On a warm day I had the chicken curry rice (or D2, if you like) and it was thick and savory, Japanese-style along with takoyaki! I enjoyed every single bite of it! And the meal portions are deceptively huge so, watch out! My second visit was on a chilly day where I couldn't get warm so I had the Kaisen Ramen!! And the takoyaki was so-good I had it again! And let me recommend the chili oil/pepper flakes. Roasted and ever-so flavorful! Not overly-hot/spicy and trust me as a true sriracha-lover you won't regret it! Ever since they have gotten rid of the old asian cooks, this place has been terrible. the food doesnt taste the same as it used to. Seasonings are horrendous. This restaurant baffles me, I used to eat here a good amount back in 2020 through 2021 and it was amazing. But now its just been foul and low quality. I am very disappointed. The ambience and seating was great but the food was subpar. The miso soup is very very bland. I make way better homemade miso soup and theirs was very watery with barely any miso. They didn't set the condiments out, as I had to get up twice to get soy and a pepper powder. I will say the spicy miso soup is very good and the miso ramen was okay. Only gripe would be when you order the "buns" appetizer you'll probably be served the wrong buns. We ordered "buns" and was served "steamed buns" so when we questioned our waiter he said,"oh, well when most people order buns they mean steamed buns" Hmmm, well we ordered "buns" because that's what the menu says right there. Waiter: "oh ok". No hey let me remake the correct order or anything. I was anxious to get to eat at Brothers Noodle Bar ever since I saw that they had opened earlier this past May. Finally, today, on a Sunday around 7, I went to check them out. The place itself is decorated beautifully in how I would describe as very homey, minimalistic, and chic. I had seen others ask about vegan options on their Yelp before I came to the restaurant, and was told that the edamame, seaweed salad, veggie dumplings, and mixed vegetarian ramen were all vegan-friendly. I ordered the veggie ramen along with an order of veggie dumplings with my order total coming to around $24 dollars including my sweet tea minus tip. My ramen and dumplings were so delicious! The staff was very friendly and very helpful in answering any of my questions about the menu. Overall, I would happily recommend this place to anyone who is looking to try someplace new and any other vegans in Murfreesboro. 13/10 will definitely come back! read more

I didn't expect much at first due to comments, however, my husband and I gave it a try and so glad we did. I ordered tonkutsu ramen, my husband ordered tantan spicy ramen. They both were so good. I think the taste was almost like those ramens I had in Japan, but less salty. I used to try ramen in Nashville and Mboro and I was not impressed at all. I even think I couldn't find a good ramen in this town BUT here it is, Brother Noodle! The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very nice and clean. Waiter was so polite and helpful. This place has pretty good ramen and i love how close it is to where i live instead of having to drive all the way to nashville ! i wouldnt say they are better than otaku ramen though but brothers noodle bar has awesome bowls for their ramen which are super filling and the porkbuns were good! but i do have to say its pretty expensive here.. i think i would definitely come back though if i craved ramen and didnt want to drive to nashville oh! i forgot to mention that i hate that you have to pay extra for an egg.. i think its kinda ridiculous but oh well the decoration is very cute in there and i love how the whole place looks! read more

I loved the look and atmosphere of the place, the service was good, I liked the selection of the menu a lot, and I tried the best whiskey in my whole life there.. that being said though, I was ultimately really disappointed in the quality of their ramen.. the worst part was the noodles themselves.. they were thicker than instant ramen noodles but were pale and literally had the same taste. The broth of the tonkotsu and shoyi ramen also had a very shallow packet ramen sort of flavor.. it didn't taste like a home made broth, and could definitely use more depth of flavor. It was just weird that they have the know how to make a decent Takoyak, but didn't have ramen with much depth and flavor. Don't wanna hate on the place, I just think since their specialty is ramen they could step up the quality of their ingredients and refine the recipes a bit. This was my first visit to Brothers Noodle Bar. We walked in and were greeted and seated right away, our waiter was very friendly. We ordered our appetizer and our entrees at the same time. The wait for the appetizer was quite long but the taste was great, (I got the pork dumplings). I felt like the size of the dumplings and amount you get isn't quite enough for two people, especially if you come in hungry, I finished wanting more. The wait for our entrees was even longer but for a new business they were quite busy and our waiter seemed relatively new as well. We received our entrees and the portions were great! Flavor was also great. I personally got the Miso Spicy Ramen and my fiancé got the Tan Tan Ramen. He didn't like the flavor of that one as good as mine but he also didn't hate it!
