However, yesterday (10/31) I went and the technicians were not as professional ( speaking about their plans for the evening loudly). This is the third time I've arrived before my appointment time and no one is there. If you're suppose to open at 10am, then I expect the building to be open at 10am; not "10 ish". I don't like waiting so ive been to multiple techs and I'm extremly happy with all their work but recently I've been just going to Dani because she does an amazing job and is super gentle with me! Went here a while back for eyebrow threading. They came out nice but think the price is high. It's double the price that I'm used to back home, but I'll chalk that up to being in the Miami area. Haven't been back bc I didn't really notice a big difference from threading and waxing. read more

Got full face threading and my eyebrows tinted..for ONE she used the wrong color, I have black hair and eyebrows..so I should be getting a dark brown tint, instead she said she gave me a medium brown after I asked why they looked so faded..so it looks as if there isn't even a tint at all. 2) why do I still have hairs in random spots over my face and under my eyebrows when i paid for full face threading. And 3) she left my eyebrows tinted unevenly, one brow was higher than the other..I went back in to get them fixed and a different girl did a better job but still the color is off. Would not recommend for tinting..only reason for 2 stars is because the brow threading was shaped well when The second girl fixed it read more

I use to drive all the way to parkland for my eyebrow lady but I finally found a girl just as good (maybe even better) closest to home!! I went in for the first time yesterday and Krystal took care of me. Super sweet and listened when I told her I just wanted them clean and not reshape them. She even made my eyebrows look nicer that the lady I use to go to. I'm happy I found this place cause this will be my new eyebrow spot. Update: Three months later I still come to this place and I love it! Unfortunately Krystal doesn't work here anymore so I thought I'd do an update for my yelpers who have yet to come check this place out. GO TO CHELSEA never in my years of threading have I ever had someone as good as this lady. She fixed the shape of my brows and they look f* fantastic. If you need to get your eyebrows done this is the salon to go to. End of story. I've been getting my eyebrows done by Sheri for YEARS and they look perfect every single time. As a tip- if you have eyebrows that are kinda spotty and have lighter spots you should definitely try the eyebrow tinting! I first came to Brow Envy in an attempt to find someone who could fix my butchered brows. Saleema took the time to not only show me what she wanted to do to fix them, she also asked for my input on shape, thickness, etc. Since that day, Saleema has been the only person I ever let near my brows for over a year now. I thought i was going to be extremely happy based upon the reviews. Unfortunately, it did not turn out with the desired results!! I went for microblading, I have had my eyebrows tattoed twice before and was very satisfied with my artist but microblading was recommended by my daughter. I looked on line and saw all sorts of botch jobs so I was very cautious, I guess not cautious enough. My eyebrows were "microbladed" however it looks like two big tattoos!!! Sherri, the owner, is the only one there "certified" to do microblading; however, after asking it was not with the normal top three certification agencies! Someone taught her! Should have thrown up the red flag but she was very nice and explained things so I thought OK and the price was right. Twice when I returned for my retouch and then what was supposed to be a follow up, no one called me to confirm the day before and when I came into the store no one was expecting me and there was alot of confusion with personal appointment books! Sherri was not there and she even came late the day of my microblading which was scheduled. I'm not sure this is a good way to run a business! Yes, there are a lot of walk ins. BE AWARE THAT MOST of the RATINGS are for taking off hair using the thread. SO, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR MICROBLADING, I do not recommend this place... Only bad news with this place is that I wish I knew about them beforehand. I am weary of getting my eyebrows done (especially waxing) bc I always have had really bad experiences in the past, so I usually do them myself at home. My friend referred me here and I had the pleasure of meeting Chelsea... She's beyond AMAZING! I was done in about 10-12 mins and it wasn't painful as I thought it would be. Went the first time, my eyebrows looked amazing and the wait was around 15 minutes. The second time I went, they took off way too much hair and left me, a then 16 year old, with almost spermy eyebrows. Good for a one-time thing, but if you go when you don't have enough hair to pull off they go crazy with the thread. read more
