They recently installed full PPF on our GR Corolla, and I'm still blown away by the attention to detail in the install. Not only do they do a phenomenal job on the install - their "post-install" support is the best I've experienced with any shop. In August I had been rear-ended by a much larger vehicle and had it repaired by a local collision company. After all the repairs were completed, I had Metropolitan Detail put another wrap around all the areas that had to be repaired or replaced. Made my 4Runner look like new again. In late December I accidently rubbed against a large yellow post with my front fender, in a tight parking lot. Lesson learned - do not park near any columns. In January I had Metropolitan Detail buff out the yellow paint and restore the right full fender flare. Since I did not have time to take it to Metropolitan Express beforehand, I was able to have it hand-washed at Metropolitan Detail during the same job. I picked it up on January 13th, and it looked like it just rolled off the show room at the Dealership, but only nicer. Metropolitan Detail does quality work and I continue to go back to them to help me keep my 4Runner in a super nice condition. Thank you, all for taking care of my 2024 4Runner.

He removed the seats, carpet, lining in the trunk, and under the dash. He cleaned, washed, and shampooed everything and replaced the damaged insulation. It looks incredible. And better yet, the smell is gone ! My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor, I would do it again in a heartbeat!

The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars was my side mirrors dripped water as most do when washed. I pointed it out to the tech drying my car and he said, "Yes- they always do that" which was fine as he is correct. However, at Porsche Bellevue, this does not happen when they wash my vehicle. I'm not sure if they use an air blower or compressor to prevent this but it's a very nice addition. By the time I left Eco Car Cafe and got home, I had water spots on both front doors that I had to wipe clean again. Not a huge deal since this is what I have to do after leaving every car wash except Porsche Bellevue, but hence the 4 stars. Hope this is helpful!

$20 for my car to be worse than before…read more Went in for a car wash and it broke down 6 times while I was in the tunnel. Took over 10 mins in order to go through. The final 2 steps still didn't work. Back half of the car was still dirty. Drove around to the front with a soapy car. Notified the clerk and I was told to just take the car through again and that it's happened to her before. There were over 10 cars waiting in line and I wasn't going to spent another 30-40 mins there. I recommended they shut down to fix it and was told they'll let the manager know. I paid $60 for the exterior and interior wash plus tip which they ask for at the beginning on the iPad. The exterior was only as clean as if I had gone to a regular drive through car wash. No special care taken to clean off the few specks of sap or bugs. The floor mats were drenched. The dashboard was literally dirtier than when it went in because there was plant material, lint, and dog hair all over (I don't own a dog). They missed swaths of the front windshield and they didn't clean the back window at all. It smelled like wet dog inside. The cafe area for waiting was freezing cold and the cafe was closed at 8am. In total I waited over 35 minutes.

The coupon was for their best wash, using the brushed wash (left bank), and was easy to redeem on their electronic kiosks. So far so good! After pulling in and stopping when it told me the first thing I noticed was a pretty bad smell of sewage. Not dirty-car-water and not from my car (it hadn't started working on my car yet). All in all it wasn't so bad that I couldn't handle it but... just not the vibes I expected while getting my car washed, and made me a little skeptical of the quality of the recycled water it was about to be cleaned with. The car wash did its thing, and once it was done I pulled through the dryer. It gives you 60 seconds, which was enough time for my standard car. When I got home I checked the wash quality a bit more and it was half good, half bad. The driver side of my car seemed well washed and shiny. The passenger side, unfortunately, was not. Most noticeable in the better light were small scratches from the brushes that were not there before I went through. They run the entire length of the car, the front part of which was repaired and repainted less than a year ago. I'm not sure but maybe these are just in the clear coat and buff out. The cleaning wasn't quite as good on that side either, leaving some spots where there was residue grime left on the car that came up with a touch of the finger. My car was not excessively dirty and comparable car washes have gotten it completely clean (without the noticeable scratches) even on their lower-grade washes. I got there around 4:30 PM and I guess that's a good time to show up: I drove right in without waiting. It's pretty cool they have a live cam view on their site so you can check the wait before you head over. (Right now it looks like there's a couple cars waiting for each wash lol) Some nitpicks and smaller thoughts: - i might have missed something obvious but IMO it'd be nice to have very clear signage as to which wash is which (brush versus touchless). - It'd be nice (and maybe easier to upsell people) if they gave a little more detail on the differences between the wash levels. (I didn't really interact with the kiosk except to enter the coupon code, so maybe that provides a bit more info)
