Other companies wanted to send a crew out to just "repair" the cheap aluminum ridge vents that the builder installed, but Esteban recommended a longer lasting solution. He went on the roof, took pictures and showed me the condition of all the vents. He then recommended replacing just the ridge vents with a better quality vent that would last longer and not be susceptible to wind and other damage. When he gave me the estimate, I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was very reasonable. Esteban and his crew came out 2 days later and completed the job it one afternoon. They exactly matched the roofing material we already had, and when they were done the roof looked like new. Not only did they fix the vents, they went around and re-sealed any exposed nails in other parts of the roof AND cleaned out my rain gutters (all just because they were already on the roof). I live in a 3 story townhouse and had a water leak in a bedroom on the top floor. The house was built in 2014 so I was pretty surprised that I was having an issue. The first "roof specialist" that came over spent 5 min in the attic and then 10 on the roof and told me he couldn't find any sign of the leak or its cause. Just in case, he said he had caulked where he pulled up an exposed nail and that I shouldn't have any more problems. Well, it rained the next day and the ceiling leak got worse. Luckily, I called Loudoun Roofing next and Esteban came out and wouldn't leave until he found the leak. He spent over 20min in the attic (which was like 100+ degrees) and another 30 minutes on the roof. He was VERY thorough and not only found the source of the leak, but also many other issues with drainage and some construction issues. Documenting with pics and descriptions of the work that needed to be done. Long story short, Esteban came out the next week, completed the work and the cost was very competitive with the other roofer that could not find the issue and wanted to do "exploratory surgery". We asked them, while they were still on the ladder, if they could fix one of shutters that had started to fall ( because it had been up there for 41 years) and they said that it was no problem. The most expensive started at $20K and without changing anything at all came down to $9,500 after I said no for about 30 minutes. That reminds me of another aspect of what I liked about Master Roofing. There was absolutely zero pressure. I was not made to feel if I didn't sign on the bottom line immediately, I'd lose out on special pricing. Master Roofing did not make me sit with them - Some companies required my wife to be there with me for the hours long intimidation sales pitch. Lastly, their employees are not subcontractors who worked very hard did a great job. I've been in general construction most of my life and nothing jumped out to me as being done incorrectly or half-assed. I also sent pictures and questions to my cousin in GA who literally builds entire houses. He said it looks great. I had a great experience with a small, family run business that's been in business for decades and wanted to share my opinion because of it. The salesmen was very knowledgeable and walked me through the various options for the gutters. I received a firm estimate on Monday and the work was scheduled the following day. The crew arrived on time and were very professional. The removed our old gutters, installed new ones, and installed gutter guard on all the gutters. After speaking on site, they agreed to include replacing a small area of guttering that was too small for the space. The job took about 3 1/2 hours and they hauled away all the trash, debris, and old gutters. We received a 5-year warranty on the work and a 20-year warranty on the gutter guard. Overall, I am extremely pleased not only with the level of service I received (both before and after install), but with the pricing--it was very competitive. I highly recommend TS and his team.

They said the minimum was $120 and told me it would take about 1 hour or a bit less. Although pricey, I had no qualms about paying that.... 2 ladies came to clean and were out of my house in 35 minutes. There is definitely some built up mold in the caulking that won't come out, I understand, I am not talking about that. I spent an extra 30 minutes of my time cleaning my bathroom with some pretty basic things. They didn't dust the lights. There was still stains and small spots of gunk on the walls that just needed a simple twice-over wipe. There was areas in the grout in the shower tiles I had to wipe again. My soap holders had some brown/orange gunk on them, I asked if they cleaned it and they said yes so I assumed it wouldn't come off (I didn't have time for a full inspection). But then I thought I would try....I wiped those with cleaning paste and a toothbrush, the gunk came right off. I think they did a basic wipe down but even then it wasn't great. Let alone this service was not worth $120.

The basement floors still had debris, the laundry room (top of washer) was still dirty, top of fridge, top of microwave, upper portion of the outer cabinets and counters were still dirty and were never touched or cleaned.
