On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. We will now determine if this is worth pursuing in small claims court.

He was very apologetic and explained that there was a schedule mix up that day and he wanted to make it right. I decided to give them another try and booked another appointment with them for 1/9. Perfunctory work…read more Didn't really try to do a complete job. There was dirt between the door and the car, around the door handles, and next to other trim. Spots on the leather. Didn't dress the leather, which it really needed. There were still large stains on the rim under the hood; we asked them to work on it, but they said they couldn't, as it needs a hard brush to remove and they don't use that. Went home, spent 5 minutes with cleaning wax and it was basically gone. See photo for the before, they wouldn't touch this. This wasn't due to a very dirty car. They allocate 4 hours, but only took a bit over 3 hours, so it's not as if they spent lots of time on other parts. When I got home, I spent about 45 minutes completing the work they didn't do. Overall, a pretty meh job, especially for the price. Not horrible, just meh.

I had thought the wax was something else, but now I know it was a zap, and the scratches might have been from small rocks when we came back from places. I took my Tesla through their wash, and their harsh, caustic chemical soaps completely scorched and stripped the black anodized window trim around the entire vehicle. Look at the photos -- the trim is completely ruined with deep rainbow chemical burning and heavy discoloration. This is not just water spots or soap residue; the chemical reaction severely oxidized the factory finish down to the metal. Getting all the exterior window mouldings and pillar trim replaced and repaired is going to cost thousands of dollars out of pocket. When you pay for a car wash, you expect safe, surface-friendly soap, not industrial-grade chemical stripping. If you drive a Tesla or any vehicle with black anodized trim, avoid Aloha Car Wash at all costs. They completely ruined my car's appearance and caused thousands of dollars in damages. I noticed that self was stalls had cones on the entrance and decided to use the touch less stall. There was a car already driving out of the stall as I paid and got ready to enter. To my surprise, nothing happened as I entered and tried to get the stall to recognize my car. Nothing happened. As I was trying to troubleshoot a gentleman from karmichael came and told me that stall was out of order and we should contact the number for a refund. Here is my shock... When I explained what had happened he said "why would you move the cones and proceed to pay and use the stall. It is obviously under construction" I said "there were no cones blocking the stalls." And explained that I was using the touch less auto wash. No apologies, "just send me your address and details and I will send you a check." Wow, at no point did I act entitled or hostile for my refund but he sure made it clear that I was inconveniencing him. I support local businesses but I will definitely drive 15 minutes out of my way to go find another business. Not worth the quality or price. When you run a small business, customer service and listening to your customer should be a priority.

Katie and Mike took on a long list for my Corvette Z06: full paint protection film, the center stripe, side radiator guards, window tint, and ceramic coating on both the paint and the wheels. Every piece of it came back better than I expected. The film work is clean, the stripe is laid out perfectly, and the finish on the car is exactly what I was after. They are also Avants partners, so I saved a bit on the work. That was a nice bonus, but it is not why I am writing this. I would have been just as happy at full price. What stands out is the service level. Clear communication, no surprises, and a team that obviously cares about the cars that come through the shop. If you are looking for PPF, tint, stripes, or ceramic coating, go see Katie and Mike. Top notch work from top notch people.

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.
