They spent around 15 minutes on each of us, and at the end, asked us if we wanted any changes, even though more customers were waiting. The pain was not too bad between your eyebrows and above. It increases a bit when they do below your eyebrow. You feel a slight sting, but it's bearable and worth it for that clean, sharp look. You got this, and you will look gorgeous!! Price: The price for threading was $12, which felt reasonable for how well they did. They also threaded slowly, so we felt less pain. Tips: You can just walk in with no appointment. If you go a little after 10 AM (when they open), there will be fewer people. After you go inside, you write your name and the service you want on a paper at the front desk, and then they will call you to a chair. At the end, you pay and can leave a tip. What first got me to come back to this place was how gentle the threading was. I had a bad experience with my first time getting threaded elsewhere and it felt like the lady was yanking my eyebrows. But the ladies here have gentle hands and I have never had that issue. (Special shout out to Alina. She has threaded my eyebrows the most and her work has always been phenomenal). Their price is very cheap, $10, and I've never had to wait too long to get on the chair. They do have a new location! I love this salon- location is very convenient and the salon is very clean and spacious. The ladies who run the place are very sweet- been coming to them since their old location for 8 years. Absolutely love love love love this threading spot! Usually, my threading sessions are about 5 minutes long, but here they do them quick, making the pain go by quick, which I love! I got my brows threaded this weekend here, and it's such a gem. The space itself is quite large and clean. I paid about $12, and it was so worth it for a brow threading. I also really liked that they provide aloe at the end to soothe your brows. I have ombre powder brows, so it was easy for them to follow the shape of it and clean off any of the overgrown hairs. Came here on a whim after seeing the sign as I was driving and stopped at the light. Surprised to say, might need to come back. Wanted to come in to get my eyebrows done as they been long overgrown and pleasantly surprised to see my eyebrows again. Don't be scared to really check your eyebrows and ask them to fix or go in again. Overall no complaints, did threading and was in an out in 30 mins. There was no prep, just sit down and they start working on you. Been to other places where after they finish, they will wipe your eyebrows with rose water or aloe Vera. But it wasn't offer until I had inquired about it. Store is quite big, there are 3 chairs and pretty straight forward. Price is reasonable at $12 even cash or card. Doesn't look like there an incentive program like a stamp card or reward system to have customer coming back. But based on the reviews, I would love to have Zena work on my brows. When I was there, it looked like maybe the girl working on the client was Zena so I was helped by another girl. Great job, forgot to get her name. read more

I came across this place while strolling through The District at Tustin Legacy. The eyebrow threading is only $10 which is very cheap. They did a great job cleaning up the eyebrows. I was out with him and needed my eyebrows threaded. I went somewhere that was close to where I was staying. And the lady chair were super nice and were able to get me in the chair about 30 minutes later since I didn't have an appointment and it was Just pretty crowded. I'll once I got in the chair I'll let her know. I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up. She said OK finished my eyebrows and mirror and they did not look good. They didn't look like much worse threaded except maybe my forehead but barely my brows. I do not like this place compared to my usual spot that I go to. I wouldn't recommend and I don't think I'll be back. Everyone was nice though. read more

Honestly I hate to leave this review because the ladies here are so sweet, but it has to be said. This review is regarding facials only. I had a facial here on Sunday. I usually go to a spot that specializes in skin care but I went here because it was last minute and they do walk ins. Let's begin with the facial itself. I've never had anxiety during a facial but the entire time I found myself hoping it would be over soon. I felt like I was being waterboarded and literally couldn't breathe as product was being inserted into my nostrils and mouth. I even had to ask for my nose to be cleaned out. Her technique was rough and abrasive on my skin. Not gentle at all. Usually cleanser and product is wiped off around the eyes first then the face after, but what she did was swipe roughly from my forehead to my chin and vice versa. Leaving product clogging my nostrils and even into my eye. I had to ask to wash my eyes out as they started stinging due to her negligence. Plus I found it odd how warm towels aren't used. Instead cotton rounds are used to wipe off product. At the end of the hour, she handed me a mirror and I was horrified that my nose was so congested with dried product. Now that's not the worst part. It's the results of post facial that I've been experiencing. 2 days later and my pores are heavily clogged and I have two major zits that are green due to infection. Which I had to get fixed by a professional esthetician. To which this esthetician notified me that this is the worst my skin has ever looked- something I never thought I'd hear after getting a facial! The irony. But just shows how poor my facial experience at Stars was. I'm really upset about it. Our skin is so important and cross contamination is very serious. I will never get a facial here again. read more
