I booked My Skin Parlour by referral but O...M...Goodness! Cancel, Delete, Unfriend, Block and Report! I am absolutely disgusted at the unsanitary conditions of this business. It was SO dirty! There was junk all over the countertops that should not have been there like WD40, cleaning chemicals and tangled cords, used applicator sticks and black spots on the ground, a used duster full of dust on the shelf and dirt & grime around all of the baseboards! The establishment was deplorable! No soft music playing, no signature scent, no ambiance at all! The sight was unnerving to say the least. And to add insult to injury, there was not enough paper from the roll to cover the entire bed! GTFOH! The owner asked if I'd like to rebook but no need! There's no way I will EVER get waxed here! I have been here twice, the first time I got my eyebrows waxed and everything was fine. I came back to get them touched up and I'm guessing the wax was too hot because I have burn marks above my eyes. I hate to leave negative reviews, especially when I know the issue was unintentional.
