I was searching for a sanitary, professional, and affordable business to get my ears pierced. I messaged Jyoti and asked for a quote and details on the procedure. She promptly responded, answered my questions, and assured me I would be welcomed in as a walk in. I walked in and was quickly greeted and acknowledged. I've been coming to Jyoti for over 3 years now and I can say that her work is quality. When I first started coming in she had advised me a couple times to come more often just because I was very inconsistent with my visits so I'd constantly be hurting. I listened and come every 2 weeks like she advised me and now I can say it's just maintenance with my eyebrows. She's very gentle and such a sweetheart. The owner was very sweet and did such a good job, however the day after coming here my face broke out terribly when my skin was almost perfectly clear of blemishes prior to the full face threading. I do not remember seeing her wash her hands although I feel that is my fault for not asking her to. I hate to leave a bad review as I stated earlier she was very sweet but I can't say the thread or her hands were entirely sanitary before she started on me:( I am so so so heartbroken as I had finally cleared my skin up after struggling with acne for over two years and it had only been clear a little over 4 months. read more

First time here and Jyoti threaded my eyebrows and waxed my upper lip and sides. I have thick corse eyebrows, so I'm always nervous about new places, BUT She did an amazing job! I've been here a few times, and the ladies always do a great job with my little sister and I. Unfortunately, today wasn't as great. I went in and Jyoti helped me. As soon as I sat down, she started saying that I need to stop waiting so long and come in every two weeks. She always does this, and usually I brush it off, but it gets annoying at times. It shouldn't matter how often I come, I'm still paying and tipping for the service. It seemed like she was in a rush because she went very fast and wasn't gentle at all. As she was doing my eyebrows, she stopped and said "I messed up, sorry." After she showed me, I wanted to cry. They weren't even at all. She then said that I should've came in after 2 weeks so this wouldn't happen. Really? So it's my fault? Disappointed. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. read more

5/5 - outstanding. I've been going to Sara threading by Target in a Pomona but I could don't take the pain anymore. The employees there are not careful or sensitive. It's painful getting your eyebrows threaded there. I read the reviews here and they were right. This place is much better and more careful and sensitive. Threading can be painful if the person is rushing through it. Jyoti here did a fantastic job and I didn't have a painful experience. She was careful and sensitive with my eyebrows. Definitely recommend this place plus they are cheaper than other places in the area. read more

PERFECT PLACE! The women who did my eyebrows was very gentle and fast. She apologized multiple time as we all know threading hurts a bit. But hers was the least painful I've had in a while. The parking lot is almost always busy but its totally worth it. The best one that does eyebrows is the owner. They also have a punch card which gives you free eyebrow threading on your 10th visit. This place is very afforable and it is very clean!!!
