The company explained that this is normal because these are not permanent lashes. I usually get lash extensions from another place and they usually last for at least 3 weeks with minimum fall out. Because of this I don't consistently attend chic lash boutique. In this economy today, if I pay a $150 for lashes. I want them to last at least 2-3 weeks without having to touch them up. I also got my upper lip threaded and that was the smoothest less painful upper lip and brow threading I've ever had! The staff is very friendly and it's very clean.
