Perfect. There's nothing else I'd rather say. This little gem is located inside Rosemead plaza with plenty of parking during the day. I made an appointment around 2:30 on a Friday for a classic set of lashes. Now, for the lash veterans, you know what this means. For those who don't, you might want to brush up on it. The classic set of lashes used a 2.0 "weight." This means there are lash extensions that weigh super light and super extra light. In this case, Jenna Has the classic lashes to the mink to the 3D mink to the 9D mink . The difference is that as you escalate from the classic all the way to the 9D is that is gets fluffier and lighter. However, that being said I do prefer the classic / mink just because of the price point and to me, there's no significant difference . As long as it's on my eyes and looks good and lasts long, it's good. :) Jenna was really sweet and cleaned my lashes first then started the lash application. I started around 2:20pm and finished around 3 ish. I could tell that she was being very careful and attentive despite some people walking in and asking for her. (She was the only one in the shop so no worries I totally get it)! After she was done, she asked me how I liked it and how I felt which is a plus. She also went ahead to add that you don't have to comb the lashes constantly otherwise it'll fall out easily. Just use your clean finger to maneuver the lashes it shouldn't be too hard. She also included a facial sponge for me to wash my face and avoid any water/soap for the next 24 hours. (For newbie lashers, you can NOT get your extensions wet for the first 24hrs!) Overall, this was a pleasant experience and I'll probably come back for the mink lashes next time. 10/10 recommend :) read more

It was my second time getting my lashes done since I got my first time done at a house since pre-covid. Now that it was covid, I had an occasion to attend so I was trying to look my best and Jenna really made me feel beautiful again. Everything was so easy and she was so nice and sweet and inside the shop was clean and organized. We were both wearing our masks as the process was done. I booked an appointment and came in the next day. She helped me do my eyebrows for $10 and I loved it, and then she stared working on my cat eye lashes, which is 3D. She then worked on my bottom lashes which costed $5. The total was $103 for eyebrows, top and bottom lashes. I also added my own tip on top of $103. I could have not felt more beautiful during quarantine. I will become a regular and come back again when I need to since it is close by and convenient to my house. read more

I first heard of Jenna through my sister. My sis got her lashes done and they looked gorgeous. I immediately booked my appointment. Making an appointment was effortless and she's super communicative through text. She provides appmnt reminders and helped me with directions. Jenna's located in a sm/m plaza that has ample parking. As soon a you walk in, you'll see her behind a desk and the beauty stations to the right. The bathroom was in the back and pretty spacious. There were 3-4 types of eyelash styles. I went with a doll(?) one that was more on the dramatic side, with 3D lashes, 14-15 length.The lie down area was very comfortable and she had very relaxing music playing. I think the whole session was less than 1.5 hours? Unsure because I slept through it hahah she was very gentle. My eyes didn't burn and she was VERY patient with me because my eyes always get super watery when it's time to open. I returned for a refill 2 weeks after and 80% of my lashes were still intact!I asked her for longer lengths, which she add. It's been 2 months and 2 weeks since I last saw Jenna and my lashes are still going strong LOL I can't wait to revisit, once social distancing is over! read more

Jenna is such a sweetheart and she is amazing! I was referred to her by a close friend whose lashes looked amazing as well. It was my first time getting lash extensions and I wanted the most "natural look" possible and she achieved that for me. We went with the classic size in length 10. Very cute little find! The woman who greeted me was super friendly. I found this place through Groupon & got a deal for the classic lashes that come with 130 lashes. I will say, they're very beautiful & long. If you're someone who likes more of a full lash look, this is not the deal for you. However, there are numerous options with varying price points & I'm sure there is something for everyone. I was very pleased with my classic, natural look. Next time I will try the mink lashes for a fuller cat eye look. I definitely recommend giving this place a try. Their prices range, but are fair to market, even without the Groupon. read more

