I was happy to hear that Rupinder Malhi was working here. She has been my Brow specialist for years , back from the Downey Stonewood Center. She's professional, and a really kind person. She's the best brow specialist I've ever had and I wouldn't go to any one else. Brow Arc is very lucky to have her working there as she is very talented. Vandana is an amazing Brow artist! She is the only reason why I've been going to Brow Arc for Months now. She restored my eyebrows and shaped them to perfection! Eyebrows were left uneven and not looking sharp. The lady was threading them in a really slow way. which made me feel more pain than usual. The place is not busy for most of the time, there was no wait time for me. I was asked to get a type of membership they have to which I declined. I don't think I will be going back . I went a few times before this review because there were two other ladies that actually left my eyebrows the way I liked them and I did not feel pain at all. I never got any of their names but today Jan 24, i went in at around 6pm. I was going to ask for the other ladies but basically, was not given a choice and just told , "she's going to do them " as they pointed at someone to whom I went to , hoping for the best. Unfortunately I didn't like the outcome, it took no more than 5 min and I just have bald spots and a lot of unevenness on my brows. read more

They do not do as you ask. I asked for my lip and eyebrows to be done, they didn't do the lip. The person who did my eyebrows made them look uneven and didn't even finish! Once the lady 'finished', I told her my upper lip and she ignored me and had me go pay for the eyebrows. When I looked in the mirror I was very disappointed. This place is a hit or miss. Depending on who you get to do your eyebrows. First time I was so happy I finally found a place that does a great job on my eyebrows. I even signed up for a membership. That was probably the only time they did a great job. Second time was ok and third time was just horrible. It's always a different person doing your eyebrows. They need to train their staff how to clean eyebrows the proper way and shape them evenly. Wish I never signed up for a membership and I would not recommend. Guess I'll keep looking for a better place. read more

It's always a scary feeling when you are trusting someone with your appearance. I gave the brow arc a try and have been a faithful customer since November 2017 . I am happy and proud to say I found my eyebrow home . They also offer additional services . I tried a haircut and blow dry today and of course I'm walking away a happy customer . 5 stars. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. I went in for eyebrow threading and came out with patchy eyebrows. She pulled hairs she shouldn't have, she shortened one side, no shape.... in the end I'll have to let them grow but that's what I get for trying to save time... read more
