Found Jenna's on Groupon and out of all the lash boutiques currently on there, I liked hers most. Easily booked an appointment and she followed up the day before to remind me. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and she took me in immediately, gave me a head up that Groupon can only be purchased once and applied once. Told her exactly what I wanted, natural, on the shorter end, and a bit spaced out. She mentioned the shorter one is size 10 and the ends can be 11. She has such a light hand that you can totally knock out on the table and 30-40 minutes later, she's fanning your lashes down and you're out. Love her work, love her prices, and love her personality. She's super kind, gives you simple instructions, and warns you so you're not surprised by hidden fees or anything. Will go back to her again! read more

Perfect. There's nothing else I'd rather say. This little gem is located inside Rosemead plaza with plenty of parking during the day. I made an appointment around 2:30 on a Friday for a classic set of lashes. Now, for the lash veterans, you know what this means. For those who don't, you might want to brush up on it. The classic set of lashes used a 2.0 "weight." This means there are lash extensions that weigh super light and super extra light. In this case, Jenna Has the classic lashes to the mink to the 3D mink to the 9D mink . The difference is that as you escalate from the classic all the way to the 9D is that is gets fluffier and lighter. However, that being said I do prefer the classic / mink just because of the price point and to me, there's no significant difference . As long as it's on my eyes and looks good and lasts long, it's good. :) Jenna was really sweet and cleaned my lashes first then started the lash application. I started around 2:20pm and finished around 3 ish. I could tell that she was being very careful and attentive despite some people walking in and asking for her. (She was the only one in the shop so no worries I totally get it)! After she was done, she asked me how I liked it and how I felt which is a plus. She also went ahead to add that you don't have to comb the lashes constantly otherwise it'll fall out easily. Just use your clean finger to maneuver the lashes it shouldn't be too hard. She also included a facial sponge for me to wash my face and avoid any water/soap for the next 24 hours. (For newbie lashers, you can NOT get your extensions wet for the first 24hrs!) Overall, this was a pleasant experience and I'll probably come back for the mink lashes next time. 10/10 recommend :) read more

It was my second time getting my lashes done since I got my first time done at a house since pre-covid. Now that it was covid, I had an occasion to attend so I was trying to look my best and Jenna really made me feel beautiful again. Everything was so easy and she was so nice and sweet and inside the shop was clean and organized. We were both wearing our masks as the process was done. I booked an appointment and came in the next day. She helped me do my eyebrows for $10 and I loved it, and then she stared working on my cat eye lashes, which is 3D. She then worked on my bottom lashes which costed $5. The total was $103 for eyebrows, top and bottom lashes. I also added my own tip on top of $103. I could have not felt more beautiful during quarantine. I will become a regular and come back again when I need to since it is close by and convenient to my house. read more

Making an appointment was effortless and she's super communicative through text. She provides appmnt reminders and helped me with directions. Jenna's located in a sm/m plaza that has ample parking. As soon a you walk in, you'll see her behind a desk and the beauty stations to the right. The bathroom was in the back and pretty spacious. There were 3-4 types of eyelash styles. I went with a doll(?) one that was more on the dramatic side, with 3D lashes, 14-15 length.The lie down area was very comfortable and she had very relaxing music playing. I think the whole session was less than 1.5 hours? Unsure because I slept through it hahah she was very gentle. My eyes didn't burn and she was VERY patient with me because my eyes always get super watery when it's time to open. I returned for a refill 2 weeks after and 80% of my lashes were still intact!I asked her for longer lengths, which she add. It's been 2 months and 2 weeks since I last saw Jenna and my lashes are still going strong LOL I can't wait to revisit, once social distancing is over! read more

I will say, they're very beautiful & long. If you're someone who likes more of a full lash look, this is not the deal for you. I found this place on groupon and I'm so glad I did!! The place is in a small plaza with its own parking lot. I've never had an issue getting a spot in the lot. I bought the Groupon deal that came with a 2 week refill. The classic eyelashes she did were soo good and looked super natural if you wanted something lowkey. I loved it. During my two week fill, Jenna suggested using a D curl and going longer, to which I obliged. I also love how it came out. Definitely more dramatic than the original but I love it nonetheless. Jenna is super meticulous and detail oriented. The entire process took around 35 mins for 130 lashes. Her hands are also super light, I could hardly feel her working on my lashes!!
