We arranged our entire day around this appointment, and I personally rearranged my schedule to accompany her. After we arrived, Marie began raising additional concerns about whether my daughter could be treated, despite the fact that the recent surgery had already been disclosed when the appointment was made. We were then left waiting while the situation was reviewed. It was extremely frustrating to watch my daughter do everything she had been instructed to do, only to have Marie raise these issues after we had already arrived. If additional clearance or review was necessary, this should have been addressed before the appointment rather than after we had both arranged our schedules and come to the studio. Cheyenne, on the other hand, was wonderful. She was very apologetic, listened to our concerns, and handled the situation professionally. I really appreciated her kindness. Unfortunately, our experience with Marie was very different and made what should have been a straightforward appointment unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.

After thinking about it ( for about 30 seconds) I decided to add the Diamond Glow to my Chemical peel. I'm so glad I did because it was so relaxing and I could just feel myself falling asleep because Jassi was so gentle and would always make sure I was doing okay. While I was only about 20 minutes away from the office, I received a text message saying my appointment was being canceled. I immediately called the office because I was already on my way. The receptionist assured me everything was fine and told me to come in anyway, saying they would "work something out." After I arrived, I was told by the receptionist very rudely too there wasn't enough time to numb the area before my filler and that I would have to go through it without any numbing medication. I found that completely unacceptable. Their scheduling issue should never become the patient's problem, especially when it involves unnecessary pain. Only after I firmly objected then she suddenly decide they could numb the area after all. That tells me it was possible all along, but I had to argue just to receive the standard level of care. This entire experience was disorganized, stressful, and unprofessional. Canceling an appointment while a patient is already on the way, then asking them to accept a painful procedure because the office was behind schedule, is not how patients should be treated. Appointments are almost always booked one to two months in advance. If you need to reschedule because of an emergency, your menstrual cycle, or any unexpected situation, you often have to wait another month or even two months for the next available appointment. What finally made me decide to write this review was what happened today. I had already waited an entire month for my appointment and arranged my schedule around it. Just before my appointment, I was informed that it had been canceled because the nurse called out sick. I completely understand that people get sick, and I do not blame the nurse. I also want to recognize the manager. She was very kind, professional, and sincerely apologized. I know this situation was not her fault, and she handled it as well as she could. The real problem is the clinic's staffing and scheduling system. If one nurse is unavailable, there is no backup, and patients who have already waited for weeks are simply pushed to the next available appointment--which, in my case, is not until September. That is simply not acceptable for paying customers. For a clinic that has so many clients and sells expensive treatment packages, I would expect enough staff to avoid canceling appointments with such long delays. My time is valuable too, and I should not have to wait another month because the clinic doesn't have adequate coverage. Over the past two years, I have also noticed frequent staff turnover between different locations, and the quality of treatments has not always been consistent. On more than one occasion, steps during my laser treatment appeared to be rushed or inconsistent, which has affected my confidence in the service. If you are considering purchasing a package here, please think carefully. The price may seem attractive, but if reliable appointments, consistent care, and respect for your time are important to you, this may not be the best choice. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. Patients invest a significant amount of money and time in these treatments. We deserve reliable scheduling, adequate staffing, and consistent care--not last-minute cancellations followed by another one- or two-month wait.
