This shop installed a wheel bearing (had to replace the old one due to their negligence) in my 08 Mazdaspeed3. A couple days later I notice my ABS/Traction control lights locked in. This was later discovered to be due to the bearing being installed backwards, but TO COVER THEIR OWN A**ES they put on the paperwork that the ABS light was already there. TL;DR will install/break components on your car and not have the integrity to say they screwed up and fix the problem. Avoid this location. read more

I took my 97 F 150 4.6l V8 in for an oil change & I trusted them to do it correctly. About a week later I finally had time to check it out, they put an oil filter for a Cadillac on it "Service Champ part # OF222" since they put the wrong filter on the truck and I had to replace it I re-did the oil change as well. The oil that drained out of my truck was very Brown & had metal particulate in it. Needless to say I will not be a return customer! read more

I had the oil changed in my truck on 10/12/23. I asked them to set the air pressure in my tires to #50 and tighten a loose battery cable. When I checked later the tire pressure had not been set. The battery cable was still loose. And there were greasy finger prints on my hood. That is poor customer service by any standard and I will not be going back. read more

I haven't used a jiffy lube in years, my local mechanic does my personal vehicles, but I seriously needed an oil change in my company car so I swung in here. I was soooo pleased with the service!! They were quick, super polite and the whole place was super clean. Not at all like my jiffy lube experiences of the past. They replaced the wiper blades, topped everything off and I was out the door in under 20 minutes. I don't know if jiffy lube has made a massive turn around in the past 8+ years but if this is any indication they sure have! I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. read more

Fantastic service. Yes, I know I can get a cheaper oil change. But... My vehicle needs to be reliable. And this takes careful maintenence. And one not expect this from a fast serve auto shop. I came to this store to get my rear brakes replaced. (pads and rotors) when I went to pick it up, I quickly noticed that my brake pedal went to the floor before even slowing down. I circled the parking lot and pumped my break pedal several times to make sure things didn't just need to break in, it didn't get any better. I almost hit a parked car in the parking lot because I couldn't stop. I took it back and the store manager defended his employees and said that they didn't need to evac the system because they didn't "crack" the system. So after paying $500 I was quoted an additional $120 to complete a break fluid exchange. He acted like it was fine and safe to drive and it was completely optional to bleed the system. I told him I couldn't drive that way, I didn't bring my vehicle down to have work done and leave with it in worse shape than when I got here. read more

