I got my eyelashes done at this location and I definitely won't be going back. I called ahead of time and the lady said it was individual lashes. It wasn't. They came in clusters of like 4 or 5. Which I didn't think that would be a big deal but it made it overall look cheap. They didn't look natural and ended up being way too long so she had to cut them and it helped but it didn't enough. Also, when I've gotten my eyelashes done before with a different company, they had me keep my eyes closed. At this place, they wanted me to keep my eyes open. The glue burned and I had such a hard time not tearing up. It was a pretty painful and unpleasant experience. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they were patient with me. read more

I was in here Monday night (10/26/2015)....stating the time and day since I know the owner will be reading this....better yet maybe it was the owner that did my brows. i hope not or else she should be out of business for being unexperienced. anyways, I understand that not everyone's eyebrows are easy to do but oh my F***IN gosh....what did i get myself into? I have been getting my eyebrows done for years (waxing wise) and threaded a few times. I had to recently stop getting waxed due to extremely sensitive skin. Whenever i first walked in, i was very scared...I saw an open container of eyebrow wax...I was thinking to myself I thought they only did threading here? well they also do waxing....first off, having an open container wax is very unsanitary! I should have taken a picture! I will call state board on this "spa". so this is your warning to clean up. so onto getting my brows done...the lady told me to lay back....she got done with my brows. i was thinking to myself....FML! literally!!! I have a very thick and full bed of brows which makes it easier for people to work with if they are experienced. This lady was deff. unexperienced!!! She told me to sit up, I told her that one was way arched more than the other and one was thicker than the other. I told her I liked one side but obviously she F*up the other side already so it couldn't be fixed..and if she did fix it, it would of been worse. so i kept on looking at it...i told her they were uneven, and she said it looks like the picture you should me..ummm seriously? get the F out of here! I am posting a picture of what i wanted and she said she can do it. mind you it's not some complex shaping and a picture of what she did. The top picture is what I showed her which are my brows (so it's not some random picture I showed her, they were mine) and the bottom is what she did. If you're looking at the picture the right side looks so high arched that it looks like i'm raising one eyebrow and i'm constantly thinking. wtf. i'm very upset....never been upset with a business like this before! it's $12 for threading, but to be honest I think you're better off going to a nail salon getting your brows waxed (if it's an option for you). I'm not complaining about the price, because i will pay good money for good brows. but never in my life i have never tipped anyone..this lady was my first and i hope she's my last! Oh and btw, she asked if I wanted a punch card...i told her no thank you. that should be a hint on me never coming back and that should also be a hint on I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY BROWS! First time I ever went there got my eyebrows waxed. The lady continued to wax them IN THE SAME SPOT and then threaded after waxing them. She burnt/pulled off my skin. She didn't even put stuff on it after doing them. Oh and they didn't give me a refund all they said was sorry and i had to go to a dance later that night. I have been patronizing this establishment for well over a year. They have punch cards for eyebrow threading only. I do drive different vehicles when I go to get service so I have multiple punch cards. I recently made a visit and was told that I couldn't combine my punches to one card:( Also I recently moved to the area and I wear individual lashes. This location only provide cluster lashes so I gave it a try. They only lasted 10 days. I expressed my disappointment with the service technician. She said there is no guarantee and some customers return once a week. This is not good business and they do not provide good customer service. I will definitely be going to another establishment!!!! read more

I hate to give negative feedback. But I also hate to waste money. I used to go to them when they were in the mall, I was never completely happy. When they moved away I read all the reviews people seems to love them. So I went back this past weekend paid $40 ish for tinting and threading. I asked her to keep them as thick as they possibly could and to go up the shade in color because I was dying my hair darker! In the process another client came in so I was moved to the different chair, which was completely fine. I sat there for only about five minutes before she wiped off the dye on my eyebrows and they looked exactly the same as they did when I came in. Took me right back to the mall days unfortunately! Now on the hunt for a new brow place :( read more

I got my eyelashes done last Friday and before I got them done I was told that they were individual lashes and also saw with my own eyes the individual lashes. Well to my surprise 3-4 days later they started to fall out and they weRe like 3-4 clusters of lashes instead of individual lashes as I was told and as what was advertised. I returned and explained that they were falling out after a few days and was told that was normal. The owner even went as far as to insinuate that I didn't properly care for them. I paid $50 for lashes that lasted a few days. She told me to pay for a fill and I told her to remove them because that's some bs. I asked if there was a cost to remove them and the tech said no. My own eyelashes were also removed as a result of the removal. When she was done, i left. The owner chased me down and told me that I had to pay for the lash removal. I went back and explained that I was told that I didn't have to pay. I took my money out and once she saw the amount of money that I had she made up a price. She couldn't show me in writing the cost and I ended up paying her $20 to remove the residual lashes. I do not recommend this place of business or eye lash service from this unprofessional, bogus establishment. Her workers are nice and patient. She seems to bully them as well because when the tech that did my eyelashes attempted to ask me what was wrong, the owner intervened and told her that she would let handle it. She didnt want to listen to the tech about what she thought that the issue could be. She didn't even attempt to right her wrong or keep a customer.. DO NOT GO THERE. Pass go and collect $200 from somewhere else!!!!!!! read more

Hands down my favorite place to get my eyebrows done. They're the only ones who have never butchered my eyebrows and they listen to what I want. I keep my brows on the thicker side compared to most women and they don't try to hack them off like other places. I always leave them feeling good about my eyebrows! I wish I could give this negative stars. This was far from the first time that I have gotten my brows threaded, but the woman seemed very inexperienced. She was slow, which made it very painful. The lady did not listen to a word I said after she asked how I wanted my brows. When I went in, I had full thicker brows that just needed to be shaped up a little. After, I was left with super skinny brows that would have been perfect in 1999. I WOULD NOT WISH THIS LOOK ON MY WORST ENEMY. Save your money, and go somewhere else! read more

The Brow Spa should be SHUT DOWN!!!!!! they are NOT all licensed estheticians. They improperly applied lashes to my eyes and used something similar to black crazy glue.....I had a horrible reaction swelling reddness itching and returned the following day to have them removed and the lady put some sort of adhesive remover on my eyes that burned soooooooo bad they had to rush me to the back to rinse my eyes.....needless to say...the lashes STILL did NOT come off. they told me to go home and slather my eyes with vasaline for a few days to try to get them off....IT DIDNT WORK!!!!! my eyes were hurting so bad and felt like there was sand in my eyes....I couldnt ....work drive...or anything else. they are still super sensitive now and its been a month. The pain was so extreme i had to go to the Emergency room (I was examined and told I have scratched corneas and to get the lashes removed asap. Well.......the brow spa couldnt remove them so im STUCK.....40% of the lashes are still on and Ive lost most of my own lashes. I had to go to an eye doctor after the ER visit and it has just been a mess.after a small investigation.... I obtained the BROW SPAs owners phone number. I called him to ask if he knew what could get the lashes off but .....HE WAS VERY RUDE AND ASKED ME HOW I GOT HIS "PERSONAL" CELL NUMBER. hE DIDNT CARE ABOUT MY EYE INJURY CAUSED BY HIS "SALON". i WILL BE CALLING THE STATE...BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND iM ALREADY IN THE PROCESS OF LITIGATION. I got the lashes for my birthday but it was ruined and Ive missed a ridiculous amount of work because i need my eyes to drive and to work......auuuuuggggggghhhhhh this could have been settled so easily. All i needed to know is how the hell to get the damn lashes off. I would not suggest anyone trust their eyes to this place. read more
