Very efficient, kind and accurate. I've been coming here for about 9 years, only a few times a year, and usually don't mind who does my brows. 0 stars if I could. The lady tore the hair didn't even actually thread them from the root. Had regrowth like literally two days later. It was also so painful and she rushed. She ripped out a huge chunk of one eyebrow and they are so uneven. I told her what she did and she had the audacity to say I had no hair there to begin with and she could just thread them thinner. I obviously didn't want her to ruin them more. I've never had such a bad experience and mind you, I asked for just a clean up. So I don't know why she was even messing up my shape. I hate how ugly my brows are. I should have read the reviews first. The older lady did my eyebrows. She picked her nose when we came in and I had to ask her to wash her hands. Then she did me and my daughters eyebrows so ugly. Mines were so thick. She claimed it would look better when I got home and washed my face even though she just wiped them down with alcohol. I knew she was full of it then. Like what is soap going to clean up after you just wiped my eyebrows down with alcohol. Safe to say my eyebrows still look the same and I just have to wait til the tint goes away naturally. My daughters eyebrows looks so different from each other while mines looked so thick and had an ugly shape. I've been coming here for years for eyebrow and upper lip threading because of the great location and prices. I dread it every time because of pain, but they just hired a woman named Diondra who is AMAZING. She took her time prior to examine and ask me questions and was extremely thorough throughout the process. It honestly felt like a face massage, and I feel totally relaxed after. She gets five stars, but I can't give the entire studio 5 stars for other reasons. I was talked into a facial a few months back, and it was a joke. I saw face masks that looked like they were from a dollar store and Clean & Clear face wash in the corner. The woman also left me in the room to lay there 15 minutes at a time (twice) for whatever she was putting on me to "sit in" which made it seem like she was only ever doing something to my face for 20% of the time. It was fairly cheap, and I probably deserve that for getting a facial at the mall. Other than that- Diondra, Diondra, Diondra. Bring cash so you can tip her directly. I think you have to just connect w/ the the person that works best for you. After 2 different people, that person for me is Diya. The actual threading is pretty decent. I was skeptical with my eyebrow artist because I was in the chair for only 2 minutes. I've had threaders spend a good amount time on my eyebrows, maybe 15-20 minutes because they were perfectionist and careful. But after this $10 speed round was done I was happy with the result, it seems precise and no irritations. I tend to prefer someone who pays more attention to detail and takes their time but I really don't have any complaints with this result. My only complaint is this is not a warm and friendly experience. They are super mean here and just being there seems to really put them out. I was yelled at, felt rushed, she kept getting frustrated with me because I didn't hold my eye tight enough due to my contacts, and she was pretty rough with moving my face and hands. Two weeks ago I got my eyelash extensions done by Shireen. She did a perfect job. Everyone was complimenting how the lashes look natural and beautiful. The lashes were expected to last for only two weeks but mine lasted for more. Then I came back and wanted to have a new set done. Unfortunately, it was not Shireen who did them this time and I was not satisfied with the work. My lashes were all clumped up with so much glue that I had to come back but Shireen was sweet enough to fix them. My natural lashes had been pulled out (most horrifying thing ever) so now I am not able to get a full set but she did her best to fix my lashes. I will wait for awhile to grow my lashes again before getting new eyelash extensions but I am coming back here at Brow Studio 7 and will be asking for Shireen again. The place is very clean and sanitary BUT, most of the threaders in there are know it alls. You can describe how you want your brows and they'll do it their preference. One of the workers told me it was impossible for me to Achieve the brows I described after I showed her a picture of myself, with the brows I described. I've been going to this place since 2009 for two threaders only Lubna (who doesn't work there any more) and Shireen whom I found after about 3 rounds of terrible eyebrows after Lubna left. Ms. Lubna was so kind and sweet and always took my suggestions into consideration which I appreciated because the eyebrows are on my face. Ms. Shireen is also very sweet and she takes her time with your brows, she's even been able to fix my brows after a previous worker messed them up. You can also bring in a photo of how you would like your brows and she will gladly review it and see if it's possible. The young lady who threaded my eyebrows didn't do it thoroughly. I had to ask for her to clean up the eyebrow a bit more. She did but still wasn't completely thorough. Also, she didn't shape them. I've gotten my eyebrows threaded many times and have never had to ask someone to shape them. I might as well have not come in for the condition she left me in. My daughter got her first eye brow thread here today. I didn't asked the name of the woman that threaded her eye brows but I really should've so I could mention how amazing she was. She did a great job and was super friendly. She had beautiful henna on her hands and a friendly smile. The place itself is so beautiful with very nice lighting. When I was a kid 100 years ago I started doing my eye brows at a nail salon where they wax. Wax hurts sooo much and they would take you to a room in the back of the salon which seemed a little more private.
