I had a scheduled appointment for lamination and tint and came in at 10. Fiona was super kind and did my brows the conversation was wonderful and once I was done I decided to see if she could fit me in for a lash lift and tint. I can't wait to see what they look like after the 48 hours when I can wash them. I definitely will continue going here! Fiona is the best with friendliness and expertise.

After with Fionas touch. I will be back for more shaping as my hair will slowly grow back.

I got a lash lift and a brow lamination (both with tint) by the lovely Fiona. She was so gentle and was super helpful as it was my first time with these treatments. I made a quick appointment with them and the website was pretty easy with opening hours. I ran a little late, but I did call their AI system isn't as great as it should be. It transferred me to the Long Beach location, even though I went to Santa Ana. I wanted to always be on time, but to at least let them know that I was running late. When I came in my first reaction was that it was really clean and very inviting. I felt bad that on a Sunday there was only one worker and she was trying to take in everyone. It was nice that she set up realistic expectations for people. I got a Brazilian and it was my first time. I can tell she tried to be nice and friendly, but it felt forced. She also kind of got some wax stuck on me and that was a little scary that it didn't come off right away. Even though I told her it was a little hot, she still went with it and that kind of put me off. She did after give me you know, MAINTENANCE tips and tricks and such but I'm not sure if I'm really caring enough to come back read more

Came in for a brow threading. I wish I could remember the name of the person who threaded them but she was really knowledgeable. She explain to me her process and tried to even my eyebrows since they each had a different shape. Stopped in for a last-minute threading yesterday before getting my makeup done and ended up having such a great experience. The space is really nice and very clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I wish I remembered my threader's name because she was amazing -- quick, gentle, and knew exactly what she was doing. We also had some really good laughs, which made the whole thing feel easy and relaxed instead of rushed. If you're looking for a place that does threading right, especially if you're getting ready for an event or just want your brows to look on point, this is definitely worth coming to. Long overdue review (I went 1/22/25). I came in around 5:30pm, there was no wait and the shop was extremely clean and tiny. It's literally just a strip- but the equipment was new and trendy. I had such an amazing experience at Brow Heaven! I got my eyebrows threaded and I am absolutely in love with the shape they came out perfect. Fiona was incredibly gentle, patient, and so considerate, especially since it had been way too long since my last brow appointment. She really took her time and made sure I was comfortable the entire process, which I truly appreciated. The establishment itself is absolutely gorgeous beautiful lighting, super clean, and everything feels brand new since they just opened. You can really tell how much care went into creating the space. The room was very clean and she played some great music. I got my underarms, nape of neck and sideburns sugared. Everything was pretty easy to get through but this was the first time getting the nape of neck done. It hurt a little more than I anticipated, but reasonably so as it's course hair in a delicate area. Kat did a great job at getting all 3 services done quickly. She laughed with me through the pain of the nape sugaring which is truly what made it easier to handle. By the time we were done, she had put so much attention to detail and left my areas so smooth. I felt brand new when I looked at the nape, I had so much hair and now seeing it bare made me feel 100x more feminine. Thank you so much for your help!

She was my first manzillian so I won't forget her. However, I was recently greeted by Amanda on an early Saturday morning and she was super fantastic. I hope she's still there becuase we will return. As a man going in, it is much different. A lot more stress and the inuendo of me/her getting the waxing done. Lots of small talk to get our minds off the task. Not a normal event in most guy's lives, but well worth it. She was professional and I love her laugh. It lightened up what can be a sometimes painful, no so relaxing interaction. My wife and I will be back.

They exfoliated my skin, did red light therapy, and several other treatments (I honestly had my eyes closed most of the time because I was so relaxed!). The facial, neck, and shoulder massage was amazing and made the whole experience even better. Nancy did an incredible job with the extractions and really took the time to remove a lot of my blackheads. My skin feels incredibly smooth, looks so much more even, and has such a healthy glow. I could see and feel the difference immediately. Since I was already there, I also decided to get my eyebrows waxed and my nails done, and I was happy with both services. It ended up being the perfect self-care day. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I'll definitely be coming back to keep up with my skincare. If I had to mention a couple of downsides, the first would be the parking. The parking lot is fairly small, so during busy hours you may have to park a little farther away. (I've been lucky enough to find a spot every time I've visited, though!) The second is that walk-ins can be difficult if you don't make an appointment in advance. Mondays through Wednesdays are usually fine, but once the weekend gets closer, it's hard to get in without a reservation. That's probably the only thing I wish were different. The salon itself isn't very large, but everything else more than makes up for it. The technicians are talented, everyone is welcoming, and the service is consistently excellent. One thing I really enjoy is the atmosphere. Even though we're all strangers, there's something fun about sitting side by side, chatting or relaxing, while everyone leaves feeling a little more beautiful. It always makes me happy, and it's one of the reasons I keep coming back.

My friends and I come here a lot to get our nails done. Unfortunately this last experience here was…read morenot a good one. While the price is affordable, I will not come back due to sanitary issues & incorrect methods they use. We made appts for 12 pm and my nails were not started until 12:45 pm. My nail tech (Michelle) was very nice and she does nails well, however, she used the nail grinder tool to clean my cuticles. My cuticles HURT for hours after my nails were done and weeks after the appt, I still have cut up cuticles and scabbing from the blood (pictures attached). I wish I had known in the moment that this method is not okay; it should have been a cuticle cutter. Once I got to my car and quickly googled that I found: Grinders are made for shaping hard artificial or natural nail surfaces, not living skin. Using a high-speed rotating bit on the delicate cuticle and the nail bed can easily cause painful skin tears, deep friction burns, and severe infections. These aren't correct practices used by this salon; they are taking the easy route to get it done quickly. Would not recommend. I would give them 1 star but Yelp removes those reviews easily so that's why I'm putting 2-stars.

As soon as I arrived, I was offered a beverage, which was a nice touch. Abby was my nail technician, and she did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted, and she was able to replicate them perfectly. They came out exactly how I envisioned them. It was also my first time trying Gel-X nails, and I absolutely love them--I will definitely be getting Gel-X again! Crystal did my gel pedicure, and it also came out perfect. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. I also loved their use of technology. The check-in process was simple, and I really appreciate that their system keeps track of your service history and the technicians you've seen. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Fleur Nail Spa. I will definitely be returning!

Deepa is the best! First time here and I let her know how I was pretty picky about my eyebrows and how the previous person that did them ruined them so I hadn't gone to someone in a while. She did my eyebrows even better than expected !!! All I requested was that they come out even no matter the shape that is done but she was able to make them even & was also able do the shape that I wanted!!! I had such a great experience with Beant! She took the time to ask me what I didn't like about my brows and really listened to what I wanted. She also educated me throughout the process and gave me recommendations based on what would look best for my brows, which I really appreciated. I tend to struggle with finding places who can get my eyebrows the way I want them to look due to my scare on my eyebrow but she understood everything I asked for! It increases a bit when they do below your eyebrow. You feel a slight sting, but it's bearable and worth it for that clean, sharp look. You got this, and you will look gorgeous!! Price: The price for threading was $12, which felt reasonable for how well they did. They also threaded slowly, so we felt less pain. Tips: You can just walk in with no appointment. If you go a little after 10 AM (when they open), there will be fewer people. After you go inside, you write your name and the service you want on a paper at the front desk, and then they will call you to a chair. At the end, you pay and can leave a tip.