Do not have your oil changed at Jiffy Lube unless you want a $85.00 oil change cost you $1070.61. I tried to send a letter to the CEO but that got returned. Even Team Car Care, where the District Manager Chris Caywood refer you when you ask to talk to his boss. The letter that I wrote to the CEO is below because it appears as a business that do not want to hear how their service is nor do that want to pay for the repairs to the damage they caused. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVED AT JIFFY LUBE. An $85 oil change cost me $1,070.61 once Jiffy Lube was done. On 25Mar2019 I took my 2014 BMW to Jiffy Lube to have the oil changed. I asked the technician (DJ) if they were able to change the oil on a BMW and he said that they could and that it would take about 30 minutes. As the time went on I kept on checking on my car by looking through the window and could see that it was in the middle bay with the hood up but it did not appear that anyone was working on it. After an hour and half past I walked into the garage area to get the attention of DJ. DJ told me that the technician (Elli, I believe) had drained the differential fluid. When I talked to Elli he said that he was unsure on how to change the oil on the BMW and just assumed that the plug between the front wheels was the oil plug. The differential fluid plug on the BMW does not look anything like and oil plug. The differential fluid plug requires a male star shaped tool to get the plug out. At the time both DJ and Elli were very apologetic and said that they would fix the issue at no cost to me. However, due to the fact that the differential fluid was proprietary fluid to BMW they needed to get the fluid from BMW. DJ called and talked to George the store manage and George, I assume, called Chris Caywood. I was told that they would get me a rental because my car had to stay in the bay until the differential fluid could be put back into the car. I was under the impression that it was only going to take a day or two to get my car fixed. Therefore, I told them that I did not need the rental and I called my son to come and pick me up. Before I left Jiffy Lube I told DJ not to move the car and not to do anything with the car. At this point I did not have any confidence that they knew how to work on a BMW. Therefore, I told them not to do anything on my BMW. They were to have a flatbed take it to BMW for repairs. I called George on Tuesday the 26th and he told me that they had changed the oil in the BMW and that that the flatbed was not there. I followed up with a call to George at 4 pm and he said that the flatbed had just picked up the BMW an hour earlier. When BMW got the car on Tuesday there was not anything they could do at the time and that it needed to wait until the next day. I called BMW and talked to Jeffrey Stanford the service advisor. He told me that Jiffy Lube has put the wrong oil filter on the car which resulted in a leak that sprayed all over the engine. According to Jeff, if BMW had made the same errors that resulted in the damage that happened to my car they would be required to make the repairs. I asked Jeff to send me the quote and to get the repairs completed. Chris was willing to fix my car until he got the estimated cost of repairs. According to Jeff, Chris called the BMW dealership just before they closed and instructed them to stop the repairs. I tried to call Chris but he did not answer his phone and did not return a call to me. I asked my wife (Devry) to call Chris because I was at work. According to Devry, when she talked to Chris he was not that professional and basically said that he was not going to pay for anything and that we could take him to court. I tied to call him several times but he did not answer his phone and did not return any of my calls. On April 1st BMW called and said my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived and talked to Jeff he said that Chris did not return any of their calls and that he did not pay for anything. I tried to call Chris but he did not answer and Jeff tried to call Chris from his phone still no answer. I called George and he seemed shocked that Chris did not pay for the damage that they caused. George said that he would call Chris and call me back. When George called me back he said that Chris did not answer for him either. Jeff said that BMW needed payment before I could have my car. I was dropped off and needed my car so I was forced to pay the whole invoice so that I could get my car. My wife was able to get a hold of Chris again and he said he was only pay for the differential fluid and the labor. Part 1 of 2 read more

Great place to get your oil changed! I took my Audi Q5 in today for a routine oil change. When I got back in, an error message flashed indicating no oil and the oil gauge read empty. Audi's don't have dip sticks so the service technician very graciously let me drive back into the service bay and double checked to make sure everything was sealed tight. Turns out the sensor just needed some time to warm up and the level started reading correctly once I got home and restarted the car. I really appreciate the extra check and the fast, friendly service I get here!!! read more

I recently came here with my Camry for an oil change. I usually go to my local Toyota dealership for an oil change but they were booked for the next week or two and I was overdue for an oil change. I travel 140+ miles everyday and I needed one badly. So I crossed my fingers and I did what I promised Id never do again: go to Jiffy Lube. I used to own an American Car a Mercury Topaz and I had problems with it - surprise surprise! The engine kind of staggered through acceleration. To make a long story short, I have done hundreds of dollars worth in maintenance/repairs/fixes through this company and car still didnt work right. Their response: Yeah, not sure whats wrong...probably now you'll have to see a mechanic. No one there knew what was wrong so I went somewhere else and finally got it fixed. I just wished they werent so money hungry and just recommended seeing a mechanic in the first place. Now back to present: they had some new guy work on my car and the other Jiffy Lube employees gave him a hard time since the oil change was taking too long. I kind of felt uneasy having a trainee work on my car. Now the part I hate: they ask me to change my air filter for both my engine and cabin. To make it look dirtier, they had a dried up leaf sitting loosely on top of the filter they brought to me. I gave him the "wow, that leaf was intentionally placed there" look and said no thank you. I never liked their additional service recommendations shoved down my throat. Everytime, they create some sort of urgency for it. I just need an oil change. I know when needed services/replacements are due - its in the car maintenance manual. read more

