I came right in the morning at around 10:00 and that is when they open. There was a lady already inside and ready to get me threaded. If you haven't done threading before it is a style to get hair removed off your face. You could do your eyebrows, your upper lip, your chin, and even your entire face. I have never been here before but it is right next to the Starbucks since the GPS took me to the other side. The staff in the morning was friendly and very attentive. I didn't feel as much pain from the threading and thought it was done quite well! I will be back and I am glad I found something close to me. read more

Honestly, I was shocked. The first time I visited, the experience was great -- she was so kind and compassionate, and the threading didn't hurt at all. She explained that the thread was made of a different material, which is why it was more comfortable. The second visit was the complete opposite. I brought my girlfriend along, and she went first. My girlfriend told me that she was asked if she wanted an eyebrow massage, and when she declined, the staff member became extremely rude for no reason. When it was my turn, the threading was incredibly painful. I don't know what changed, but I was literally being pushed into the chair. Based on my visit, customer service wise was terrible. The lady that assisted me messed up my eyebrows I asked the lady if she can please fix it as I noticed that one eyebrow was round and the other one square she looked at me bothered once I went to pay. Came here again and had someone else do my eyebrows. She looked like she was in her 30s and had colored eyes. The shape of my eyebrows are a little off again. The end of my left eyebrow came out very sharp, and the other end has no shape. I decided to give their eyebrow gel a try and I see the potential in it, but the spoolie is definitely too big and does not pickup enough gel. I came in to do my eyebrows and as she was doing my eyebrows, she asked if I wanted a massage and just about any other place that you get your eyebrows done they give you a massage and they don't charge you. I've been threading my eyebrows for at least 30 years now so I've been to many, many places to have my eyebrows threaded and when I like a place, I'm usually that loyal client who won't go anywhere else unless I can't make it there....However, COVID really opened up my eyes to the old place I used to go to which I'm not even going to get into why I will never go back there again other than thank God I never caught COVID or any other disease from there... Why and how did I miss Zia Threading all these years?? Not only is this place amazingly clean with great employees but they take your temperature, wear gloves, wear masks (the correct way & not underneath their chin) and they disinfect the chair between clients... The woman who did my threading really needs to work on her professionalism. I paid by card and chose to leave a 15% tip, but she actually complained, saying she didn't like it and that I was supposed to tap on the 23% tip option. Her attitude was rude, and honestly, with service like that, I shouldn't have tipped at all. I tried calling management to report this, but the voicemail recording said their phones would be down for two weeks. I guess when management is away, they just feel free to be rude. read more

I don't like doing bad reviews and avoid them at all cost but this has been way too many times and today it reached the threshold. It's been months since I came here last mainly because 8 out of 10 visits I have left unhappy or emotionally bruised. I had come here for a couple years and started great but went down hill. The price went up and quality down. I have given them multiple chances and every time more disappointed. Some of their workers do a better job but there's no consistency. If you like one stick to that person. I always ask for a clean up and I literally say JUST a clean up and instead they do take the luxury to shape my brows or make them thinner or cut the length shorter. Now if they were skilled at it great but every time I walked in with my brows looking like each other left with two brows looking nothing like one another. Like why do you mess up my brows so bad that I have to take breaks to let them grown back. Not everyone likes thin brows okay? And cleaning doesn't mean take out every single hair you see. If you start removing full rows of hair that is shaping not cleaning. Also some baby hairs need to remain because literally they're the only ones keeping the shape of a brow. Just a few fair hairs taken out because you think you're cleaning and ones brow can change from round to pointy. Pay attention to what your customer asks for. Clean up doesn't mean shape and clean up doesn't mean take every single hair out. Also every single one of them asks if you pluck because they see "ingrown hair".No it's not ingrown hair. If you have people with contrast of skin and hair you will see dark new hair growth from under a fair skin waiting to come out like the head of a new hair. You cannot target all hairs at the visit because growth happens at different rates depending on hair follicle lifespans. I rather you not press hard trying to get an "ingrown hair" that'll surface in two days. And quit asking if people pluck. Few tips for your visit not to be as emotionally tasking: 1. Definition of clean up here is different. If you want something specific be aware that you have to ask for it very very specifically in details and before they start on your brow. And be ok to risk it not being granted. 2. They don't care for your brows looking alike. Not all of them are skilled in brow shaping/styling. So if it's important to you make sure they know before they start working on your brows. The person who did my brows today had 0 knowledge of brow shaping/styling and despite me not asking for it she did it. I could tell just by the rows of hair she threaded. She only knew how to thread. If you are looking for eye brow shaping/styling or just care for your brows to look alike definitely try a different place. 3. If you liked a person doing your brow stick to that person. You lost a customer today for good. Hopefully your other customers have better experiences read more

I have tried many of their services: full face threading, under arm wax, both of the facials they offer, the face mask, eye brow tint, head massage, and nose threading. I go every week to get something threaded. The pricing is affordable, they keep the place clean, and the staff is professional, and friendly. They get to know their customers and you always get greeted when you walk in. They do an amazing job. After getting threaded or waxed you will walk out confident. If you choose a facial, face mask, or head massage you will be super relaxed. I can't imagine going anywhere else! I love this place! read more
