This is my go-to nail salon! I've been a regular here before the Bally's left and the Salon was relocated to face I-10. The staff here is great and they always take care of you but today was a different story. I've never had problems and the prices and quality work they do always keep me coming back. Today, I got an overlay with shellac polish (usually I normally do just shellac). The nail technician worked hard but what made me upset was she didn't even massage my hands. Which of course is the best part of the whole manicure experience. Then I went to go pay. Some guy who I have NEVER seen before when I have been going there for years cashed me out. He told me my price was $50 and I thought that was absurd. I looked at my friend who got the same manicure as me, and asked what she paid and she said she had not paid. There is no place in the salon where this price was posted but $50 for a manicure that's suppose to be basic? I was very disappointed and upset. The guy didn't even show us a price page or tell us why it was so expensive. I'm not sure if I'll be coming back. read more

I'm livid , I called today 4/28 and made an appointment for pedi and manicure full set @6:30 I live all the way in Katy. I show up and I get my toes done, then they tell me to sit on another chair to get my full set. Prior to that a girl came in after me, to get mani and pedi, anyways this makes sense. They take care of her first, and have me someone who came on time and made an appointment wait 3 hours. NO JOKE. It is 9:20 at this point and nothing, they still try to tell me to stay....it started to storm outside and they wasted 3 hours of my time....my whole evening to the trash. They only have one person that can do acrylics ....they had 6 other girls and no one else could do my nails.... 3 hrs 5-6 other girls, I get put last and someone who didn't have an appointment gets priority. It is absurd and the worst customer service. If you value your time go elsewhere. 3 hours , 6 girls, horrible customer service. Could have told me they where gonna take a while and I could have left simple but now instead my time was wasted. read more

My second visit I made reservations for 4 people. When we arrived there was strong tension in the air and we were all treated gruffly. The manicurists that helped us were moody, and rough with the manicures and pedicures. I went today for the third time thinking that the there must have been an internal issue going on on my last visit. Unfortunately, today was the same. The manicurists we had were rude, moody and gruff and rough. Each time we tipped them well, very well! Today was my last time. Came here because my other salon was closed and this was right down the road. I asked for cheetah print matte fingernails nails and rhinestones on my toes and got neither. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because they Ana or Annie was friendly to me. I got a pedicure and she kept clipping at my toes and said I had a hangnail. I was not aware of that. She ended up making my toe bleed and then did not clean off the utensil. Not only did I not get what I asked for but now I have a severe infection because the tools they used were not thoroughly cleansed. I don't know why places are charging a ton for shellac manis these days, but the ladies here do an great job and it's $30 for a shellac manicure, which I think is great! What I don't love: The music can sometimes not be spa like. I've been there when they had on rap music. I prefer more tranquil & relaxing music. I did get a shoulder massage by someone who answered her cell phone and chatted on the line with one hand and massages with the other- not a pleasant experience at all. It was loud, in another another language and one handed. ‍‍ Now that what I don't love is out of the way we can focus on the positives! First and foremost I love the nail tech that I trust my nails to- Hanna! She is AWESOME. She can shape a nail so beautifully and nobody is better at painting all the way to the cuticle! My manicures last with her. Additionally she also can do design and offers darling suggestions. She is quiet which I prefer and won't talk your ear off. I gave this nail salon a second shot after I went there for a manicure in November that was gifted to me. I went there again on Saturday and the service was worse than the last time. Completely unfriendly manicurist. Never said hi, or smiled or anything and absolutely the WORST manicure I've ever had in my life. The lady was using the end of her dirty, sharp, pointed nail to remove excess nail polish and dug my cuticle so hard I had to pull away. The polish is old and sticky and the top coat wasn't evenly spread out so my nails looked a MESS. There are much better nail salons in the memorial area. I chose them again out of convenience because it's close to my work but never, ever again. So disappointed. read more

Went to get a simple manicure and pedicure and they hiked up the prices to double what I expected to pay, after showing me the menu!!

I came here to remove dip and have a manicure done. One of the technicians that was removing the dip with the metal turning machine cut my pinkie finger until I bled. Instead of leaving it alone, she insisted I keep it wrapped in acetone to remove the dip, and I felt like my finger was burning to flames. She had the machine on very high power which caused the cut to be so deep from my perspective. I'm not one to cause a dramatic scene so I kept in inside but knew I would never go here again!! Another technician Annie came and saw the cut, she apologized and went on with doing my manicure. I didn't need her apology since it wouldn't change the amount of pain I was in. I thought they would give me a discount after all I had been through, but no she charged me $20. I am extremely dissatisfied and sad that there is no humanity in people these days. read more

The establishment looks like it's going to be pricey because of where it is located, however it is not. I chose the classic pedicure which included a foot scrub, hot stone massage, and 5 minute neck massage for $32. Pros: Staff is friendly and very attentive. Offered me something to drink as soon as I sat down. My big toe was in the beginning stage of being ingrown so I asked the technician to go back and cut that area as well. She was understanding and did so pleasantly. I was nervous about asking and I'm glad she didn't respond with attitude otherwise the rest of the experience would have been uncomfortable. The five minute massage was superb! They actually put effort and even do different pressure levels on your shoulders and upper back. Cons: The technician did inform me there is an extra charge for filing nails. How is filing nails not included in a pedicure? Nail polish was left on the skin of several of my toes. One of my toes is missing a coat because I can see my nail through the nail polish. I left feeling I could have given myself the same pedicure at home. Don't plan on returning here. read more

I followed my nail tech to NB. The store is VERY pretty, I really like the layout. Spacious, clean & they have really comfy spa chairs. Nice selection of polish, both regular & gel. The spa is easy to get to with plenty of parking available, even covered parking in the attached garage! I admit, I love Rose & will follow her (almost) anywhere. Rose takes her time & does her job well. I love sitting back & being spoiled! There are several different mani/pedis & like other places they have a menu of their offerings (waxing, facials, etc). My #1 pet peeve about pedicures - cuticle bleeding and walking out with one toe not painted because I don't want an infection + plus I am a pansy and it stings! This is my second time in my life for this to happen at nail salons and I am not even a regular at getting pedicures! Either I have sensitive cuticles or I have bad luck - BLERG. #2 - Getting open mouth coughed on my foot and legs by the nail tech, not a one but a double cough.
