I brought a light brown eyebrow pencil with me and stated that this was the color that I wanted. When Carolynn completed her work I was shocked to see that my left eyebrow was much higher than the right one, it had a different shape, and was much longer. My natural eyebrow showed beneath it. Even though it was supposed to lighten over time it was a very dark color. I needed to have the left micro blading removed and the right one lightened. I went several times to her and had minimal success. I had lash extensions every three weeks and she attempted to remove the eyebrow. She was never apologetic and actually complained that she was working on this for free and raised the price of my lashes to cover her costs! I went to a few other micro blading facilities for a consultation and they were all shocked at the poor work that she did. There is little more that I can do right now to remove the extra eyebrow. It was suggested to me that I wait six months before attempting more removal.

Shortly afterward, I was informed that she could no longer accommodate me as a client because she was no longer taking on additional clients, needed to prioritize her existing clientele, and had significant business and personal obligations requiring her attention. While I respect any business owner's right to limit their schedule or prioritize existing clientele, I found the experience professionally dismissive and unacceptable. Had I known there was a possibility that ongoing appointments would not be available, I would have chosen an artist with the capacity to take on a long-term client from the start. I genuinely asked whether I had done or said anything that had caused an issue, as the sudden change in direction felt unexpected. I also asked if there were any other lash artists she would recommend so I could continue my lash care elsewhere, but no recommendations were provided. It was especially frustrating because the timing. This occurred the week of my engagement photos, Father's Day, and an upcoming beach trip, leaving me scrambling to find another artist while in the middle of a lash transition. What really bothered me was the double standard. Brianna maintains a strict cancellation policy for her clients, yet my fill appointment was canceled at 7:21 PM less than 24 hours before it was scheduled. Had I canceled with that amount of notice, I would have been charged. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another lash artist during an important week. At the very least, she could have honored the appointment that was already scheduled during my initial service and informed me then that she would not be able to accommodate me moving forward. If you're looking for a one-time appointment or you're already an established client, your experience may be different. However, if you're specifically searching for a long-term lash artist, I would strongly encourage discussing future scheduling availability before investing time and money into transitioning your lashes. I honestly can't give a meaningful review of her lash work itself because approximately 80% of the lashes on my eyes were still from my previous artist, and Brianna was primarily filling over an existing set rather than creating a new one from scratch. I also was not a fan of the appearance of the adhesive. The lashes had a shiny, almost glazed finish rather than the more natural matte look I was accustomed to from previous sets.

And as the night went on, the burns on my face got worse, this is about 24 hrs later. I wish I could post a photo on this but I can't I am sitting in the Emergency Room having my eyes checked. So I went in for the eyelash tint and she started it and said listen I can't finish be cause the stuff wasn't sticking I was like okay. I have to go on vacation next week so what are my other options. she did suggest the extensions ( that I have been getting for years now at another place) I said okay sure. They came out so uneven and blotchy and I still paid and left a tip. I went to my car and I looked at them closer and I was like I can't leave like this they just didn't look good. and then I went in and asked if I can get them removed ( not even 3 minutes did I have them fully in. I never left the parking lot) and she said yea. And then I asked for a refund but I will still leave a tip and pay for the removal and she refused and started yelling at me and I was very calm and collected about it and she blew up and I finally ended up getting a little back but I do suggest going somewhere else if you want you lash extensions or tinting done.

I purchased a lash lift and tint special. I have naturally dark lashes, so the tint wasn't necessary. She gave me a very calm and detailed lash lift. It took a little longer than the 45 mins I was used too but her energy and positivity was amazing. She also provides additional services such as facials and v-steams which I was impressed with.

Again, the pedicure was fantastic but the manicure was horrible. Nails were thick and she made my cuticles bleed. I gave this place one more try but it is the last one. The pedicure I got was basically someone rubbing a little lotion on my legs. There was definitely a language problem because I told her NOT to cut the toenails too short as this causes ingrown toenails. She obviously did not understand and cut them way way way too short. I am dealing with the pain from that now. The polish job was sloppy...got polish all over my cuticles and missed the sides of my toenails. Now I am off to find a new nail salon.

She's incredible at unique nail designs and is very detail oriented, and precise! She makes great recommendations and is super creative! The staff are all friendly and thoughtful, and always greet their regulars by name. I think one of the things that stands out to me the most is the staff all seem to get along really well and they're usually always smiling or playfully joking around. It's just a happy place to be! Also- they have a great online booking system, which not a lot of local salons do. Pricing is consistent and very reasonable in my opinion. I've never been surprised by cost or what I'm being charged for because they outline everything clearly on your receipt. :)
