As a result, I ended up waiting significantly longer than expected despite doing the responsible thing and arriving early. It felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. If appointments can be altered without notifying customers, it defeats the entire purpose of scheduling one in advance. Clear communication and respect for customers' schedules should be a basic standard. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today.

My appointment was scheduled at 4:00 pm with an arrival time at 3:30 for 30 minutes of numbing cream before the procedure. Arrived at 3:30 but by the time I parked and found the place it was 3:45 pm. I got a call from a front desk receptionist by the name of Michelle. (Did not introduce herself, rude little superstar) Didn't ask if I was almost there. She simply said you are late, don't have the 30 minutes for the numbing cream. Said that I could do without the numbing. I told her I was almost there, that I would take the 15 minutes I had and asked for directions because I could not see the place. She told me I was at the place already, well if that was the case I wouldn't be asking for directions. Either this staff is under paid or well overpaid to have the attitudes of damn morons. It turns out the nurse was running late and I ended up with the numbing cream for 40 minutes. The fact that I was late was my fault. If I had the numbing cream for five minutes or forty minutes was not a reason for Michelle to act stupid. On my Fremont review the reply was contact customer service directly to discuss. I guess there is enough good reviews to avoid reaching out to customers directly. The nurse on the other hand was very, very, very nice. Five Star Review to her. On a positive note I got a message letting me know that over 200 people had looked at my review. That is good enough for me, if I can discourage one customer away from poor customer service is a win for me.

The second tattoo he did on me was an add-on to the first around my side and hip. So the whole piece looks like one. The designs came out even better than I imagined -- the attention to detail and artistry are incredible. I feel like it really suits me. The shop overall is clean and professional. It's nice that his wife also works there for tattoo removals. And Lalo seems to be great if you want a portrait tattoo. I can't wait to come back for my next one. Only that my right brow was significantly thinner than my left. Other people see the difference between them both . I'm not trying to complicated just honest. My brow are not tense or lifted. The staff was sweet and kind, and Corinna herself was very nice, which is why this review is bittersweet for me. I truly wanted to have a good experience, but unfortunately my results were very disappointing--especially considering the amount I paid. During my first visit, the procedure was one of the most painful experiences I've ever had because there seemed to be a lack of care for my comfort. I was not offered any numbing cream, and I was in significant pain throughout the entire appointment. Before coming here, I already had nice eyebrows done by another professional--I simply wanted a touch-up to make them a little darker and slightly thicker in the middle. Instead, I was charged $700 as though this were my first full brow procedure, despite already having existing work done. I was also charged an additional $100 for "nano" work that was not done deeply enough, and it completely faded away once the scabbing healed. Another major issue was that she shaved parts of my natural eyebrows that should never have been touched. I expected only the small hairs underneath my brow to be cleaned up, but instead more of my natural brow was removed. I carefully followed all aftercare instructions, yet the pain in my eyebrows lasted nearly three weeks. Most importantly, she did not follow the shape I requested. I specifically wanted my brows to remain similar to what I already had--slightly thicker in the middle--not higher, not more pointed, and not thinner. Unfortunately, that is exactly what she changed. I let it go after the first visit, hoping the touch-up would correct things. Sadly, the second visit made everything worse. I returned because the nano strokes had disappeared and my brows still did not look darker--as if I had barely had anything done despite spending so much money. During the touch-up, even more of my right eyebrow was shaved off, making it much thinner and more pointed than it has ever been in my life. I walked out looking like I had overly thin 1990s brows, which was absolutely not what I wanted. Now my right brow is noticeably thinner and more pointed, while my left brow was left thicker and more intact. I am literally walking around with two uneven eyebrows after paying $800 total. This was a very expensive service for me, and I trusted this business with my face. Two years ago, I paid another professional in San Jose much less, and the results were beautiful. I came here expecting the same level of expertise and care, and unfortunately that was not my experience. Again, the staff was kind, and this is difficult to write because everyone was pleasant--but kindness alone does not make up for poor results, pain, and leaving a client with uneven brows after such an expensive service.This version is strong, credible, and more likely to be taken seriously by readers and the business.
