The first time this place closed about 1-1.5 years ago, they stopped everyone membership. They were out of service for a few months, then they started charging everyone again. They claimed to have sent an email. I can't find it nor do I think that'd be OK even if they did. It's sketchy af and I'm sure they do it because they were bleeding cash. When I found out they continued charging, they wouldn't refund but instead gave me a several month extension. Then they closed again. I had my car cleaned today. The front / driver's area looked great! I didn't think to inspect the back. They completely forgot / ignored vacuum or wipe down the inside back of the SUV. Really disappointed. It's not a super messy car to begin with, but that's not the point. For the full service, this wasn't ideal. UPDATE: Went back the next day, and the team quickly remediated the error. I have added a star for that. Normally 5 star service, and hope this was an anomaly. read more

They no longer scrub the front and back of car, nor rocker panels, nor wheels. No interior cleaning. I parked at the vacuums but there was no switch to turn on the vacuum. The assistant manager came out with a ratchet attitude and unsolicited advice blaming me for not reading my manual before bringing my car through the wash. "This is your fault". Maybe put a sign that says these cars not welcome? Rest of workers detailing inside and out after the wash were polite and hard working. We used to use this car wash a lot before the remodel/rebuild. Went through today and it was a bit more expensive than our new spot. Basic is about $10 supreme around $17 vip $20ish I think they had one more like ultimate that might be around $25. They scrub the bumpers before you go through. The equipment is new of course but one of the brushes never touched our car. The dryer was nice and slow, sometimes they push you through so quick it doesn't dry the car well. Once you pull around they have staff to wipe the exterior dry and give you a towel for the dash which is a nice touch. They also offer interior detail. The staff were not wearing masks but of course working outside. They do come within 6ft to give you a towel for your interior so you might prefer to mask up when they do so. Overall this is a great car wash with lots of options for the service you want or need. read more

Disappointing customer service, which is unfortunate because the prices are extremely reasonable. Unfortunately, it's overshadowed by the human portion of this service (drying/vacuuming). The first time I came here, people doing the ore-wash didn't even attempt to get the side of my car. The touchless mechanical wash can only do so much. After I got out of the washing portion, the person tasked with drying my car might as well have dragged the towel over my car, because there were smudges on all over my car that could have been removed by applying even a decent amount of pressure. I decided to give this car wash a second chance. Ordered the VIP package, which includes tire cleaning and hand dry. Same thing. The guy didn't actually apply the personal to my whole car. In fact, my car started moving through the car wash before he even got to the front of my car. I get to the drying section, and one of the drying people. Literally cleaned the hood of my car and left the towel and walked off. There was a car in front of me getting dried by another employee, who--after finishing the car in front of me-- decided to walk to another station to clean another car in the interior/exterior section. After waiting a few minutes, I took the towel off my hood and drove off, meaning I didn't get the service I paid for. I'll charge this to employee miscommunication, but this was disappointing. Only two blocks from my work, and yet I've never been here! As always, the Federal way location had no employees and I desperately needed the interior done to start the New Year with a clear car! So I drove to Bellevue and was pleasantly surprised that this location is recently remodeled. Great price to have the exterior and interior done in your car! They did a great job and I got out of there with tax and tip for less than $60! That's a phenomenal deal considering to get it done at a detail shop it would have cost at least double if not triple that price! Not too shabby. I was in need of a car wash and hey, if there's a drive-thru car wash then all the better. I visited Elephant Car Wash mainly because I received a coupon in the mail for a $5 basic car wash. You can't beat that. For $5, it was solid. I pulled up in the drive-thru and a friendly employee was there at the ticketing booth to press all the buttons and take payment instead of passengers doing it themselves. I believe they're doing this because of COVID-19, and don't want people touching the touchscreen, which I understand and have no problem with. Great customer service. It wasn't the best car wash, but it was a steal! For only $5, my car looked significantly better from how dusty it was, with dirty windows. For the most part, it cleared a lot of the dirt, but missed some hard spots through the drive-thru service. The basic car wash doesn't include anything interior, but you can purchase add-ons. Got misted with (cement? paint?) driving through downtown Bellevue on Tuesday around 2pm - fine blobs of mystery substance all over my vehicle. Found the nearest car wash ASAP which was Elephant and purchased a Gold wash. Positives: fantastic job of vaccuuming out the interior - they even removed the floor mats and got all the douglas fir needles out from around them. Dash was super clean and shiny. Car exterior clean and spot free, nicely wiped down. Wheels treated. Also timely to get in to the car wash - only a short line - and there was someone there right away to work on my vehicle after the wash, which I really appreciated. Very happy that they had enough staffing and I was super thankful for that. Not so great: front window interior still had water spots from when spouse wiped it off earlier in the month, they attempted to throw out all the N95 masks I had stashed in my car (but they were great about not chucking them once I raised the alarm - glad I was watching), the mechanism of the wash smacks the car with heavy rubber slices which weren't gentle on the aging paint of my car so I probably won't go back unless it's another emergency. Also there are still some of the fine blobs of mystery stuff on the side mirrors. Tipped well, and it ended up being about $50, so value-to-price perhaps not quite what I was looking for, but, you know, time of Covid and all that. read more

