Today 6/18 I went to get a service for eyebrow threading, as I was getting my eyebrows done an associate told my kids to be quiet when they weren't being loud. She said the loud noise was disturbing her and other clients. I demand a refund on my service. No one especially a worker is going to tell my kids to be quiet. As a mother I know when my kids are being loud and I'll be one of the first ones to let them know they need to tone it down. read more

No idea what happened to this place. There was a Burgundy/ red-haired lady with glasses. The only fat one there. who was extremely rude and very rough while threading my eyebrows. She was so harsh that she ended up burning my nose with the thread. It was a painful experience, and left disappointed. I definitely won't be coming back! read more

This is my go to eyebrow spot. I first came here after COVID with messed up brows and Rama hooked me up! She was honest which I appreciated, and told me that it would take a couple of visits for me to have the eyebrows I desire but I will be so happy with the end result. Which was so true! I have trust issues with my eyebrow person as I have had a real bad experience with getting my eyebrows done somewhere and they almost chopped off my eyebrows...I also suffer from un even eyebrows. One goes up higher than the other. Rama has made me feel so much more confident with my brows. Not to mention when I go, I take my daughters and they love her! My teenager gets her brows done by her too now (and she's so picky). And I know I will be taking my 13 year old to her once she's ready too. Thanks Rama! I was asked if I could be here by 5pm,and I arrived before 5pm. I ended up waiting for the person, because she was busy doing someone's hair. I have to admit that I hurried over to this business, because I was asked if I could be here at a specific time. I just don't understand why I rushed over to be here on time. I realize that not everyone goes to their appointments on time, but there are people like me that show up on time. Most of us know that we have to wait whenever we have an appointment for a specific service, but when someone explicitly states that I needed to be there at 5pm then don't make me wait after 5pm. The person that did my waxing was very nice. She deserves 5 stars. She was definitely worth waiting for, but I just got upset that I rushed over here. This is not the place that I usually go to for my waxing, but the person did a better job than the place that I frequent. I was looking for a new place to have my eyebrows done because the person who had been doing mine for the past 10 years had to relocate due to the pandemic. So I gave this place a try. I'm not usually a fan of threading because I would get the little red bumps but I saw the reviews and thought why not! Boy, am I glad I did. The place is super clean and my eyebrows came out looking great! They also put an ointment on afterwards which was very helpful. I didn't break out at all. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. I found my new place for my eyebrows. Going to try a few other services and will keep you posted. Check them out. You won't be disappointed. read more

I have been to brow arc many times and I enjoy it's quick and easy and never had problems with the service I would definitely recommend them but recently my eyebrows got cut I know it hurts getting your eyebrows done but I don't think this is supposed to happen .They usually take there time but I felt rushed they didn't seem understaffed. read more

My experience went from good to unpleasant. When I visited the location on the second floor, I encountered a horrible attitude, service, and disturbing. I walked out feeling uncomfortable, horrible service, and uneven shape. During the service, the girl continued speaking in their own language, which I'm quite certain was about me. Additionally, the young girl I used to go with wasn't there. I took the risk to allow someone horrible do my services. Thank God I didn't renew my membership because they wouldn't even refund if I wanted to cancel it. I don't mean to write such reviews, but I had to share my terrible experience. It's clear that there is a need for improved training for their employees. If you want better eyebrows whoever is reading my review, go somewhere else. The girls are RUDE on second floor. read more

Second time going with Preeti to get my eyebrows threaded and I'm very very happy with her services. I have thick eyebrows and lots of ingrown hairs. She asked me not to touch them at all and I'm glad I listened to her. She's reshaping my eyebrows and allowing them to be thicker. Good customer service BUT I came out with three bald spots. I did not notice these spots at first. I was handed a mirror and I checked the shape. It seemed fine. I was offered to get my eyebrows filled in with a powder. I didn't think anything of until now that I'm looking at my self in my vanity. It makes sense now. I have to say I've been here once before had a great experience, but I kind of want to cry right now. I try not to use makeup during the summer because I have oily skin, but I guess I have to cover these spots now. Be careful. :( read more

I came here to do my wyebrows after letting them grow out for about 2 months,my first visit was good there super clean and nice. My 2nd visit i wish i could remember the ladys name because it hurt quiet a bit getting them done as she was doing my eyebrows slowly which if tou thread ir hurts more when its done slow. But then again you just need to make sure tou get them done by someone who knows what their doing. Also she kinda cut the end of my right eyebrow and did not thread much of the end of the left so they look a bit odd if not filled and shaped in. read more

Been here about 2 times liked their work decided to come back ON MY BIRTHDAY to get them fixed and Levy messed up even though I her and told her to be careful because I do have a small bald spot on one of my eyebrows I ended up with one brow with an arch and the other one rounded and one brow thicker and one thinner.
