Appointments are consistently running far behind schedule. On multiple occasions, I've had to wait over 30 minutes before my daughters were even called back. The customer service has also become very disappointing. The biggest issue, however, is the repeated last-minute cancellations. Three different times, I arrived at the office for my daughter's scheduled appointments only to be told that the doctor was not there and the appointments had to be canceled. There was no advance notice, which meant I wasted my time driving to the office, taking time away from work, and rearranging my schedule for nothing. After these repeated experiences, I've decided to transfer my daughters to another dental practice. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this office to other families.

Due to pre-existing travel plans, I was unable to get a crown quickly and needed a band to prevent the crack from expanding and damaging the nerve. Dr. Meyers office took care of me and installed the band at a reasonable price. The tooth was saved and I now have a crown. Thanks to Dr. Meyers and the staff at the office!!