I found this place on groupon and I'm so glad I did!! The place is in a small plaza with its own parking lot. I've never had an issue getting a spot in the lot. I bought the Groupon deal that came with a 2 week refill. The classic eyelashes she did were soo good and looked super natural if you wanted something lowkey. I loved it. During my two week fill, Jenna suggested using a D curl and going longer, to which I obliged. I also love how it came out. Definitely more dramatic than the original but I love it nonetheless. Jenna is super meticulous and detail oriented. The entire process took around 35 mins for 130 lashes. Her hands are also super light, I could hardly feel her working on my lashes!! I came to Jenna's beauty zone through Groupon. It was my first time trying in lash extensions. I was nervous because the only reason I got them was to go on vacation and not have to put on fake eyelashes. I am Asian with barely anything lashes to call eyelashes. Even when putting on false eyelashes you can clearly see these little stubs coming out of them. After coming here and getting my refill. I am hooked!!!! Love love love my eyelashes so much. After I got home I immediately got compliments from my mom and my friend. I told her that I dont want a too "dramatic" look since I have monolid eyes so Jenna is very friendly and gentle, she gives me a lot of advice of what I should get done instead of telling me to get the expensive service. It came out pretty natural and total of only 39$ for my service which is not bad at all. Cant wait for another refill with her. Very recommended !!!! read more

I had been seeing someone else beforehand and I wasn't satisfied with the ladies attitude and bad business so I did research and founds Jennas beauty zone on Groupon, I wasn't sure what to expect, but she is very professional, pays attention to detail, and was able to give me her input on what fit my face best. Jenna's Beauty Zone is by far the best eyelash place I've tried in the past two years! Jenna is so sweet and very talented, she takes the time to explain each product and makes sure I get exactly what I want. Every time I've gotten eyelash extensions I've been happy with my results and I swear it makes it so easy to get ready in the morning! She uses great quality materials and my lashes last a long time. I ended up purchasing a Groupon to see Jenna for a classic set with two week refill. I had two trips coming up that were about two weeks apart so this was perfect. Jenna was very easy to communicate with and she was just the sweetest person! I ended up really liking my classic sets more than I thought I would - liked it even more after the refill. My first appointment I ran late but Jenna was very nice about it and even rushed to get it done. Jenna doesn't allow a repurchase of this Groupon but I was fine it and appreciated her telling me. This is my second time getting eyelash extensions after a long hiatus. I had such a negative experience at another place that I didn't want to try again but Jenna is my new go to. She does a great job and she doesn't nickel and dime you for not coming back in at exactly three weeks (max recommended before refill). My eyelashes always still look full after three weeks which is incredible. She also has pretty good deals for refills if you buy multiple at a time. Deals change every so often. read more

She was an absolute sweetheart and walked me through exactly how to take care of my lashes as well. When I asked about the different lashes, she didn't push me to upgrade and actually recommended that I start with the cheaper less dramatic option since it was my first time getting extensions which I appreciated alot as this told me she cared more about how I would feel than the money. Final product was so natural and beautiful! She also made sure that I was happy with the lashes and asked me if there was anything else that I might need. I've been coming to this eyebrow threading salon since they first opened, and unfortunately the…read morecustomer service has gone downhill over the years. When they first opened, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Now, the staff often seem rude and unfriendly. They spend a lot of time chatting with each other while customers are waiting, which makes appointments take longer than necessary. Their responses to customers can come across as dismissive and unprofessional, making you feel like you're inconveniencing them just by asking a question. Another downside is that they don't allow customers to use the restroom, which is frustrating, especially if you've been waiting for a while. The only reason I've continued coming back is because their eyebrow threading prices are very reasonable. However, I've realized that I'd rather pay a little more somewhere else and receive excellent customer service. A good price doesn't make up for consistently poor treatment. After being a loyal customer for years, it's disappointing to say that I won't be returning. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because kindness and professionalism go a long way.

My usual eyebrow lady does them within 15 minutes or less and it seemed to have doubled at this location; she was very slow and the job somehow was worse. She was hesitant to trim the ends, which is something that I always have done by my original eyebrow lady. My eyebrows were uneven as one was arched and the other was curved so I had to tell her to trim the ends or take off more above the arch. She had to go back in several times and each time she failed to do what I asked her. My eyebrows were 3 weeks grown out and I could literally see my shape yet she failed to see it. I left unsatisfied and tried to clean them up with tweezers afterwards.
