THIS IS THE ONLY LASH STUDIO I WILL EVER GO TO!! So, first of all, Hailey is the sweetest and most caring human being. She is so detailed oriented and my lashes turned out beautiful. I trust this place so much I came 2 days before my wedding. I have sensitive eyes, so the product she uses is wonderful and I have never had any issues. It's so peaceful and quiet at WeMe I feel like I can take a nap and trust the process :) I've been about 5 times so far for fills and new sets and cannot recommend this place more! 10/10 highly recommend!! read more

I gladly went back for a fill and asked her for a slightly different style and she delivered! I got my first set with her May 18th and they lasted so long ! i didn't actually desperately need a fill just yet, they still looked great.. i just had to come before my schedule got busy. I bought the Groupon for a full set of natural mink lashes thinking it was probably too good to be true, but my lashes would suggest otherwise!! Hailey was so sweet, walked me through my options and helped me decide what the best length and style for me was. I don't wear much make up or bold make up, so we went natural and I love them. I have had lashes before and they took over an hour and just weren't affordable. Hailey had me in and out in 40 minutes and the prices at WeMe are super fair. HANDS DOWN THE BEST LASH GIRL! I have been a loyal client of Hailey from when she was in chino and I tracked her down to diamond bar . Now she's in Santa Ana which is super close to my work. She's super fast, my lashes are always on point. My lashes still look on point after two weeks but I like to get my regular fills still. She always tries to find time to squeeze me in when I call her for emergencies. Digging her new space! Super cute. read more

I had Hailey as my lash artist. I asked for specific number of lash extensions (1-3) per natural lash and asked for specific lengths of 10-15mm. She ended up putting a lot more than what I requested per lash; 5-6 extensions per natural lash. And the lengths look like 8mm-15mm and the short lashes poke at my monolid (which is why I never ask for shorter lengths). The isolation is also done very badly. The lash fans are placed on a couple or few of my natural lashes instead of one lash fan per one natural lash. Lastly, a lot of my natural lashes were left untouched and not lashed at all. When I woke up I asked her if she lashed all of my natural lashes and she said yes but when I looked closely after getting home I noticed only 75% of my natural lashes were done. Overall it's a very sloppy job of lashing. read more

Amazing service! Immediately greeted me upon arrival and was quickly sat for my appointment. Great calming, clean place, with relaxing music. I swear I was in an out of there in LESS than an hour. She works AMAZINGLY quick, she finished my first eye in 20 minutes and the second in ANOTHER 20 minutes. Such amazing work and professionalism. If I could give more stars I would. Haley is absolutely amazing at her job. I have been going to her for almost a year now. She is supper consistent, easy going, and accommodating. In fact I had to bring my kids (who were not behaving) she was supper fast, and accommodating to them and myself. The best part is I know even though it was a wild appt my lashes will last for weeks!! She never compromises quality. If you are not booking with her just do yourself a favor and start!! Then she tried to overcharge me for my service when I am a member. I have been coming here for years.. anytime I come at the 4th week mark or more, it clearly says on their menu that they remove all the lashes and give a new set. Yet she kept trying to quote me the first time client price which was higher... it was that moment that I decided to just leave and continue to go to my other salon. The morning of, I called to pay in advance and was told to either pay at the front desk or send payment immediately through Venmo. The owner texted me her Venmo, so I sent $180 using Venmo Purchase Protection. After payment, I was told it was "on hold" and that they hadn't received it, even though the money had already left my bank. I sent proof of the transaction. Shortly after, my appointment was canceled. I was told I would be refunded, but I never received the money. My calls and texts were ignored until I called from another number, at which point I was told to "talk to Venmo" instead. I had to open a dispute through Venmo Purchase Protection and was eventually refunded through Venmo, not the business. This was handled very unprofessionally from start to finish. I recommend reading the other 1-star reviews as well, because they show a pattern in how the owner handles situations and treats customers. ---- UPDATE in response to the owner's reply (Google review): Their response leaves out key context. My concern is not the Venmo processing delay itself, but how the situation was handled afterward. I did not repeatedly request anything. I have proof of that as well. I followed up twice, and requested on Venmo like they had told me to. The issue remains the lack of communication, lack of basic professionalism, failure to issue the promised refund, and how the situation was handled once the payment issue arose. No business should ignore a customer and leave them with no explanation.

And i am so happy that I decided to do so. Nancy did my Brazilian and was very detail oriented and quick. She used the hot wax and paper method with small sections. I appreciate the small sections she did! The salon it self was very inviting, beautiful, and relaxing. I still gave the nail tech a tip for her time. Very disappointed with the quality and experience. I may give them another try but it may take some time.
