Unfortunately a total of $80 treatments really didn't work on my hair, and after reaching out for a refund or credit, I was told it wasn't possible. I think something should be put in place in case a treatment (which is highly advertised, recommended & pricey) does not work on a client, just like you would buy a product in store but you are unhappy and can return. Any solution or refund would be respectful, as I spent a total of $150 that day, having only booked a blow out. Pretty disappointing x
