I really expected more with the business being open for 12 yrs. My nails were not filed properly around the cuticle area. It seemed the nail tech used nails a bit too small for my nail bed so they look super flat which resulted in a big gap underneath which she had to put UV gel underneath which makes my nails feel weird. I'm upset bc I paid $75 for the set. I'm a gel x nail lover so I know clean work. I am picky when it comes to my nails as I should be since I'm paying for a service. FYI this set is 2 days old. I'm going to end up getting them removed and getting a new set from my long distance nail tech. Please see pictures. Pictures do not justice. Update: Paola the owner offered to redo but no there's no excuses why they weren't done right the first time seeing as she was the one who did them. Being a loyal customer for months, I was shocked when then raised lash extension prices up $20 and changed the glue only for my lashes to all fall out. It was only a week since I had gotten them filled and my natural lashes were falling out along with the extensions. I had never had an issue before they changed the glue. (Lash technician Crystal told me they changed glue) I'm super disappointed because if they are going raise prices you'd think they would raise quality of their product. When I called and politely asked them for some assistance in booking a fill, the receptionist was really rude. Do they have talented nail techs? Absolutely. Do they know how to service customers? Nope. I had my appointment canceled by Pamela because one of their workers forgot to add a card to reserve my spot. My reservation was made a month prior. They called me a few days before but didn't bother to leave a voicemail, didn't bother to email me to rectify the mistake, and didn't bother to text me the situation. Nothing. I just got a few cold calls that kept me in the dark. Honestly, I thought they were telemarketers or something because the only situation where I receive multiple unknown calls with no voicemail is when there are scammers trying to get me to answer. They felt that this was their best attempt at contacting me (lol my voicemail box, email box, AND messages are completely open) and made a bad call. When I ended up showing up to my appointment and they informed me of what happened I initially wasn't mad. I understand salon policies, I've worked in spas before and although I feel the situation wasn't handled improperly, I didn't want to get up in arms about something dumb like this. What made me mad was the fact that none of them apologized or even bothered to reschedule me. They all just stared at me dumbly wanting for the situation to go away. It was painfully awkward. Didn't receive a call offering to get me back in or anything. That's fine, I'm just not coming back. They obviously don't care about my money, and obviously don't respect their customers enough to actually try rectifying situations. I should have listened to other yelp reviews, so I'm just letting everyone know this: yes, your nails will be cute, and YES, the Yelp reviews about horrible customer service are true. On the bright side, after this occurred I found a much more talented nail tech who's a sweetheart. I texted the number and I said I was a new client, what service I was looking to have done and a time frame for when I wanted to book an appointment. I never received a response; later I saw a post on IG stating they were no longer accepting new clients. While I applaud them on their success, I think it'd be reasonable to send a generic response stating something along those lines. This was my first time here. I decided to give them a try because I had heard good things about them. I got a full set and a pedicure. I am very disappointed with my nails. Lisa was my tech and she seemed very rushed and was very rough. She nicked one of my fingers and hurt almost all of my cuticles. My nails feel so sore from how rough she was. The nails on my left hand are shorter than the ones on my right hand. Some of my nails were supposed to have an ombré effect but her skills do not show it. All of my nails are crooked and on some of them you can see my real nail on the sides. She didn't add the top coat to 3/4 of my thumb nail on my right hand. Not happy and I wouldn't request her again. The pedicure was ok. I liked how much she scrubbed my feet because I definitely needed that but am not happy that she only used the tool that looks like a cheese grater. I thought she's use a pumice stone at some point. I got shellac polish in a dark wine color. The polish on some toes look darker than others but overall they look fine. I was her last appointment so she seemed a little rushed but was still friendly.... I forgot her name but probably wouldn't request her again. read more

