I was able to book an appointment online, with an exact price quote on tires and installation. When I arrived at the store, my Service Advisor, Derick, was extremely helpful and answered many questions I had. He offered suggestions without pressuring me to purchase anything I did not need (or want). His service was fantastic. I left very satisfied, and now I have a full set of new tires on my car. Staff was great at accommodating the special circumstances (non OEM sized tire and aftermarket wheels). Tires were perfectly mounted, balanced and new TPMS sensors programmed correctly. Care was also taken not to scuff up the new wheels during install which was highly appreciated! Prices were reasonable considering the amount of labor that went into the job performed.