Two Stars because after calling today the manager met me 1/2 way and gave me a 50% refund. It would have been 1 star. Just took my car in last week for an oil change. A week later it breaks down on a Saturday (Valentines Day) so I have to take it to the nearest shop open and pay top prices for a new water pump. Thank you Canal Automotive but you are pretty pricey. Things started clunking around literally the day after going in to Jiffy Lube, so if the part was going to go bad that week and they did not, in fact, cause it to go bad- they at least should have noticed the coolant leak. Just don't trust the fact that my car is running great, then I take it into a Jiffy Lube, and then the NEXT DAY things are rattling under the hood. I appreciate management's willingness to meet me halfway but getting $25 back after having to spend almost $500 doesn't do much to soothe the savage breast. I'm 32 and I'm starting to learn more about cars. I found a shop in Bremerton that has all 4 and 5 star reviews and was mentioned by someone local. I'm excited to take the car to him and see what he thinks of my invoice and my new estimate for engine mounts and transfer case leaks. Another $500. Pretty sure I can get it done cheaper. No more Jiffy Lube. I just want an honest reliable auto mechanic. Please! read more

I took my truck in for an oil change today, expecting that that the services listed as included would also be done. I specifically mentioned that one tire was low and that all tires needed to be checked. "Jiffy" certainly didn't live up to its title - l waited an hour and ten minutes. There were other cars there, but there were four people on duty. When l was told that the truck was ready - and ALL boxes on the "work sheet"were checked - l noticed that the low tire was no different than when l brought it in. I brought this to the attention of a young woman employee who promptly took care of seeing to the tires. However, l think there is cause for concern - what other "checked off services" were ignored as well? I won't be taking any vehicles to this JiffyLube location again. read more

Very disappointed with this jiffy lube. We brought our Ford F-150 for a simple oil change, and was informed we should use synthetic at a $ 120.00. We requested standard oil. (5W20)And was informed synthetic was better, and they would not use the standard oil. Sad that the dealer oil changes are cheaper. Lost a customer. read more

I had a bolt in my tire and I took it to another place to have them fix it but I didn't have time to wait for them to put my tire on. I commute from Spanaway to Port Orchard, I saw Jiffy Lube was on my way I dropped in and I told them my situation, they jumped right up and said they could put my tire back on. I pulled in, less then 5 minutes my tire was back on!!! No charge at all! That made my day and my heart smile. There's good people in this world and they so happen they work at Jiffy Lube! I get my car maintenance done at Jiffy Lube in Parkland, WA they also do a fantastic job! Good to know the service is consistent! Keep up the good work! Life long customer here! read more

They not only gave very insightful thoughts and help but were also some of the most pleasant people to communicate with. So I take my son's cars here on regular schedule for basic LOF's, and I actually really appreciate this place. It's a "Jiffy Lube", but I'm totally satisfied with their work. The guys are always smiling-happy, and I appreciate that they have good customer service (they remember your name, very professional with the "yes sir, no sir's"), it does matter and it seems they really do care. Last month I was getting ready to take in one of the Jeeps for what I was convinced, based on the size of the oil leak-was going to be a several hundred dollar service at the dealer. I just happened to be at the Jiffy Lube, and was not aware they do service beyond the basics-and they let me know they are certified and do mechanical "shop" repairs. Turns out, their labor is about 1/2 (!!!) what you'd pay a Shop-so I took a chance with the old Jeep. They not only found my leak, but to my relief-it was only a fitting gasket (although special order), and after cost/labor, I walked out for under $70 bucks! They were honest, didn't gouge me, and kept me informed with phone calls until repaired. Their lead Shop man is Derrick, and he's a really nice guy-someone that you can trust, and is looking out for you. I used to do all my own repairs, but it's tough to fit all the time in nowadays-nor do I want to just go for a cheap place and shoddy work. I'll gladly give them my business, it's worth having a reliable connection and a place I can trust my family's cars when service is needed. read more
