So it appeared we had an obvious electrical issue. I called Lonnie and he arrive within an hour. He checked the breaker box and stated that the issue was not with the breaker box. He checked the room where the TV and air conditioner were located and examined the 2 outlets that were not working. Lonnie then found that the outlet that caused the problem was in fact working, but was not sending current downline to the outlets not working. He fixed the problem by replacing the faulty outlet. Within a few hours from my call to Lonnie resolved the problem and charged a reasonable amount. By the way it was extremely hot and humid, but that did not stop him from resolving the issue.
