When I arrived there was one person on the chair and then in the span of her getting her service and I waiting 4 more people arrived, and so when when it was time for me the lady seemed very very rushed. I waited for 13 min to go and then once I sat down I was done in 5 min. It just seemed like she was rushing the whole time and one brow is way better than the other. The service was great: she was kind, polite and best of all gentle. I have to give her props for listening to me and making my eyebrows look the way that I wanted. Never have I been more humiliated than today. I walked in the lady was cashing out a client and a different lady walked in and walked to the chair. I didn't interrupt their conversation, I signed in and sat down. Turned out the lady that walked in before me was the mother of the girl. There was another employee drying her hair. I waited, I was not acknowledged. The lady who worked there went to the back got her keys went to her car and came back. Still not even looking at me. Still treating me like I did not exist. The lady drying her hair was now straightening it. It must have been a good 10 minutes and not a word was said to me from anyone. I continued to wait. I finally got up, crossed my name off the list and left. Still ignored me, still did not say a word to me. I was speechless. There was no one waiting. They blatantly chose to ignore me without any reason. I will never be back to be subjected to this type of horrible customer service and neither will my family who has been going there since they opened. Azi is the best! I go in about every three or four months to get my brows touched up, and I am always able to be fixed up in less than 10 minutes. My brows look fantastic! This last time, I visited the shop right as they were opening. Azi Took her time making sure my brows were perfectly symmetrical into the exact phone that's what I wanted. I have never had anything done to my brows beyond my personal plucking with tweezers prior to going to Brow Bliss. I was afraid I would walk out in pain and with oddly shaped brows, but the beautician I had did a wonderful job of going with me wanting them "natural". It only took a couple mins (seriously, how do they do this??), and I had cleaned up brows with a better shape. As a guy it's really hard to find good eyebrow threading but Azi did them so good for me. I have been here about 4-5 times and this last time azi wasn't there. I went with the owner of the place and she messed my eyebrows up. One of the ends of my eyebrows was cut off it was horrible. She then was talking during the service saying how hairy my eyebrows are and how I should get their 70 dollar membership. I as a guy don't get my eyebrow done that often. I now know not to go with the owner. I wanted to get my eyebrows done with azi today 8/19/2022. She was there but had said she wasn't doing eyebrows today and persisted to have me go with this other girl. I don't trust people with my eyebrows, especially what happened the last time. I have been walking by this place for several weeks, as it is next to my gym (Crunch) and always peeked in. I have blonde eyebrows, which have become a tad bit unruly. No problem there, Nilo (she is there everyday, ask for her) took great care of me. I have tried eyebrow waxing and found it pretty painful, not to mention the red puffiness that sets in right after and lingers for a few hours. So I quit waxing them and pretty much let them grow wild for the last six months. I popped into Brow Bliss on a Thursday afternoon and they took the time to ask me if I was new to threading and explained what would happen. I'm not going to lie, it was a tad bit uncomfortable at first but nothing comparable to waxing pain. My eye did start to water a bit, but that was the worst that happened. We were done very quickly and she mentioned eyebrow tinting, I was curious so I gave it a shot. It was a very natural tint which she told me lasts about a month. The ladies were very friendly and we chatted while she threaded, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
