I have been to Brothers twice now, both times over lunch. I have gotten their pizza by the slice so I could try different varieties, and I have been delighted with everything I have tried. While it is far from fine dining, Brothers will give you great pizza super quick. In addition, the staff is really friendly and welcoming. I would recommend any of the "classics," but if you are feeling like branching out try the chicken, bacon, and ranch pizza. It is different, but really good! The diced tomato adds a fresh element to what has the potential to be overly heavy - instead you get a rich, yet refreshing pizza. So I'm a bit biased about this place because it is walking distance from my house and I give it 5 stars based on 3 things primarily: 1. It is so convenient to where I live. 2. The owner Manny and his wife are really good people and I have known them for years. 3. They don't have the biggest menu but it is really consistent and fresh. With Black Rock global headquarters around the corner Brothers can bustle at lunch. The pizza here is solid. My favorite is the buffalo chicken with blue cheese dressing on it. They also make some fantastic whole wheat wraps here. For all you Yelpers that are Gluten free I do see they offer some Gluten free options. Also for all of you history and Princeton buffs. The late John Nash of a beautiful mind's home is only about 1 block away from here. His son still often visits and scribbles down math formulas at a booth in the front for hours. The neighborhood this restaurant is located in is called Berrien City which is located in the historic Einstein Alley section of Princeton Junction. It was built primarily after World War 1 and you can go ahead and knock yourself out reading about it in Wikipedia. For all the locals who debate Aljons vs. Brothers the winner is pretty clear in my mind. Brothers hands down. I base this mostly on the food and the wait staff which is always super attentive. So go get a slice and enjoy your favorite soccer game on TV here on TeleMundo like I often do and stay for a while. I'm a forever regular here and I have so many family memories at this place I can even begin to describe what this little hole in the wall pizzeria means to me emotionally. How did I not write a review about Brother's all this time??? For those of you that are still debating on which pizzeria is better in the area, stop debating. Brother's wins hands down. Fresh and tasty sauce, baked to perfection and the choices that are available even for a vegetarian! The tiramisu is amazing. The cheesecake is a bit meh but who cares when you have so many other things to devour? So far garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, plain cheese pizza, margarita pizza, white pizza, pasta pizza (the best I have had) ... oh, you can't go wrong with this place. And apparently they even have more varieties during lunch which I haven't tried yet. And not to mention the service. Anytime I call to "reserve" my pasta pizza, they don't even ask my name, they just put it aside and I have never been disappointed. And the girls at the counter are always smiling and one time, we ordered the pizza and were waiting in the car for it to be cooked. My wife and I found Brothers online as we were looking for a Pizzeria on our way to a play at Mercer Community College (only 10 minutes away) We had 4 slices between the 2 of us: My wife had 1 with Fresh Arugula, tomatoes and garlic, and another with meatballs. I had one with chicken, spinach and garlic with a cream tomato sauce and another with mushrooms. Excellent pizza ! We brought our own beverages (wine and beer - they gave us a cup with ice for the wine) and sat in the back (newer) Only issue was a little warm (it was 90 outside and AC not doing much and had to ask to put on ceiling fans) Very nice people working there ! read more

The pizza was decent and wings were just ok. The person taking our order seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, putting me on hold for each item ordered. For a $60 order, she nearly hung up before I mentioned that I wanted to pay with credit card. Of course, she needed the number ahead of time. Then she called me back to get the tip amount. That's not how tipping is supposed to work. They didn't bring a receipt at all. Not even the CC receipt. We ordered 50 wings and asked for ranch and blue cheese. Wish I could give zero stars! This place is horrible if you have large catering orders. This is second time they are over 30 minutes late for delivery. I work at a large company in Princeton and we have catering orders throughout the month. First 2 times I ordered from them had no issues and they arrived on time. Then last two orders we had late deliveries. I called today 45 minutes early to confirm our order would arrive on time and was assured it was in the oven and would be on time. Well, turns out they delivered someone else at my companies order and didn't bring our order. This is just a terrible pizza place and I highly recommend you steer clear. When I called today to find out where driver was (as was 30 minutes late) she had me on hold for 15 minutes. I had to hang up and call back and she sounded like she forgot I even called. I asked to speak to manager and she said she was a manager. I am just truly schocked that she did nothing to fix situation and was just like "it is what it is". The owner should be ashamed to have such a HORRIBLE employee. She doesn't know how to resolve issues at all. Can I give it negative stars?? We ordered here through work to give them another shot because it's very close to the office and they deliver. The last 2 times we ordered we had issues, but not as major as yesterday. For example, last time I ordered a caesar salad and they send a caprese salad. But this time: 1. they did not send an entire cheesesteak for a coworker and we had to call them to send it over 2. I am a vegetarian and I ordered eggplant. we SPECIFICALLY confirmed the dish was vegetarain (the menu said it was, but i also double check). when we received the order, it looked ok, it was eggplant rollitini so wrapped in cheese, so i bit into a small piece and took a bite and tasted something weird. i look further and there were small pieces of something pink. at first, i thought it was cheese, but it was not mushy.. i opened up the entire dish and there were STRIPS of meat. I asked a coworker and it was HAM. THEY GAVE THE VEGETARIAN A HAM ROLLITINI TYPE DISH after specifically confirming with them several times. Needless to say, I get EXTREMELY sick and need to get the meat out of my system immediately. I spent hours doing so and I am still sick and will be sick with the taste for days. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Maybe just if you want a slice of pizza, but nothing else. ESPECIALLY if you are a vegetarian or have any allergies. I have worked in the area since 2004. Brothers has always been the best food and best value of any restaurant in the area. The lunch specials are great, come with salad and warm bread and they are served to you fast, if you only have 30 minutes for lunch. You can have a good meal before you go back to work and sleep. Maybe they have decided to go with cheaper ingredients, or perhaps their stuff does no hold up well for delivery, but either way the food we had for a work luncheon was awful...so bad that it was almost laughable. The chicken on the chicken Cesar salad was the "scary" kind...where every piece of meat had a little "something" wrong with it when you chewed, and the lettuce too abundant for the lack luster, but very salty dressing. We got three different kinds of pizza, Margarita, Pepperoni and Veggie. The Veggie was just slop...so mushy that you had to "scoop" up a slice.
