I just got home from threading and tinting I have never done the threading so it was a new experience! It hurts because they are pulling multiple hairs out at a time but I did have a pleasant experience. I'm more impressed with the tinting here than the previous ones I've had. I did not come out of there looking like a clown. I wish I would have gotten the gals name. She sang a little bit while she was working. It was in a different language but I thought it was cool. The only downside is them speaking to each other in their home language But they do that in the nail salons as well. I just think it's kind of rude. I typically love coming to this place because they are really good with eyebrows. The only thing though the last time (which was around march) I went.. when I walked in everyone working looked at me & did not greet me at all. Then when I asked them for the service I came for (eyebrow threading) one nice lady stood up to help me. Although she was nice I'm leaving a two star review because while she was doing my eyebrows, she was also on facetime with some friends & family. I couldn't make out if she was trying to talk to me or talk to her friends on the phone. I thought this was unprofessional and unacceptable. The first time I got my eyebrows tinted they were awesome. Second time was not as good but not terrible. Third time was the worst I've ever had and I will never be going back. I walk in and she said I had no hair on my eyebrows and I just said "what?" My eyebrows aren't super thick but they are not thin AT ALL I have plenty of hair. I had my eyebrows threading and dyed today. The threading was fine although it hurt worse than other experiences I have had. I am blonde and explained that I would like a lighter color of dye. The lady walked away and started waxing my daughters eyebrows and left the dye sit. My eyebrows are black!!!!!! My daughter had her eyebrows waxed and now has a red mark above her eye that she is complaining hurts (3 hours later) after checking it out...the skin is burnt under her eyebrow. I wish I could add pictures of all of this! So sad this happened because our first experience there was great but now we will never return. After I called them they wanted me to return but I decided to go home and peroxide my eyebrows to lighten them myself...just don't trust what may happen. read more

I will say they did a really good job on my eyebrows however their customer service and compassion sucks....I wouldn't go again but I wasn't disappointed with my eyebrow services. Also NEVER EVER EVER get their eye lash extensions, I don't know what kind of super glue they put on those lashes but it will be painful trying to take them off they even stay on if you submerge them in water! I had to spend about 30 mins covering those extensions in Vaseline and slowly taking them off and some took some of my lashes with the extensions but not too bad, she literally glues it to your eye lid right above your lashes so you can't imagine how sensitive that is when it starts to get red and irritated and cause you pain. I just finished taking mine off and my eye lids are slightly swollen and red, thank goodness I got them to come off! Also they make you sign a waiver before you even get your lashes done so that alone should've been my sign to not get them! I wouldn't recommend this place and I'm sure there are far better places in Omaha with the same services. If I could rate it a 0, I would! They need to be shut down or properly trained on the services they provide. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! This is the worst experience I've ever had. Just got an eyelash lift a few hours ago. I am heading back to get my money back (if they let me). I walk in and they insist I get my upper lip and eyebrows threaded (very rude). I ask for an eyelash lift (I've never had one before so I was nervous) she never introduced herself and never asked for my name. I did ask her if she's done these before and she said "yes, all the time"- which reassured me and gained my trust. I lay back and she immediately gets started. After putting the chemicals on, she walks away and says nothing but leaving a timer. I wasn't sure how long this timer was supposed to be going. After 5 min, it starts to burn. She comes by to check on how's it going and I ask "how much longer" she says "3 more minutes" then 30 seconds later, she proceeds with the next step. The burning continues. I say nothing because I wasn't sure if this is normal because I've never had one done before. After 20 min of her doing the lift, she's almost done. Who I presume is the boss comes over and says "what did you do?!?!" To the girl doing my lashes. Immediately I know something is wrong. After 2 people work on getting me finished, they poke and pry. My eyes start watering and burn. They're extremely sensitive at this point. I sit up after she says they're done, and I can barely see. My vision is blurry. I blame it on keeping my eyes closed for 30 min. However, when I look in the mirror I can see that my bottom lashes are curled up too. This is so wrong. I realized that she never taped them down. They're literally poking into my eyes. There's black dye all around my eyes which explains why they were rubbing for so long (with alcohol drops). My eyes looked like I squeezed lemon juice in them. My eyes start watering and I say "my lower lashes are curled up, they shouldn't be" and she says on here, which she brushes them. She acts as if this helps. Considering my vision is still blurry, I pay the $55, but no tip due to the poor customer service. I leave as my skin burns, get into my car and immediately start crying. Then I realized she didn't tell me any after care. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I will be getting my money back. read more

