I have been going to this location for a couple years now, and usually get it done with the owner chair 1 and always have a great experience. However, I went 6/13 with I think window 3 or 4 she was the only other woman there that day in the afternoon. What a terrible job she did. There was no bad interaction between us. I noticed she was mumbling something while she was doing my eyebrows. My eyebrows came out asymmetrical. I have had my eyebrows done before with her and never had an issue. This felt Intentional. Absolutely terrible. I went in for an eye brow and upper lip thread. When she showed me my eye brows for the first time I noticed my left one had a choppy gap so I asked to to fix it. She thinned it out SO MUCH! I have never had my eye brows like that. So I told her to fix the other side to make them even. Took my sister here to get her eyebrows threaded. She has someone she goes to regularly and does and amazing job but this place is 5 minutes from our house so she thought she'd try it out. We walked in and there was no wait so she was helped immediately. We didn't get the name of the woman who did her brows. She did them so quickly which is typical but after the first time she had my sister look in the mirror she left a bunch of hair on the bottom and when it was brought to her attention she seemed confused. She cleaned it up some more but in the end my sister left very unhappy. There was absolutely NO shape to her eyebrows and she left with them looking about the same as when she walked in.. The lady didn't even clean or shape the top part. Pretty ridiculous. There's pictures for proof. Look at the right eyebrow! Always wanting to give them another try but today was my last straw....the lady was rough putting so much pressure with the thread that she wasn't even pulling off any hair and I felt her nails more than the actual threading.
