Chloe was a great server, she was prompt and kind with every interaction. The food was great, a little wait but it was busy so that was to be expected. The gravy tasted a little off, and the price was higher than expected. Overall, would go again.

Apple, Walnut, and Steak Salad. So delicious even without any dressing.

First off, the jalapeño cheddar scone was excellent, and the apple/walnut steak salad was, too. The variety of the menu is slightly too narrow, and that's the only missing star here. The service was great; the environment was very comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

We were walking down memory lane in Ashland going to a breakfast place we had visited a few years before. No more Benedict's on the menu. Sad. My son had a passable omelet with hash browns. I had the Huevos Rancheros, a favorite of mine. It was a huge disappointment. The advertised rancheros sauce was no where to be found. Only kind of a cold salsa on top. The dish was bland and disappointing. Salt was absent. No cheese. Not going back. I'm

Sold 4 stars! We stopped for breakfast on the way through, and I have to say we will definitely be back. I tried the Hauavos Rancheros and really wasn't sure what to expect of that in Ashland, Oregon. When Julia brought it to the table, I was initially disappointed because it was not traditional looking. But I have to say I was presently suppried. The flavor was excellent, and the size was just right. The bloody Mary was average. My wife had the #6: bacon, onions, mushrooms, and cheddar. The only comment would be too much cheese. Otherwise, it was amazing. Also did egg whites.

The ambience here is quaint and charming. The wait-staff were patient, kind, attentive and helpful. I think this is one of my new favorite breakfast joints! My pancake, potato cakes, and breakfast burrito were great. Man, the potato cakes were thick and perfectly seasoned....mmmm good. The sun dried tomato scone was also AMAZING! The corned beef hash was questionable though...more of a corned beef chunks. My husband missed having the shredded corned beef. They offer mimosas and bloody Mary's along with some other mixed drinks.

Excellent food, homemade scones, and lattes! The service was amazing as well. We were traveling south on I-5 and decided to stop for breakfast. So glad we picked Brothers Restaurant! We had a bacon & spinach omelette, a Mediterranean scramble, and chorizo with eggs. The hash browns were perfect and the cranberry walnut scone was the best ever.

Driving from Portland to SF, and needed to grab a breakfast. Stopped in because their menu looked delicious online, and IT REALLY WAS! We split up the Salmon and Mediterranean Scrambles and even though they were out of feta, they had chèvre, so we put that on both and man did it tie them both together! The coffee is also on point! I never get refills, but this place is still serving up bottomless. Haven't seen that in a while! Great service and food. Sure there's lots to try when passing through, but this is certainly a solid!

The ambiance alone is great for spending time with your bookstore purchases. The service was friendly and quick. It was just the one guy when we were there, making coffees and running into the kitchen to make food. But it didn't take long to get our order. The kids had a steamer and a hot cocoa. They were a little warm for immediate drinking so maybe specify if you want your beverage less than normal hot for kids. The cocoa also had a bit of a cinnamon flavor to it. I thought it was delicious, but if you have a purist cocoa drinker in your party, again, ask! The adults drank drip coffee. It was tasty too! If you are staying in, you will get a ceramic mug, so if you want a paper cup let your barista know. The big win for me was the menu of gluten free pastries! They had regular glutinous things like burritos and quiche that looked tasty but the gluten free!!!! They partner with a bakery in town (sisters sans gluten) to have a variety of offerings. I had a poppyseed muffin, but they had other breads and muffins that all looked good. The offerings change, but I was so excited to see gf options at all. Highly recommend this spot! Also!!! They open at 9 with the bookstore, which is a full hour before the other shops on Main Street. Start your day here. You won't be sorry.

I've been visiting this spot since I first moved to Ashland in 2022, but I'm disappointed to say…read moreI've noticed a steady decline in meat quality over that time. Speaking, the brisket in the Banh Mi was unfortunately tough and lacked the tenderness you'd expect from a properly smoked or braised cut. It had the distinct texture of a pre-packaged Sysco-style product, or perhaps it was a cold portion reheated on a flat top without being properly rehydrated, leaving it dry and chewy. I understand that protein carries a high food cost, especially in the current market. However, a more effective approach might be to balance the menu engineering by leaning on lower food cost items, like seasonal sides or creative vegetarian options, to offset the expense of sourcing and correctly preparing higher-end brisket. This would allow for a better product that justifies its price point, covers its own cost, and ultimately helps the company's bottom line while maintaining the quality standards this town deserves. I'd love to see a return to the quality I experienced a few years ago. All and all, despite the brisket. The service was kind and friendly.