Horrible!!!!!! I have never had eyelash extensions before. I went in to get the single lashes and they talked me into getting the grouped mink lashes. Halfway through I could tell the lady that I had did not know what she was doing. I complained multiple times throughout that they hurt and we're uncomfortable, She insisted it was okay. She glued my eyelids together multiple times and got the stuff in my eyes which burn horribly. She kept making mistakes in placing the lashes, and had to remove them which hurt like hell......... nothing like getting your eyelashes torn out. She had pinched my eyelids with her tweezers so many times that my eyes would not stop watering. At this point I just wanted to be done because it hurts so bad. When she was done I ended up looking like a drag queen they were horrible, unnatural looking and uneven. Natural functions like blinking came with a stabbing pain because not only did she glue the lashes to my eyelashes she had glued them to the rim of my eyelids as well. She rushed me out of the chair because the mall was closing so I did not have time to complain. On my way home it hurts so bad that I just wanted them out. I got home and removed them at the cost of ripping out half of my eyelashes. There is still glue residue left on my ridge of my eyelid that I cannot get off. My eyelids are sore and it hurts to touch them. Never again will I go here and I will be calling to complain to the manager. read more

Very Bad service!!!!Just don't go here! I lost all my real lashes. She's talking on the the phone while putting my lashes on! I can feel her saliva it's disgusting. Poor hygiene she should've wear some mask to cover. She glued my top and bottom eye lashes together and I lost some of my bottom lashes too. It's uncomfortable. My eyes are burning and its all red the whole day. They deserve zero star to be honest. Negative stars if possible. I lost $50 for this..yes it's cheap but you'll lose your real lashes. I watched them glue the young ladies eyelids together yesterday and watched the rest of the staff laughed at her when she could not open her eyes. It was awful. Completely unprofessional and rude staff and manager. They also refused to refund her money. There is a reason these eyelash extensions are so cheap, they are terrible. I do NOT recommend this place at all!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to 602 S 72nd St, Omaha, NE 68114 and initially went to get my eyebrows done and then decided later on to get eyelash extensions. The threading of the eyebrows wasn't the worst, but she made them way thinner than I asked for. Then, the eyelash extensions happened. Let me tell you, this was the WORST experience I ever had with brow beauty. I have never had eyelash extensions before so I thought why not. First of all, while she was putting the eyelashes on she kept pinching my eyelids with her tweezers!!! I told her many times that I was uncomfortable, and literally my eyes were watering soooo much from the pain. She repeatedly kept telling me to keep my eyes closed for the full 30 minutes- so I did. She got the glue in my eyes at least 3 times. Oh, also, she made ME HOLD THE FAN TO MY EYES FOR 15 MINUTES. Horrible service. Then when I opened my eyes, multiple spots were glued to the bottom lashes.... she CUT THEM WITH SCISSORS TO MAKE THEM DISCONNECT. Are you joking me? then the best part was that the eyelashes didn't even look good at all- very unnatural and didn't match my eye shape bc of her placement. this place is absolutely terrible. I was already skeptical as the "eyelash extension" prices were so low. I should've trusted my gut. After getting these "eyelash extensions" I quickly realized they weren't extensions. They were heavily blued eyelash pieces, glued onto the eyelid. They looked terrible. Not only that, but they made my eyes burn (I could barely open them) for hours until I finally gave in and went into the store, begging them to remove them and for a refund. They refused to give me a refund and said they did a good job. For 1. This was false advertisement. They are not indeed eyelash extensions. For 2. The fact you can't refund me my money after having them on for only 2 hours is ridiculous. My eyes were bright red and watering like crazy. I would NEVER suggest this place to anyone. Ugh. I wanted to like this place. I moved to Omaha from California where there are some of the best in this business. The first couple of times I came here they did a decent job. Nothing extraordinary but decent. I went in there last week to do a full face threading & in the middle of it the girl slips & takes a huge chunk out of my eyebrows!! I was furious!! If you're a professional you should have FULL CONTROL at all times. I thank god I'm great at makeup & can cover it until it grows back but I will NEVER go back there again. 4 because I love getting my eyebrows done at the westroads mall. Either by Nikki or another amazing woman who I never remember her name unfortunately. If not them my threading is questionable... Once came out bleeding and a girl on 72nd made them uneven. I wish I could give 1 star for the extensions. Should have known better since its only $29 but ugly clumps. At a nail salon I used to go to they would ask me what length I wanted and explain the process to me . No questions here just lay back....eyes burning for hours afterwards and don't get them wet or cry because they will burn then too even day after. Can't wait until they all fall off. 4 have already fallen off.... Lesson learned. They are also tearing out my eyelashes as they fall out so that's great too. read more

