There's also a little waiting area inside with seating, a tv with Netflix in case you need to entertain the little ones, free internet in case you need to get work done, a cold/hot water filtering system, along with complimentary instant coffee. Ever since the transmission went out on our minivan and had it towed to Brothers Motorworks, Danny and Charles could not have been more sincere and honest about our option to have the minivan repaired ($2600) or simply count it a loss. We decided to count it a loss and Danny was very understanding and did not even charge us for the diagnosis NOR did he charge us for having the broken down minivan on his lot for nearly 2 weeks. Thanks Danny! My wife and I had to go purchase another minivan immediately (the day after we got the bad news) and started using Brothers Motorworks thereafter. We brought the newly purchased minivan (Pre owned) to them and got an oil change. Due to the way they took care of our situation, we decided to bring our work truck to them to see if they could get the a/c working. After troubleshooting, they found it needed a new condenser and after installing it for a very reasonable price, the a/c still did not work. Feeling bummed out, Danny said he would look further into it and 30 minutes later, he had the a/c working. We were absolutely thrilled! The guy told me I needed a battery and belt tensioner, both of which were $500 A PIECE! I left, took it to Brothers, they looked at it, and charged me $550 - TOTAL! Awesome mechanic shop, accurately owned by two brothers! After two weeks of straight rain, I noticed the floorboards and seats in my car were damp, and water was coming in somewhere, but I could not tell where. Daniel took a look at my car, and quickly discovered a leak in the back tail light- he showed me where close to 3 inches of water had gathered in my trunk, under where the spare tire is stored. I never would have guessed! He vacuumed out the water sitting in my truck (totally did not have to do that!) and advised me to dry everything out to avoid mold. Daniel was excellent at explaining what needed to be done and I arranged to come back the following weekend when my new tail light arrived. Within an hour, he had replaced my tail light and everything was good as new! The price was very reasonable and I was impressed at the level of professionalism held by the two owners. I never felt confused or like they were trying to sell me unnecessary parts. I highly recommend Brothers Motorworks and will definitely be back for any of my future car issues. read more