I decided to try this place out to get some lashes. I paid100 for some lash extensions which was reasonable. My lash tech was very nice and professional that's the only reason I'm giving two stars. When she finished lashes looked nice. When I got home I noticed some lashes had fell out as expected. I then noticed that I was not gives individual lashes but instead cluster lashes and not INDIVIDUALS! . If I wanted cluster lashes I would have just did them myself. The salon was nice, customer service was okay. I came to have my lashes done, hybrid set for $95. I told the lash tech Shon that I just wanted the medium length because she said they would be super long. She proceeded to apply the long lashes because they ran out of the medium length. The lashes were okay, I was satisfied BUT the next day i woke up and my entire left eye was GONE literally like 5 lashes still in sight. My right eye was okay but was also missing a few lashes. I called the salon multiple times and received not one answer. I sent a message on instagram as well, still no answer. I do not recommend going here for a lash appointment! read more

I thought I loved this place and today was so disappointing. I made an appointment with Alondra on May 15 for today May 31 @ 5:30 PM. Yes I made my appointment with 2 weeks notice... Also I did NOT make the appointment with a receptionist. I made it directly with Alondra!!! She agreed it worked for her schedule. However today while I am driving to my appointment (I was about 8 min late due to train) she sends me the following message on IG: "im just waiting on you i need u to be on time i wont be able todo this late nomore the latest will be 5" First off .... hello to you too (that's rude ass hell)) Secondly, you made the appointment. You should know your own schedule. If the time doesn't work don't book the appointment. BUT ... to send me a message telling me what I need to do and how you can't do this and that... is 10000% rude & uncalled for. Very poor customer service. I arrive and she immediately tells me how she can't do this late, etc, etc... I am now annoyed. I have driven from Spring for this appointment and I don't appreciate getting rude/poor customer service. Today she had PERSONAL problems with her schedule and made it my issue with her stank attitude. Also LOST a paying and (gracious tipping) customer. I do not deal with people who are rude and I definitely don't give them my money. She proceeds to tell me her messages were not rude because she verified with her manager that they weren't....wow! The fact that you had to ask someone if you were rude should be the tell-tell sign that you are rude. So of course she doesn't realize what a funky attitude she has... she then asks me "are you going to give me attitude".... Me: GIRL, BYE! I won't give you attitude OR MONEY!!! (Get my purse and get in my car and head to a nail salon and get my nails done with someone who is pleasant!!!!) And here is the true confirmation that she is immature with 0% professionalism!!!! @alonails_ ....blocks me on IG!!! This is how business goes down. Clean establishment; horrible, substandard customer service. Owner was very rude all of the nail techs are at different levels skills-wise. Some chick named alesia or Alicia royally messed up my nails by shaping them square, when I specifically asked for coffin shaped nails. She slapped powder on each nail without brushing and shaping substance onto the surface of my nail... She gave me major attitude once I expressed my dissatisfaction the owner backed her up. I the rescheduled an appointment to get mey nails fixed the right way with another nail tech named Maura, who is quite skillfull, however, she doesn't have reliable transportation so she was two hours late and I didn't even get my 20.00 deposit back. I have been going to Nail'd it for at least 5 yrs and I will be truthful I would still be going if my nail tech Alondra didn't start feeling herself. She first started telling me that she has a new rule, you can only get 2 refills. Now i only get one but a nail tech telling me what i can do with my money is ridiculous. Also, she is only working weekdays unless you want to pay extra. But what was the nail in the coffin is I paid in advance for my daughter after getting mine done but she had unexpected car trouble. I called Alondra 5 hours in advance and told her the issue and she said well there is a policy and I have to keep 20. She text me the policy and it was not for refills but for fullsets, so I questioned her on it and she said well it's 20 for refills. A made up rule she decided to use. I text her well does that mean I get a 20 credit and silence. I called up to Nail'd it and she said yes with an attitude. My daughter and I have been going to her rain, sleet or snow and have never cancelled but she pulls this unprofessional move. I went to her one last time to cash in on my 20 credit and later cancelled both of our future appointments. She is good but not that good. I give you loyalty I want loyalty back. I found a new nail tech in Pearland named Kevin. He shaped and designed my nails just as good if not better than Alondra. She can do good nails but that really comes a dime a dozen.
