Ross helped avoid making an expensive vehicle purchase I might have regretted. He was able to…read morequickly and easily coordinate a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) for a 2011 Bentley GTC at a local dealer. Ross was the only person in an almost 50 mile radius who could actually read all diagnostic and fault codes for this Bentley (other inspection services could only read generic codes common to all vehicles) so I knew he would be able to inspect every system in the vehicle. Sure enough, he found that the Bentley was throwing codes and that the engine was misfiring. In addition, he did an extremely thorough review of the cars exterior, interior (revelalng more issues that the dealer did not disclose in their online pics) and a great job checking out the under carriage.
