This is ludicrous, unacceptable and VERY unprofessional!!!! WHAT kind of business does this?! Certainly doesn't happen where we are from! She is not having any luck finding availability in other salons TWO days before the wedding. If you cared about your business and clients, you would find a solution. Simply unacceptable.
