This is for the DRAPER location. Three problems. First, she repeatedly broke the skin and my eyebrows were red and swollen. Now there are scabs forming all over my eyebrows. They also hurt. Second, she did a poor job shaping the eyebrows. I didn't mention it because I just wanted to get the hell out of there before she drew more blood. Third, I used a Groupon that was supposed to provide two eyebrow sessions for $12. I redeemed one and there should be one more threading session remaining. Instead the technician redeemed for both sessions. So essentially I paid a $1 more than I would have had I not used the Groupon. I couldn't care less about this as I will never go back to this location until they get rid of this technician. She was horrible. But I do bring it up for those of you trying to use the Groupon. The Southtowne Mall location is much better. read more

I went to the Fashion Place location and they do not follow directions. They completely ruined my eyebrows. Do not get your brows done here!

Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I've been coming here for the better part of a year and never have I been treated so callously. I arrived 20 minutes before they close and come to find that my money is no good because I had my debt card. They stopped taking cards so they could leave right when they close. A customer came in behind me and while I was still talking to both women, one of them leaned to the side to look past me and asked the customer if they had cash? The customer said yes and then I was told if I could get some cash and come back they would help me. I was literally taken aback. This is one of the worse customer service experiences I have ever had. This is definitely the last time I ever come to this establishment. read more

Tried this place a couple more times since the girl had messed up my eyebrow here in the Boise location. I will only go with Nina, she is the BEST!!! She does such an amazing job, every time. Threading definitely takes some getting used to because the first time you WILL walk out with your eyes half shut because it's such a different feeling than with waxing. Wow! My brows look great! I was in town for work and desperately needed my eyebrows cleaned up. Back home I have one girl that I allow to thread my brow. I get nervous entrusting others but this was an emergency. I found this place on Yelp and ran over Sunday afternoon. It's located near the chocolate shop at The Gateway, it wasn't difficult to find. My girl was super quick and super thorough. It was the usual amount of pain. I didn't have any complaints. Luckily I came in on a slow day, and there was only one person working when I came in. All around a really good establishment. If ever in the Salt Lake area again, I know where to go. read more

I have been coming here for a couple of years, pretty much since they opened. The service is quick and cheap. There are no frills or extras, but I have also never had a bad experience either. If you save 3 receipts in a row you get a 50% discount. What I love most about this place is that I only spend $11 and look like I spent $50. This is for Brow Spa 24 located inside of valley fair mall. This location DOES accept credit cards and debit cards, I know because it's the only way I ever pay for anything. NOTE THE ADDRESS clearly states that this page is for the WEST VALLEY CITY, UT 84119 location. I noticed that 3/3 of the negative 1 star reviews I read on this page are for Brow Spa's in other locations! 1 is for the Orem mall location the other 2 are for the Draper location. There's reviews for a Jordan Landing location and even a location in ANOTHER STATE (Idaho!) Moderators should do something about that because users unfairly giving this local business a bad name. read more

This is for the DRAPER location: I can't even comment on their service since I was unsuccessful at making an appointment. I tried using their online booking and received no response confirming my requested day/time. I tried calling and after going through what sounded like a poorly constructed prompt system my call was answered by a woman who barely spoke English. She answered the phone with a very hesitant and confused 'hello'. It sounded like I called someone's house, not a business. I tried to schedule an appointment to have my eyebrows tinted (which is listed as a service on their website) and was informed that they don't provide this service. The whole experience seemed very unprofessional and made me a little thankful that I have to go somewhere else. Given the other reviews for this location, it doesn't seem like a promising business. read more

WOW!! I go there every other week and they do absolutely great job doing my eyebrows. They are very professional, highly recommended!

I recently paid $80 for eyelash extensions and they basically fell out in a few days. They were not applied properly and the technicians has obviously never received proper training. I went to another establishment a week later to fix them and was informed that they had glued in several eyelashes per extension. The entire experience was a disaster and I would not recommend anyone to use them for eyelash extensions. They may be trained in the tweezing of brows but they sure aren't competent for apply eyelash extension. It was a complete waste of money. read more

I went into the West Valley location at Valley Fair Mall to get my eyebrows threaded. After we were finished, I paid and went to the restroom. As I was in the restroom I noticed that HALF OF MY EYEBROWS WERE GONE! And they had no shape to them what-so-ever!! I went and told her and she told me that my eyebrows already looked like that. I showed her a before picture I had on my phone that I had just taken approximately a week prior and she told me that I looked 5 years old in the picture and was lying. I even asked the 3 people waiting there for services what they thought and they agreed and said my eyebrows were definitely gone. I told her I wanted my money back and she ignored me and when I said, "Helllloooo? Are you listening"? She looked at me and said, "Sue me!" I told her I wanted to speak to her manager and she just handed me a card. I called the manager while I was there and all he could offer me was a free service. Why would I want to go back somewhere where not only do they not know how to do their jobs properly, but has horrible customer service?? I will NEVER go back to this place! And I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy! Horrible!! read more
