This was my first visit to a Ramen house, and I really enjoyed it! To begin with, the service was great! Our server walked us through the menu and the specials, and was attentive even when the restaurant hit the dinner rush. We started with tea and steamed buns. The pork in the buns was tasty, with a unique spicy mayo, although the buns themselves had a strange texture. Then we tried the Chicken Rich Ramen. The broth was delicious, and the greens and egg were perfectly cooked. I found the chicken itself to be dry. This location seems to have a high turnover for businesses, and I'm hoping Hokkaido sticks around!

This place was recommended to me by several people, and it lived up to the hype! The Crab Rangoons were a great appetizer, and as expected, the ramen was superb. I had the Garlic Tonkotsu ramen with dried onions, and it was a 10/10. I can't wait to come back and try more of their ramen dishes. If you haven't been to Hokkaido Ramen House yet, I highly recommend you check it out!

Very happy with our ramen choices. The pork in the tonkotsu was pretty generous & I love that it's a bone broth. Hubby loved his Tantanmen & thought the broth was delicious. The calamari was delicious! The service was good & didn't have to wait long for our waitress. Although we did have to ask for app plates to be cleared out after our ramen was brought out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Plenty of seating inside that could also accommodate a big group.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommend!

Finally! After searching the greater Nashville area far and wide for great ramen I had to go to a whole different county! But it was worth it. I've lived all over including heavily Asian cities, plus traveled throughout Japan, so perhaps my standards are high. The broth was delicious down to the last bite, noodles were the perfect texture, and the toppings were what I'm accustomed too. I also love that they accommodated my broth switch in the tantanmen (pork instead of chicken). I def will be back despite the drive.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant itself is just in a location that not many people like getting out of the busy traffic area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food here is delicious and the service is nice. Menu options include some good options other than just ramen noodles. I choose the rice dish bowl. The pork was tenderized and goes well with the egg. A Recommended place to check out.

Great place to get ramen. Chicken rich ramen was very filling and had great flavor. Crab Rangoon had just the right amount of spice and flavor. Service was awesome! People were welcoming and nice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is small and quiet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Perfect for a peaceful date night or outing with your family.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Definitely a fan. I ordered the Spicy Ramen for takeout. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance of the restaurant is quaint.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My order was ready in not time. They take great care to package the food separating the noodles, meat, soft boiled eggs, and veggies from the broth. The food was still hot when I got home. The spice level for me was right on par. The pork had a nice char and the bok choy complimented the ramen perfectly. Their prices are comparable to most ramen restaurants.

This spot is the new go to for Ramen. Fast friendly service. Very chill vibe. You can customize it and the flavor is absolutely delicious. I ordered the TANTANMEN and subbed the pork for chicken with some extra veg. Some of the best Ramen I have had. Best eggs in ramen I have ever had. I was so impressed I ordered a bubble tea to go. Equally as impressive the bubbles were a bit chewy for my taste, but the tea combination was excellent. If you were waiting on a sign to go, this is it. Enjoy!

Visited Aug 25, 2023. As a previous server, customer service is so important to me especially nowadays considering the pressure on tipping even with bad service. I haven't had the best service here but my server, Rylee, from the last visit was everything. She was fast, attentive, patient, and apologetic when she thought she took too long to check on my party. The food was still delicious so I'm jumping my rating up 1 star. Some notes for our parents/guardians: I was able to check out the restroom and there is only one large stall and it does have a changing table! There were also high chairs and boosters by the restroom doors if you're in need.

Pretty average ramen spot. I tried their spicy beef ramen. The beef rib was pretty tender. The broth itself didn't have too much flavor going on. It was pretty average. My favorite thing here were the crab rangoons. If you love crab rangoons, you will love theirs.

You can get a shopping cart right in front of the store before coming in if you need one (or you can also grab a small hand basket inside if you prefer). My husband and I stopped by this market yesterday evening, around 5:50 pm. I wanted to see if there was any banchan and other random snacks for our trip. And although this is a small market, there was a fair selection of banchan that I ended up purchasing (japchae, the glass noodle stir fry) and stir fry fish cakes (one of my favorite banchan). I also purchased a few sheet masks since they were only $0.99 (prior to tax) but kind of in a hidden area that I think others may overlook when they browse this small mom and pop store. My husband picked out a few canned drinks and I also ended up purchasing some seaweed flavored snacks. The prices in general, seem to be a little bit more expensive than the prices back home in Los Angeles at my local Korean markets, but that is to be expected. The selection for most items is actually pretty good, considering that this is a small market. But I think overall, it fits the need of most items that you may be looking for at a Korean market (there are also items that are Chinese and few Japanese items here as well, for those interested). After paying for our items, the employee (whom I suspect is one of the owners), was so nice and thanked me for shopping at the store. I enjoyed our visit and would come back if I lived in this area.