Beautiful newly renovated car wash - probably the tallest tunnel structure I've ever seen in a car wash with cool lighting inside. If you get a more premium package staff will clean the insides for you but they're not very wordy people and won't really talk to you. They whistle at you when they're done which is sort of off-putting. But the job gets done. read more

They steal!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I left my Airpods inside the car when they were doing interior cleaning. When I got home I found they stole the earphones inside the Airpods and left the charging case so that I cannot notice. I went to talk to the guy who washed my car on the second day, he knew why I came and told me he didn't steal my Airpods even tho I just asked about my earphone(How can he know it's Airpods without opening it? The charge case is protected by my customized cover). On the third day, the manager found the broken earphone in store and claimed that I left it there. It's obvious that guy brought it back and dropped there. Their monitor didn't help at all, low resolution and cannot record what people are doing inside the car. You cannot beat these prices! My GOLD style full service car cleaning was only $39! My boyfriend and I just found this place right down the road from us and will be returning customers for sure! The assistant manager (I believe his name was Mike) was SO helpful, my boyfriends car was COVERED in sap from parking under a tree. Mike went above and beyond putting in a lot of hard labor to remove as much of the sap as possible without scratching the cars paint. Both of our cars look beautiful on the inside and out! I included some before and after pictures of my Jeep's interior. It had been months since I'd vacuumed my car, and having a dog that rides with me almost every day, had allowed quite the mess of hair, dust, dirt and pine needles to build up. I've been coming here for nearly a year and this is my last time using this car wash. The staff who manage the car wash system don't do a good job of directing customers onto the track and the person manning it today used a dry brush to scrub down the car in front of me. He saw me watching him and he dipped the brush to finish the rear of the car. My car has some untouched spots even after going through the car wash. My original place to clean my car was booked and I didn't know where to go that wasn't an automated machine. This claimed to be a "touch-less" option and being pretty last minute was my only choice so here I am. It's not completely touch-less, it's an extended automated car wash with cool flashing neon lights. Before your car going through there, they do scrub your window and tires. The guys that helped me were really nice and I appreciate their service in this cold weather. They do interior work too. Price is really good compared to what I usually pay and it's quick too, but I still prefer the hand wash. It's located in a Chevron gas station off Bel-Red. I'll be back for other vehicles that I'm not particular about because it really is more care than a Brown Bear car wash. There's different tier of options you can choose from. For a 'silver' level job, they sure do mediocre work. They have 7 different wash levels that you can choose from at this place. It ranges from $9.50 for just a basic wash to $33.99 for the best wash. I opted for the silver wash cause I wanted them to vacuum my car as well. They did a really good job on the interior but the exterior was still dirty, the bottom skirt of my car seemed like it wasn't washed at all and I had some sap on my car that didn't come off. At this place they have an automatic wash so you get to sit in your car and go through all the brushes and the foam, you get the full car wash experience. I would avoid this place though unless your car is extremely dirty, even if you do get it washed here don't expect a perfect job. read more

I wanna Friday morning with him before cars ahead of me. The attendant "gave me a discount" of their $45 package for $35. By the time I came out, the brushes had barely touched my car's underbody and there were abrasions from the brushes across the top of my car that would not rub out. It took nearly 40 minutes for the crew to finally tell me my car was ready. They had completely missed cleaning one of my tires, the inside of my doors were never wiped, the interior windows were full of fabric fibers and streaks from dirty cloths, and they had removed my floor mats. Apparently they took them someplace else to be cleaned, but never returned them back to my car. I had to drive back 30 minutes later when I realized they were missing. Overall, not worth the full price or the discount price. Take your cars anyplace else. read more

Wow kind of spendy I guess this maybe was a pink elephant that maybe isn't drunk anymore so now it's just an elephant. I went here months back haven't been back since. The guy cleaning my car even weirder than this place. I was kind of grossed out by the whole thing. You get out of your car sit in this old crusty like gas station room. It takes forever!!! I must have been there for 30 minutes. I finally went outside to eyeball the dude washing my car so I could maybe bail early. My car was washed but yeah 30 minutes I could have washed it immaculately Then I get stuck behind a truck for another 5 minutes while they detail his tires. Seriously unorganized.
