Never have I been more humiliated than today. I walked in the lady was cashing out a client and a different lady walked in and walked to the chair. I didn't interrupt their conversation, I signed in and sat down. Turned out the lady that walked in before me was the mother of the girl. There was another employee drying her hair. I waited, I was not acknowledged. The lady who worked there went to the back got her keys went to her car and came back. Still not even looking at me. Still treating me like I did not exist. The lady drying her hair was now straightening it. It must have been a good 10 minutes and not a word was said to me from anyone. I continued to wait. I finally got up, crossed my name off the list and left. Still ignored me, still did not say a word to me. I was speechless. There was no one waiting. They blatantly chose to ignore me without any reason. I will never be back to be subjected to this type of horrible customer service and neither will my family who has been going there since they opened. Thank you Brow Bliss for discriminating against me in such an openly manner. You should be ashamed of yourself. read more

I have to say going from waxing to threading was a bit scary because I wasn't sure what to expect; however, going to brow bliss was the best decision ever. I usually go to the place in Beaverton on tv hwy, and they do a good job, but I had no time and just got off work and this was the closest place to work. So I gave this place a shot. At the other place I go it hurts when I'm being threaded, here I didn't feel a damn thing!! and my eyebrows were perfect! I love getting my eyebrows done here but there never open on time. If your hours say that you're open at 10 there should be somebody in there already open and ready to go. The last three times I've come here at 10 o'clock I've been sitting out in my car till least 10 after 10. Stopped by on a whim. I was really hesitant because I've gone to several people after moving here a year ago to get my brows done and haven't had any luck finding the right person. My eyebrows were also wrecked by the last person that I went to and Nilo fixed them with no problems! She stopped a couple of times to make sure it was to my liking - which I loved! As a guy it's really hard to find good eyebrow threading but Azi did them so good for me. I have been here about 4-5 times and this last time azi wasn't there. I went with the owner of the place and she messed my eyebrows up. One of the ends of my eyebrows was cut off it was horrible. She then was talking during the service saying how hairy my eyebrows are and how I should get their 70 dollar membership. I as a guy don't get my eyebrow done that often. I now know not to go with the owner. I wanted to get my eyebrows done with azi today 8/19/2022. She was there but had said she wasn't doing eyebrows today and persisted to have me go with this other girl. I don't trust people with my eyebrows, especially what happened the last time. The other girl even said "azi is the best". I walked out of here cause azi declined to do my eyebrows. It's goes to show that this place doesn't want to make money declining paying customers. I have never had anything done to my brows beyond my personal plucking with tweezers prior to going to Brow Bliss. I was afraid I would walk out in pain and with oddly shaped brows, but the beautician I had did a wonderful job of going with me wanting them "natural". It only took a couple mins (seriously, how do they do this??), and I had cleaned up brows with a better shape. They offer many other services too, which I wouldn't have guessed by the business name, so I will keep them in mind. I loved the decor- it's gorgeous and soothing. read more

They should consider a list you wrote your name on when you walk in. Today the waiting room (Sunday was so packed) they just kept saying we can help who is next but no one really knew who was next. It was really annoying and could be avoided if they just read off people's names. Also it would be a good way to get acquainted with their clients. THATS how good they look. Keep in mind, one of my eyebrows are naturally higher than the other and she is the only person to EVER get them close to perfection. I recently made the mistake of going else where because it was closer to home. WORST mistake ever! They butchered my eyebrows! It was horrible. I planned a very special celebration for my daughter; it's not everyday she turns 13! Family was coming in from across the country and our photographer to capture this special day was due in the morning. My curly, long haired daughter wanted straight hair for the photos and since I wanted her eyebrows shaped (not to mention my upper lip defuzzed), I booked an appointment with the talented and sweet Azi. On our appointment, we were greeted by Azi and within 3 mins her brows were shaped and my lip was smooth. Azi took one look at my daughter's hair and I could tell she was concerned that the challenge of transforming her curls into straight, might be more than she imagined. Azi washed and then dried her hair. It was really straight but with the rainy season upon us, I asked for her hair to flat ironed and Azi complied.