Terrible experience with lash extensions. They used cheap synthetic lashes. Put them on in clumps of 3 or 4. Used too much glue and glued many of the lashes to my skin. Very painful and burning. Took several hours before my eyes stopped watering now I have to aspen a ton of money to get them removed and have it re done. read more

I went to the Brow Beauty on 72nd Street and my experience was awful. I am an esthetician and I needed a Brazilian and this was the only place I could find that was reasonably priced with an opening on a Saturday evening. Two girls performed my wax, I am sure they did not have licenses, they applied the wax incorrectly and removed it wrong as well. I had stubble when I left because it was removed wrong. The wax was super hot. I called to request hard wax and they didn't have the wax pot on. I had lifted skin because they repeatedly went over the same spot. I seriously suggest no one go here. I had my eyebrows threaded (the first time I've ever tried threading) here. Overall they did a decent job but there were some hairs left all over my face afterwards that they didn't even brush off. I got an eyelash lift from here and I ended up blind in one eye for two days. I mean blind! She got perm solution caked inside my eyes. My lash's were bent awkward and stayed that way, until they broke off. I had a trip the next day and ended up in the emergency room, 9 hours from home for chemical burns in my eyes. My lashes curled back so far they broke off at the lash line. I have absolutely never gave a place such a bad review and let me say, I have gone to hair schools to have things done before and never have I ended up with such a horrible experience. On top of that she just kept saying relax, when I said it's burning so bad it melted part of my contact to the inside of the lid and I had to have my ex come drive me home, because I couldn't open my eyes. It was worse as the hours went on and I flushed and flushed my eyes, had to get some numbing eye drops and have my step dad, who's an eye dr, call in some favors to even be able to feel comfortable enough to have my eyes checked after this. She would leave me for minutes at a time to book appointments and talk. I felt completely vulnerable and nerve racked not knowing what to expect and the entire experience left me not visiting a place to get anything done because I am terrified I'll lose my site. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Eyebrows were horribly shaped. I looked like i was scalped. Even more horrible was the pain of the eyelash extensions and non-existent customer service. The lash 'clumps' are glued directly to your eye lid and it causes excessive burning. They glued my eye completely shut at one point. I've had many extensions before with no pain. This was the most painful thing I've ever experienced. I was in tears and had to ask for them to be removed. The male employee at the desk was mocking the fact that i was crying. They had difficulty getting them off and had someone clearly not licensed also working to get them off. The remover caused additional burning of my eyelids and eyes. My eyes burned all night. The white of my eye had a Pinguecula (pus pocket) and broken blood vessels in the morning from the glue/remover. When we asked for our money back, they declined. When i asked to speak to the manager and they called her - she hung up on me. I would definitely not recommend this place, ever!! read more

I don't recommend the eyelash extensions there unless you are going for a drag queen look. It was like buying a pair of fake eyelashes from the drug store, then she cut them in strips, and glued them on with stronger glue that burns your eyes. A pair of eyelashes one size does not fit all and it did not fit my eyes and looked unnatural and uneven. Eyelash extensions are supposed to be put on lash per lash not sections. It irritated my eyes and they came off a couple of hours that night. They won't refund and will only offer free removal the next day. I recommend spending you money somewhere with good reputation because getting any thing done near your eyes there is always a risk. read more

You do have to be very specific on what you want & if you have any questions along the way tell her to stop before continuing. We've never had an issue and I mean it's $15 w/a tip. It's something I had never done, and I figured I'd never had an issue with the eyebrows so I would try out their extensions. I WAS SO WRONG. After getting my lash extensions put on, the lady had messed up and I had to point it out to her to fix it before paying. While paying my eyes would not stop burning, i figured this was probably normal due to the irritation to your eye and I thought it would subside. However, hours after I had left the salon my eyes were still burning. I went to bed that night hoping that my eyes had adjusted. When I woke up my eyes didn't burn anymore, however a giant clump of eyelash came out when i started blinking! I had never had eyelash extensions before that so i had no idea what to expect, but I knew that this was not a normal occurrence. DO NOT GET EYELASH EXTENSIONS FROM HERE. They are clusters (not individuals) and are cheap! They are not intended for long wear like they are used here!! Not only are they the wrong lashes but they are also applied incorrectly so it hurts and looks terrible!
