or trained on basic car wash details to do the work properly. I paid the full VIP price of almost $50 and left (which is all they wanted). I like to support small businesses but this place is a joke and a waste of your time and money. The inside of the car looked pretty clean , but my zip around sunglass case was thrown into the seat after being opened and the expensive sunglasses fell out and were squished by the next passenger . The VIP treatment was excellent. I've been a mini car washes and they did a very good quality job. You rarely will get them to do the interior for a regular car wash. The value was superb. Normally you have to get a detail done to get the inside of your car cleaned and Shined. It only took 45 minutes for the whole process from the time I paid until the time I picked up my car. The only slight annoyance is they do not let you add your tip to the credit card. So if you want to tip bring cash, they have very limited cash so they can't really give change. My car was there for more than 1 hour and when I came there - there are not much car in front of the shop. I was wondering why they are taking too long to get my car clean. My car is 6 months old fairly new Mercedes Benz. This is the second time, I came to this place. When, I got my car back, the driver side door was damage. For a $40 price tag I left there with streaks on the body, tires half dressed with drips, dirty windshield, no dressing on the console and interior. I went home and redid it myself. They say it's a hand wash, but they use a very abrasive nylon brush. I paid to get the number one service and they didn't clean under the car and the wax rainbow is broken and when I showed them the video that I took, they said it got some of the car so they wouldn't give me any discounts. Took my car in at 2:40pm there was three cars being serviced in front of my car. My car was washed and cleaned nicely but wasn't finished until 3:35pm. 55 minutes later is much to long. The two guys detailing cars and walking back to drive out the vehicles that had gone thru the car wash were working their tails off. Probably the worst car wash I've been too. I just left and I noticed that the interior still wasn't very clean. There was dust on my dash, fingerprints on the windows, grass wasn't vacuumed all the way and worst of all... the bird droppings on the exterior weren't removed... I have been going to this place for the last 10 years and taken very nice cars to get washed. Recently I noticed slight scratches on my Range Rover and I specifically asked that they do not use any brushes on the body. Defeats the purpose of a hand car wash! They stated the brushes are very soft and they use it on all vehicles without fear of scratching. They did not follow my instructions. The first time I let it go. I had my car paint corrected and I brought it back in and I specifically asked them not to use the brushes. They made a note and they told me they would not use the brushes. You can imagine my surprise as I looking through the large window. I saw individuals who were vigorously washing my car with these so-called soft brushes. The issue was exacerbated because there was a jeep with a lot of mud and little rocks all over the tires and body before my car - so not only did they use the brushes - they dunked the brushes in a bucket of soapy water that has been contaminated by whatever debris has been taken off the cars before. I now have scratches on my car again. Stay away. read more

After the wash the rims were still dirty, hood looked smeared and windows had water spots. The worst part was that they forgot the included fragrance. So we went back today to get the fragrance that he paid for and they told him no and said he would need to pay again. The service was awful and there were many men standing around doing nothing. However, I was not aware that their lobby was closed and I would have to sit outside in the stifling heat while my car was washed. Great for car washes but sadly their manager and staff over promises and under delivers. The car wash has a customer incentive program where after so many washes the customer receives a free wash. Their staff never extended this punch card after over 5-10 times of bringing my vehicle. I asked a staff member what can be done about it and she stated provide my bank transactions to claim your previous washes, so I did. But the manager refused to grant the washes. Bummer. Make sure to ask for the punch card because it will not be extended to you as they have over 100 vehicles to service and it would be too much for the staff to offer. Didn't honor some past visits to reach a $35 free car wash and lost a customer that pays for $35 wash every two weeks. read more

Stay away. Not worth the money. They broke my windshield wiper and tried to hide it by tossing it away. Luckily I noticed when I got my car back, but running it without a wiper scratched my windshield. The manager was not helpful. He asked me where the wiper was, which I didn't know, then he said, "how could you not know if it's your car?" Then he walked away. When I confronted him again he went off to "check the security cameras", ran away and never came back. Some of the other employees tried to be helpful. They were able to clean off the windshield scratch and gave me a coupon, but I had to buy a new wiper. They refused to buy the new wiper or be liable for the damages since this is up to the owner / manager who is completely incompetent and lacks any skills to run a business. No gasten su dinero aqui. Used to be my go to. Not anymore. Last few times they have charged me an "dirty" fee of $4.00. The attendant stated that they charge this when the car is extra dirty or have mosquitos or other bugs splatted on the hood. I told her that I work from home and my car sees less than 200 miles between bi-weekly car cleanings. My car just has dust from it sitting in the garage. I always tip when I am here, but I don't like to be cheated. Would recommend to go find a new spot. read more
